In this paper are presented some aspects of transmissibility control of mechanical systems with 1 DOF so that the effects of vibration on their action to be minimized. Some technical solutions that can be used for this purpose is analyzed. Starting from the mathematical model of an electro-mechanical system with 1 DOF, are identified the parameters which influence the effectiveness of the transmissibility control system using an electrodynamic actuator who work in "closed loop".

This paper presents a detailed explanation of a technique for automatically generating a mathematical model for machinery systems. The process starts from a relatively small amount of input data and develops the information required to model a mechanical system with Lagrange’s equation. The technique uses elements of graph theory which were developed for electrical networks. The basic identifications required for mechanical systems are: paths from ground to mass centers, the independent loops of parts, if any, and paths associated with applied force effects. The techniques described in this paper have been used successfully in a generalized computer program, DAMN.

Abstract Two modeling methodologies of the dynamics of a motor-compressor system are presented. The first approach considered only the mechanical system subjected to a sinusoidal input force with the pressure term in the equation of motion treated as a nonlinear stiffness term. The second methodology consisted of a mathematical model that couples the electromagnetic and thermodynamic equations to the dynamic equations that describe the motion of the piston. The mathematical model which consisted of a set of four first order simultaneous nonlinear time varying differential equations, was solved by numerical integration routines that use the Adams-Moulton method with an adaptive integration step. The two methodologies are illustrated through an example. Steady-state operation was shown to be reached rapidly after a 0.13s transient. An analysis at various amplitudes and frequencies of the input voltage in the driver-coil of the motor, showed the amplitude dependence of the resonant frequency of the mechanical system, and a heavily damped system when operating at the design amplitude. The most efficient frequency of operation was also determined for a variety of required mass flow rates.

For the probabilistic design of high-pressure turbine (HPT) blade-tip radial running clearance (BTRRC), a distributed collaborative response surface method (DCRSM) was proposed, and the mathematical model of DCRSM was established. From the BTRRC probabilistic design based on DCRSM, the static clearance δ=1.865 mm is demonstrated to be optimal for the BTRRC design considering aeroengine reliability and efficiency. Meanwhile, DCRSM is proved to be of high accuracy and efficiency in the BTRRC probabilistic design. The present study offers an effective way for HPT BTRRC dynamic probabilistic design and provides also a promising method for the further probabilistic optimal design of complex mechanical system.

The problem of influence of sinter production technological factors on silicon content and particularly variations of Si (ΔSi) in hot metal is actual for the up-to-date metallurgy.Traditional methods and plans of studies of BF heat running at present are considered less precise and effective comparing with up-to-date methods of mathematical and computer simulation, since the last provide an ability to forecast and optimize numerous parameters of BF process.A complex mathematical analysis of dependence between hot blast temperature and ΔSi by application of the universal mathematical model, specially elaborated and adapted for industrial conditions of sinter plant operation of Alchevsk steel-works was the task of the study.Influence of hot blast temperature (X-Factory) on minimization of ΔSi (Y-Factory) studied. Complex mathematical analysis was carried out using statistical data collected during 65 months of Alchevsk steel-works blast furnace of 3000 m3 operation. Results of calculation of influence of hot blast temperature on ΔSi by application of the universal mathematical model presented. Minimization of ΔSi when optimizing hot blast temperature reached. Accuracy of calculation using the elaborated model was more 99% of actual operational statistic.

Monitoring high throughput distributed system by using a statistical analysis of the “historical time series” of an Instrumentation Data”. “The Pipeline has been made to process the information which can be otherwise called data pipeline, is a lot of information handling components associated in arrangement, where yield of one component is the contribution of the next one”. Several codes are giving different visualization for statistical analysis of data. “Network and Cloud Data Centers” generate a lot of data every second; this data can be gathered as period arrangement information. A timeseries is a grouping taken at progressive similarly dispersed focuses in time that implies at a particular time interval to a particular time, the estimations of explicit information that was taken is known as information of a time-series. “This time-series information can be gathered utilizing framework measurements like CPU, Memory, and Disk utilization”. The TICK and ELK Stack is abbreviation for a foundation of open source instruments worked “to make collection, storage, graphing, and alerting” on time arrangement data incredibly easy. As an information collector, using Telegraf, “for storing and analyzing” information and the time-series database InfluxDB and Elasticsearch. For plotting and visualizing used Grafana and Kibana. Watchman is utilized for alert refinement and once system metrics usage exceeds the specified threshold, the alert is generated and sends it to the Telegram.

Under the conditions of the pandemic, the issue of support for small and medium-sized enterprises becomes especially relevant, since they are the ones that suffer financial losses more than other enterprises in the period of restrictions and reduction of the purchasing power of citizens. Most often tax measures of support and direct payments from the state are considered, in our article we will talk about property measures that have a significant impact on the stabilization and development for existing entities and sustainable formation for start-up entrepreneurs. The article uses both statistical analysis, including within the boundaries of the federal district, and sociological research that complements and specifies statistical data. As a result, the main problems of providing measures of property support were identified, which will allow the authorities and development institutions to adjust their policies and instruments.
