Pluralism, toleration, and multiculturalism is a values and concept whom very important to understanding diversity. Indonesia have very much tribe, religion, and culture what makes people have to adapt with their circumstances. Indonesia context who is very diversity, makes minority people feels intimidate and receive unfair treatment. Because of that, the incultating of pluralism concept and toleration become very important to do, especially in Catholic School. Catholic School who have a goal to create holistic education, have bigger responbility to incultate pluralism and toleration in the student. Incultating pluralism and toleration activities can creates with learning process on school, who have a goal to educate toleration values, pluralism, and diversity.

The performance of teachers in realizing holistic education can be observed from how the teachers prepare, implement, and evaluate the learning process or their pedagogic knowledge. This study aims to examine the teachers’ ability to plan, implement and evaluate to assess their performance in the elementary school learning process based on tenure and gender. This research is a quantitative study with direct observation, which was conducted on 162 elementary school teachers from 30 public elementary schools in Semarang, Indonesia. Data were collected using assessment sheets. The observer was the principal which belonged to the same school as the respondent. The data were then validated using Pearson's correlation based on group tenure and gender. The instrument was analyzed using structural equation modelling (SEM) and showed that the imposition of the confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) was achieved more than a critical value of .50 which meant that the construct was valid and reliable. The understanding on teachers’ performance was indicated by teachers’ activities in preparing their class. This study found that there was no significant correlation between teachers’ performance and teaching experience or that and gender.

Currently, it is becoming relevant to study the issue of the methodological training system. This is due to the fact that researchers are trying to give the learning process a systematic nature, as a holistic education, consisting of interconnected elements. The elements in this case are the components of the educational process. It can be seen that the methodological system is closely related to the concept of methodology. The methodical system uses the conceptual apparatus of the methodology. The article presents the results of a study on the methodological system of teaching computer science at a university. The points of view of researchers on the development of this problem are analyzed. The main components of the proposed methodological system are highlighted and characterized.

This article aims to find ways to support a learner in a holistic manner, applying Myers-Briggs Typology Indicator (MBTI) as a methodological tool to facilitate learning process by considering learner individualities. Suggestions how to use MBTI in short-term courses of adult training, concentrating on feedback, performance, communication needs are made, based on the results of a study conducted among participants of the voice training. As the MBTI results can be understood and grouped in several ways, this study also compared the results with 3 different versions: Hanson & Silver (1995), Schroeder (1993) and Keirsey & Bates (1978, 1998) findings. Results were found matching most to the findings of Hanson & Silver (1995). This study reveals the typology of learners as Introverts and Extroverts, Analytical Thinkers, Social-Reflective Feelers and Holistic Visionaries. Although the research gives only preliminary conclusions, it gives certain recommendations how to approach different learners during the learning process.
