Due to the increased complexities and operating speeds of today’s and tomorrow’s system-of-systems (SoS) architectural configurations for digital enterprises, the design of new domain architecture management systems is required. A key element of these new designs will be the incorporation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) microservices to provide dynamically containerized and orchestrated service capabilities within a lightweight interoperability fabric with the ability to operate in hard-real-time environments. Each containerized AI microservice exposes an independent, programmable function, which enables it to be easily reused, evolved, or replaced without compromising interoperability across critical mission essential functions to execute mission threads. In addition, embedded in this design needs to be a trust management layer to enforce reliable messaging and trust amongst the actors. This paper provides a framework for planned research and demonstrates the feasibility of microservices using a representative simple problem to demonstrate the application of the framework. Early positive analysis results using AI microservices within an SoS environment shows that the 500 milli-second (ms) threshold for latency can be met.

The need to create a single unified information and diagnostic system to ensure the safe operation of hydraulic structures is caused by the requirements of the Federal Law ”On the safety of hydraulic structures“ (No. 117-FZ). At the current moment, the systems used are heterogeneous and are being developed according to the requirements of operation and expert organizations, while the uniformity of terminology and approach to assessing the state of objects is not ensured. The purpose of this work is to define approaches and to develop architecture for a unified information and diagnostic system. At the same time, it is necessary to ensure the performance of the minimum set of functions necessary for a comprehensive analysis of the state of hydraulic structures. There is given a description of the architecture and basic set of functions of the information system which make it possible to monitor the state of hydraulic structures. The systematization of the functionality of the existing information systems has been carried out, on the basis of the analysis the optimal composition of the minimum number of functions which provide control over the safe operation of hydraulic structures has been developed.

The main objective of this paper is to describe the state of the art of the calibration and certification of industrial sensors, giving an approach on how companies can manage the sensors’ calibration, namely the ones that are incorporated in the equipment. For any industry it is essential to make products that satisfy the customers in terms of quality and, simultaneously, to be competitive in the market. The data obtained from the sensors placed in the equipment is one of the sources that helps to increase the performance, adding value for the competitiveness of the company in the market. Sensors are responsible, in many sectors, to guarantee equipment availability and product quality. In this way, the certification of the company and of the equipment, not only guarantee quality and prevent unwanted and unforeseen costs, but also gives company credibility, namely from the customer's point of view. This paper focus on the state of art of industrial metrology, namely sensors, standards and measuring tools, calibrations and the certification of calibration. It also includes a theoretical section about sensors, types of sensors, their operation and characteristics. Next, it is presented the theme of metrology and the measurement science, responsible for ensuring the quality and veracity of the data sent by the reading equipment. It also addresses the importance of metrological traceability and certified management systems, which are required to certify the sensors calibration, in order to guarantee the effectiveness of the measurements and, consequently, the rigor of operation of the associated quality system.

Relevance. As part of the implementation of the Federal Law No. 117-FZ “On the Safety of Hydraulic Structures”, it is necessary to continuously monitor the state of hydraulic structures and related facilities by equipping with control and measuring instruments. The development of modern computer complexes allows us to carry out and predict the state of objects by combining computational research and field observations. The work is aimed at organizing a comprehensive assessment of the state of the HPS and ensuring the safety of existing and projected mutually influential complexes. Aims of research. Improving the safety of the operated (under construction) complex of interfering hydraulic structures. Assessment of sufficient and highquality engineering and repair work carried out on the HPS. Development of recommendations for improving the efficiency of construction of new and modernization of operated hydropower facilities. HPS on the example of the Zagorsk HPS. Methods. Representation of the interaction ideology of various software systems of mathematical modeling, using control and measuring instruments data for calibration and verification of mathematical models. Results. The structure of the HSC calculation module was updated, systematization of the calculation models was carried out, interaction and transfer of the initial data to the calculation module of the software and hardware complex was revealed. The implementation of scientific research is aimed at improving the safety of the complex hydraulic structures.
