The material of the learning process of the theory of fine arts education and the practicum of fine arts education, whose behavior to directed at the process of serving the concepts of aesthetic concepts, creativity and work, adjusted to the level of ability of the students themselves. The connection in this case, to avoid the passivity of students during the learning process of art education, through the presentation of educational media implemented by the teacher will be a motivation for creative thinking to apply freedom to express their feelings and realize real work increating works of art in accordance with the assignment of structured subject matter from the teacher. The tendency to words increasing teaching in fine arts education will benefit from being presented informal academic instituions that are applied in Makassar public High School 14, regarding the learning process in an innovative direction, both in the form of basic theoretical offerings and the practice of creating fine art is pretty much marked through a form of teaching process that gives room for creativity, explanation, learning to work on Fresco techniques, which of course begins with the practice of learning to draw sketches that are applied to Makassar14 Senior High School students, so students will experience a change from not knowing to being know, through growth in attitudes and growth in thinking more creative and intelligent.

Taleb Dweik was born in 1952 in Jerusalem and studied art at Hilwan University in Cairo. He was known for his paintings of the Palestinian landscape, in particular his picturesque and decorative images of the Holy City of Jerusalem executed in a painterly style combining Impressionism and Expressionism. His work characteristically removed traces of the hardship of the occupation of the city, and instead explored the beauty of its landscape and historical sites. He participated in group exhibitions locally and internationally, including the Sharjah Biennale, in the United Arab Emirates, in 1995 and 2003. He was the president of the Palestinian League of Artists from 1990 to 1996, and was the Dean of the faculty of fine arts at Al-Quds University from 2001 to 2003. He held the position of inspector for fine arts education in Jerusalem, and published a book on art education for secondary level students. From 2000 onwards he explored mixed-media techniques and collage, investigating relationships between the land, heritage, and childhood. In particular, he adopted a child-like style in his paintings to represent ideal images of the city filled with innocence and spontaneity, erasing traces of the harshness of occupation, and creating a city of bliss, beauty, and utopia.

Painting materials are one of the mediums that help painters to show the effects of paintings. The use of different painting materials can help the painter to display different painting styles and artistic conception. Six hundred sixty-seven children aged 7 to 13 participated in the study. This study is mainly about the impact of the use of different painting materials on children’s painting creation. The questionnaire survey was conducted based on primary school fine arts education to study the influence of painting materials on children’s painting ability. The content of the questionnaire survey was to investigate children’s usage of different painting materials in painting works and the grasp of painting materials knowledge. This research also provided some painting materials training methods for primary school fine arts teachers to guide children to use different painting materials for painting creation based on the study results.

Normal universities is responsible for professional training, the unique characteristics of aesthetics curriculum resources take natural advantage of promoting the development of new courses. The thesis analyzes the curriculum resource status in Arts department, puts up simply the tactics on the development and use of curriculum resources on campus and off campus, and hope that crude remarks may draw forth by abler people.
