This study aims to examine the achievement and improvement of the ability of understanding and mathematical reasoning and motivation through Think Talk Write (TTW) approach to junior high school students. The population in this study is all junior high school in West Bandung Regency and the sample is class VIII of SMPS Darun Nasya, The instrument used in the research is a question of understanding and mathematical reasoning and questionnaire of learning motivation attitude, then the data obtained is processed through a two-way ANOVA test and correlation and regression test, data processing using IBM Statistics SPSS 21. Results of research involving TTW as independent variables in the experimental class and direct learning in the control class showed: There was a difference in achievement and improvement of mathematical understanding between control and experiment class, There are differences in achievement and improvement of mathematical reasoning between control and experiment class, There is difference of student's learning motivation between control and experiment class.

The aim of this study was to investigate the improvement of the students’ attentionafter using there different methods of HICAI-SOI, HICAI-Media, and with out CAIthree exell-1, exell-2 and regularly class. The research method was Quasi-experiment.The sample of the research were 90 persons from class VIII Junior High SchoolStudents 7 Padang, that was selected randomly. Prior knowledge of student as bilinearcovariant is obtained through cognitive domain test and attention score of learning iscollected through questionnaire. The validity and reability of both instrument weretested, and the coefficient 0,83 and 0,92. Result of examination applies bilinearcovariant analyst technique (ANACOVA) factorial 3x3x1, successfully controls initialability equal to 67%. Attention of student learning increases in signifikan from studytrivariable, to three treatment classes [F(2, 253)=183,92, p<0,05] with effect size equalto 59%, difference of class to attention also highly significant [ F(2,253)=8,39, p<0,05]with effect size equal to 6%, medium of interaction influence between various studieswith class also highly signifikan [F(2,253)=8,39, p<0,05] with effect size equal to7%.Result of analysis shows the contribution of various study to increase attention offar bigger than difference of class and interaction. Therefore, the conjecture of thewriter that the attention influences learning process in provable emperical. Thisresearch showed that the student Junior High School Students is more interested tostudy physics with HICAI-SOI. Its gives more impact on the students’ attention atregular class, It is concluded that the use of HICAI can improve the attention of JuniorHigh School Students.

This study aims to to know the achievement of the ability of the solution of the problems a useful or valuable junior high school students who studying used the the problem of fee-based learning with that uses ordinary learning , with material used in this research is a circle of class VIII  junior high school semester the even . The methodology that was used is quantitative,  who is in the form of experiments in support with the data the result of pretes and postes .Population in this research is junior high school students class viii at west bandung. Were selected from research is 34 of the students of experimentation and 32 of the students of control in the academic year 2017 / 2018 .An instrument that is used is math tests the ability of the solution of the problems . Processing the results of the data were analyzed using application ibm spss statistics version 22. Processing analysis data using test normality followed by test of homogeneity then to test t-hitung on the data pretes. While in data postes test normality then to test the average that is mann-whitney test. Based on analysis of the that has been done , obtained that the achievement of the ability problem solving math junior high school students which adopting the problem based learning better than use learning ordinary.

This article is derived from the research result entitled “The Application of Problem Solving Approach in Improving Junior High School Students’ Mathematical Communication and Disposition Skill”. The research is purposed to see and analyze if there are some improvements in mathematical communication and disposition skill achievement of the students who have been treated using problem solving approach compared to the students who are still treated using conventional approach. The population of the research is all students at a junior high school in Subang regency. Out of these students,  40 students of class VIII D were chosen randomly as the experiment class, and 41 students of class VIII C have also been randomly chosen as the control class. The data in this research have then been analyzed using parametric and non-parametric statistic. The result of this analysis has shown that the achievement of experiment class students’ mathematical communication and disposition skill is better than the achievement of the control class students. The experiment class students’ mathematical disposition is also better than those of the control class. Lastly, the result also shows that there is some kind of correlation between the mathematical communication and mathematical disposition on the level of medium.

The background of this study is the lack of mathematical communication skills (MCS) of junior high school students in Cimahi. This study aims to examine the achievement and improvement of MCS of junior high school students in Cimahi by realistic mathematical approaches. This study involved two groups, namely the experimental group and the control group. All groups were given a pretest and posttest. The experimental group obtained mathematics learning with realistic mathematical approaches as treatment and control groups obtained mathematics learning as usual as a treatment. This research method is an experimental research with pretest-posttest control group design, namely the design of the pretest posttest control group that involves two groups and randomly sampled classes. The population in this study were junior high school students in Cimahi, while the sample consisted of two randomly selected classes. Obtained class VIII M (experimental class) and class VIII K control class. The instrument used was a 5-item MCS description test, then the skills scores MCS students' were analyzed with descriptive and inferential statistics using assistance Minitab 17. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that the achievement and improvement of students' MCS using mathematical realistic approaches were better than students who used ordinary learning.

This study aims to determine the type of Indonesian interference found in English language among class VIII SMPK 2 Harapan Untal-Untal students. This research is done by analyzing the result of simple text translation done by the students of class VIII SMPK 2 Harapan Untal-Untal, then from the translation result will be analyzed what kind of interference that appeared. Methods of data collection in this study using observational research methods and literature. The data that have been collected in the form of simple translations from the students will be analyzed descriptively using related theories to find out what kind of interference found in the analysis. Further, in relating to interference, it will find a way out to reduce and even eliminate Indonesian interference itself. The results to be achieved in this research is recognize the level of Indonesian language interference in the use of English among the junior high school students, then find the practical efforts to be done so that interference does not increased. So, the use and English understanding can be done as much as possible. The finding of the paper found that 6 interference such as grammar structure, subject pronoun, adjectives, auxiliaries, preposition and word order.

The source of the data was the descriptive text written by the students where they describe the pictures of cats and sunflower. The technique of data collection was observation. The technique of data analysis was Interactive Model by Miles and Huberman (2014).The findings show that the students used all the descriptive lexicogrammar, they are Tense, Verbs, Adjectives, Adverbs and Reference. The finding also show that all the students written descriptive text by applying all descriptive text structure components, they are Classification, Appearance, Behaviour, Attribute, and Location. The students of grade 7, 8, and 9 of Junior High School used five components of lexicogrammar on descriptive text, namely, Tense, Verb, Adjectives, Adverbs, and Reference, but,  the use of tense has not been used properly up to grade 9 because there is found that there are incorrect subject verb-agreement and incorrect choosing and using lexicogrammar. In term of text sructure, the students used five components of text structure, they are, Classification, Appearance, Behaviour, Attribute, and Location, but, the use of Classification have not yet been used correctly since there is still mistake related to place the classification on the text. Keywords: Lexicogrammar, Text Structure, Descriptive Text
