It was found during the research that in the experimental and control bioreactors, which at the beginning of the experiments contained only cesium and strontium, by the end of the experiments, yttrium and barium were found. These isotopes are formed as a result of low-energy nuclear reactions involving protons. In addition, in experimental bioreactors with an optimal composition, a two to threefold increase in the concentration of yttrium was recorded in comparison with the control non-optimal experiments. Accumulation of strontium and cesium in biomass was registered, which is explained by the process of biosorption. It is known that biosorption is the first step towards nuclear transformation (biotransmutation). At the same time, one of the main conditions for the nuclear transformation of biomass elements is its maximum efficient growth. An unexpected fact discovered during the experiment is that yttrium and barium were also found in the control bioreactor, where no biomass was added before the experiment, but only deionized water, glucose, and the initial stable cesium and strontium salts. It is important to note that these elements were not detected in the analysis of the initial salts, substrates, and deionized water. Most likely, the presence of yttrium and barium is due to inoculation of the control fluid of the bioreactor (where no biomass pellets were added) with microorganisms from the experimental bioreactors during their periodic opening for taking current pH samples and adding glucose. Also, the work recorded a decrease in the content of cesium and strontium in the liquid by 20% and 55%, respectively, which goes beyond the statistical error.

Abstract In this study, the features of electrophoretic deposition (EPD) method to form nano-Al based energetic layers were investigated. The influence of solvents and additive components on the EPD process was analyzed, and the optimal composition of the suspension for the best deposition of layers based on nanoscale Al particles was acquired. The obtained layers can be used as an initiator of secondary reactions for on-chip energetic systems and a local heat source for joining surfaces by reactive bonding.

Abstract The paper established that depending on the number of natural brown flax bran and squash the prefabricated poultry meat does not significantly change its indicators, but the most optimal is sample No. 2 – with the replacement of the wheat bread norm with 50% natural brown flax bran; with the replacement of the water norm with 50% squash – Kurazh. The content of amino acids in Kurazh balls was higher than in the control sample, which indicates their biological value and quality. The study of the content of such acute deficient amino acids as lysine, methionine and tryptophan showed that the Kurage balls exceed the control sample in amino acids: lysine – by 77.6%, methionine – by 125.5%, tryptophane – by 78.1, respectively. A new kind of balls with functional ingredients has a number of useful properties for the human body and may be recommended for gerodietetic nutrition.

The article analyzes the question of the optimal composition of the court for resolving domestic violence cases as a means to ensure more effective protection of victims of family violence and an appropriate legal response to this phenomenon. Special attention is paid to the peculiarities of consideration of such cases by the jury. The author attempts to observe the advantages and disadvantages of this type of legal proceedings in domestic violence cases, taking into account the peculiarities of the procedural form itself, as well as the substantive legal characteristics of crimes committed in the domestic context. The analysis was conducted through the prism of the criteria of the courts impartiality, the specifics of evidentiary process and of the judicial review of the final judgments rendered in such cases. As a result, it was concluded that, although the features of the procedural form in question impose certain restrictions on the participants in criminal proceedings, the consideration of domestic violence cases by a jury, as an alternative to a professional judge, has undoubted advantages and prospects for its more common use.

The article presents the results of the analysis of the new efficiency methodology, which is the resulting document, which reflects the current official views on this issue. Until 2020, there were no criteria for determining the effectiveness established at the federal level by legal acts that could be taken as a basis for regions and municipalities. To eliminate gaps in the legal regulation in the field of state property management in October 2020 the methodology for determining the criteria for the optimal composition of state and municipal property and indicators of the effectiveness of management and disposal of it was approved. For federal authorities, the use of this methodology in the management and disposal of property is a mandatory requirement, and for the executive authorities of the subjects of the Russian Federation and local self — government bodies-a recommendation. The article considers in detail the changes in methodological approaches to assessing the effectiveness of state property management, which will contribute to the improvement of the entire system of state property management, and also notes the bottlenecks in the currently existing methodological approaches to assessing the effectiveness of state property management.

AbstractHeterogeneous ensembles consist of predictors of different types, which are likely to have different biases. If these biases are complementary, the combination of their decisions is beneficial and could be superior to homogeneous ensembles. In this paper, a family of heterogeneous ensembles is built by pooling classifiers from M homogeneous ensembles of different types of size T. Depending on the fraction of base classifiers of each type, a particular heterogeneous combination in this family is represented by a point in a regular simplex in M dimensions. The M vertices of this simplex represent the different homogeneous ensembles. A displacement away from one of these vertices effects a smooth transformation of the corresponding homogeneous ensemble into a heterogeneous one. The optimal composition of such heterogeneous ensemble can be determined using cross-validation or, if bootstrap samples are used to build the individual classifiers, out-of-bag data. The proposed heterogeneous ensemble building strategy, composed of neural networks, SVMs, and random trees (i.e. from a standard random forest), is analyzed in a comprehensive empirical analysis and compared to a benchmark of other heterogeneous and homogeneous ensembles. The achieved results illustrate the gains that can be achieved by the proposed ensemble creation method with respect to both homogeneous ensembles and to the tested heterogeneous building strategy at a fraction of the training cost.
