This study aims to test and analyze the quality of the system against perceived usefulness, the quality of information against perceived usefulness, the quality of the system to user satisfaction, Information Quality to user satisfaction and perceived usefulness to user satisfaction. The population in this research is employees teller and customer service department of Bank BJB in subang city. Sampling technique is nonprobability sampling by using purposive sampling method. The type of data used is primary data with questionnaire data collection method. Hypothesis testing used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach with variance Structural equation test or better known as Partial Least Square (PLS). The result of the research shows that Quality System has a significant positive effect on Perceived Usefulness, Quality of Information has a significant positive effect on Perceived Usefulness, Quality of System has a significant positive effect on user satisfaction, Information Quality has positive significant effect on user satisfaction, and Perceived Usefulness has no effect to User Satisfaction

<p><em>The purpose of this study aims to empirically test the effect of information quality on perceived usefulness, the effect of information quality on perceived ease of use, and the effect of perceived ease of use on perceived usefulness. This study uses the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) developed by Davis (1999) to evaluate perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use.The method of data analysis in this research using analysis of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) - Partial Least Square (PLS) with PLS 3.0.The resultd of this study showed that (1) Quality of information positively affects perceived usefulness, (2) Quality of information positively affects perceived ease of use, and (3) Perceived ease of use positively affects perceived usefulness. The limitations of this study were as follows: (1) The inherent limitations of the data obtained through the questionnaire, due to differences in the authors' perceptions ofthe research respondents, (2) Limitations of the number of accounting student respondents who are following the course of Accounting Introduction Practicum, and (3) Limitations on the selection of accounting software samples used are limited only to the use of the ACCURATE software. Subsequent research suggested that (1) Consider other independent variables that may influence perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use, such as user satisfaction and user intent, and (2) Increase the sample size of respondents in this case not only students who are taking the course Practicum Introduction to Accounting, but also students who have taken the course before</em></p>

The purpose of this paper is to examine the antecedents of e-banking loyalty and evangelism via threefold construct of WEQUAL (usability, information quality, and service interaction) of public sector banks operating in India. Moreover, it also investigates the mediating role of consumers' trust on the website quality of these banks and their impact on e-banking loyalty and evangelism. The data was collected from 243 respondents through online questionnaire. In order to develop the model and test the hypotheses, partial least square structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) was done through Smart PLS version 3.2.9. Results assert that website quality of banks positively influences the trust of consumers via usability, information quality, and service interaction. Also, consumer trust plays a mediation role between WEBQUAL constructs and e-banking loyalty and evangelism.

<p align="center"><strong>Abstract</strong></p><p class="Isiabstract">As for this research aims to determine the level of satisfaction of myindihome mobile application users. As a service provider, PT. Telkom, Tbk is required to be able to provide service, a fast respons, precise and accurate to customers. Even though it has several facilities to accommodate all customer complaints in Indonesia, but in reality there are still many customer complaints that have not been resolved properly which need attention. In this study, measurement of user satisfaction toward service responsiveness uses a combination of ServQual method and WebQual method. The combination of both theories, effectively addresses multicollinearity (if many variables are highly correlated). In connection with that condition, based on the theory of service quality (ServQual) is used to determine satisfaction with the application, is there an influence of variables of reliability, responsiveness, empathy, assurance, and tangible toward user satisfaction both individuals and groups. While based on the website quality (webqual 4.0) instrument identify quality based on three variables, namely usability, information quality, and service interaction quality. PLS (Partial Least Square) model of calculation which is one of the Structural Equation Modeling is used to test research hypothesis. Reliability and validity have also been tested. Abstract-The purpose of this study is 1) to find out and analyze the effect of investment decisions on firm value, 2) to find out and analyze the effect of leverage on firm value, 3) to find out and analyze the effect of profitability on firm value; 4) to find out and analyze the effect of company size on company value. The population in this study are cosmetics and household use manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2011-2018. Sampling was done purposively with predetermined criteria. The data analysis of this study uses the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. PLS is a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) equation model based on components or variants. Based on the hypothesis test, the first hypothesis is obtained; which states that investment decision variables have a significant positive effect on firm value is acceptable. Second hypothesis test results; which states that leverage has a significant positive effect on firm value is acceptable. Third hypothesis test results; which states profitability has a significant positive effect on firm value is acceptable. The fourth hypothesis test results; which states that company size has a significant positive effect on the value of the company can not be accepted (rejected). The result of the model accuracy test by looking at R Square Adjusted which contributed the model in explaining the structural relationship of the studied variables was 0.604 (or 60.40%). Abstrak-Tujuan dari studi ini adalah 1) untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh keputusan investasi terhadap nilai perusahaan,2) untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh leverage terhadap nilai perusahaan, 3) untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan; 4) untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh ukuran perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Populasi dalam studi ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur sektor kosmetik dan keperluan rumah tangga yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2011-2018. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara purposive dengan kriteria yang telah ditetapkan sebelumnya. Analisis data studi ini menggunakan pendekatan Partial Least Square (PLS). PLS adalah model persamaan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) yang berbasis komponen atau varian. Berdasarkan uji hipotesis yang dilakukan didapat hipotesis pertama ; yang menyatakan variabel keputusan investasi berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap nilai perusahaan dapat diterima. Hasil uji hipotesis kedua ; yang menyatakan leverage berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap nilai perusahaan dapat diterima. Hasil uji hipotesis ketiga ; yang menyatakan profitabilitas berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap nilai perusahaan dapat diterima. Hasil uji hipotesis keempat ; yang menyatakan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap nilai perusahaan tidak dapat diterima (ditolak). Hasil uji ketepatan model dengan melihat R Square Adjusted yang memberi kontribusi model dalam menjelaskan hubungan struktural variabel yang diteliti adalah sebesar 0,604 (atau 60,40%). This study aims to analyze the influence of User Interface Quality (X1), Information Quality (X2), Privacy Perception (X3) and Price (X4) on Satisfaction (Y1), analyze the influence of User Interface Quality (X1), Information Quality (X2), Privacy Perception (X3) and Satisfaction (Y1) on Trust (Y2) and analyze the influence of Satisfaction (Y1) and Trust (Y2) on Customer Loyalty (Y3).This research is a quantitative study using a survey approach. This research method uses a questionnaire with 150 respondents who are Instagram followers with kasasiur_banjar accounts. In this study using the Non Probability Sampling technique by purposive sampling. Measurement of variables using a Likert scale technique with a scale of weights from 1 to 5. To determine the effect of the studied variables Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis tools are used.The results of the study concluded that User Interface quality has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. User Interface quality has a significant positive effect on customer trust. Information quality has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. The quality of information t has a significant positive effect on customer trust. Privacy perception has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. Privacy perception has a significant positive effect on customer trust. Price has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction has a significant positive effect on trust. Customer satisfaction has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty. Customer trust has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty.

This study aims to examine the effect of user competence on system quality and user satisfaction with the use of the kindfull-digital character book apps. The quality of the system is measured by indicators of flexibility and accessibility. Then, user satisfaction affected the acceptance of a system. Survey method with quantitative measurements were used. Respondents where users of the application include teachers’ and parents. Data were collected using a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Square. The results showed that user competence had an effect on system quality. Then, competent users improve system quality. Furthermore, the quality of the system can increase user satisfaction. Satisfied users will always use IS. Thus, resulted monitoring will also be more accurate, complete and timely. Based on these results, were suggested to increase the user's knowledge and skills. So, the quality of the system will improve. The perceived satisfaction will increase their use. Then, application usage training is needed to improve their competence. Thus, the quality of the system can be improved through flexibility and accessibility. The app interface design should be made more user-friendly by providing simple features, compliant content accompanied by interested display.

This research aimed to examine the impact of growth and systematic risk on company value, mediated by profitability in insurance companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). There are 88 companies in the financial sector in the insurance sub-sector listed on the IDX. They were taken as the population by using the purposive sampling technique. The sample of this study consisted of fourteen insurance companies. The data is analyzed using partial least square structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM). It was found that growth has a significant positive effect on profitability, and profitability has a significant positive effect on firm value. It means that profitability fully mediates the effect of growth on firm value. On the contrary, growth does not have a significant direct effect on firm value. Systematic risk has no significant effect on profitability and firm value. These findings are expected to have a good impact on investors and firms’ managers in Indonesia by looking at the growth and its impact on current corporate values.

This study aims to examine the behavior of individual taxpayers that use e-billing. The study was conducted at the Primary Tax Office in the Province of Bali. Data was collected using surveys. The sample was selected using convenience non-probability sampling technique. The number of respondents analyzed was 120 people. A variance based structural equation modeling approach with the calculation process supported by the partial least square was used in data analysis. The results show that perceived usefulness has a positive effect on attitude toward using e-billing, ease of use has a positive effect on attitude toward e-billing, ease of use has a positive effect on the perceived usefulness. The attitude and subjective norms positively influence the interest of individual taxpayers in using the e-billing system in paying taxes. INTISARIAplikasi web merupakan sebuah aplikasi yang menggunakan teknologi browser untuk menjalankan aplikasi dan diakses menggunakan jaringan komputer. eRapor SMK merupakan salah satu aplikasi web yang disediakan oleh Direktorat Pembinaan SMK (PSMK) Kemendikbud untuk membantu mulai dari pengolahan nilai hingga pencetakan rapor di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK). Salah satu sekolah yang menggunakan aplikasi eRapor SMK yang dirilis oleh Direktorat PSMK adalah SMK Negeri 1 Pacitan, yang telah memanfaatkannya sejak akhir tahun 2016. Pihak SMK Negeri 1 Pacitan maupun Direktorat PSMK belum pernah melakukan pengukuran mutu aplikasi web eRapor SMK meskipun muncul keluhan dari beberapa pengguna, sehingga dirasa perlu untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kualitas aplikasi tersebut. Setelah dilakukan pembandingan dengan beberapa metode pengukuran kualitas aplikasi, maka diputuskan untuk menggunakan metode WebQual 4.0 untuk mengetahui variabel dari instrumen WebQual yang mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan (user satisfaction), dan indikator apa saja yang perlu dilakukan perbaikan pada aplikasi eRapor SMK, serta memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan secara teknis. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data dengan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), memanfaatkan alat bantu aplikasi SmartPLS 3.2.8 yang berbasis metode pemodelan Partial Least Squares (PLS). Berdasarkan hasil survei terhadap 102 responden didapatkan nilai R Square adjusted untuk variabel user satisfaction sebesar 0,722 yang mengindikasikan bahwa variabel user satisfaction dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel usability, information quality, dan service interaction quality sebesar 72.2%, sedangkan sisanya yaitu sebesar 27,8% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak terdapat pada penelitian ini. Hasil dari analisis data nilai outer loading tiap instrumen WebQual didapatkan 8 indikator WebQual 4.0 yang perlu dilakukan perbaikan.Kata kunci: mutu aplikasi web, eRapor SMK, WebQual 4.0, PLS-SEM, user satisfaction  ABSTRACTWeb application is an application that needs web browser technologies to run, and accessed through computer networks. eRapor SMK is a web application provided by Direktorat Pembinaan SMK (PSMK) Kemendikbud to aid the process of assessment processing to grade reports (rapor) printing in Vocational High Schools (Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan). SMK Negeri 1 Pacitan is among the schools already using eRapor SMK application released by Direktorat PSMK since late 2016. Neither SMK Negeri 1 Pacitan or Direktorat PSMK have conducted any quality assessment on eRapor SMK web application, even though complaints have emerged among users, thus it is felt needed to assess the factors influencing the quality of the application. After comparing among other methods to assess application quality, it is decided to use WebQual 4.0 method to find out which variables from WebQual 4.0 instruments are affecting user satisfaction, and which of the indicators need to be fixed on eRapor SMK web application, and also giving technical recommendations for improvements. This research is using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) data analysis technique with the help of SmartPLS 3.2.8 application, which based on Partial Least Square (PLS) modeling method. According to a survey conducted to 102 respondents, resulting in  the R square adjusted value for user satisfaction of 0.722 indicating that user satisfaction variable can be explained by usability, information quality, and service interaction quality by 72.2%, while the rest 27.8% is influenced by other variables not stated in this research. Based on the analysis of the outer loading values of every WebQual instruments, resulting in 8 WebQual 4.0 that needs improvement..Keywords:  web application quality, eRapor SMK, WebQual 4.0, PLS-SEM, user satisfaction

Crowdsourcing platforms have gained importance in recent times, and their success is dependent mainly on the participation of the crowd. Participation is a function of both intrinsic and extrinsic motivation. Moreover, with the growing scale of information, the participants would need to focus on the quality of information to achieve sustainable participation. Our study uses game elements and information quality grounded in Motivational Affordance Perspective (MAP) to study the intrinsic and extrinsic participation on a crowdsourcing platform. We collected responses from 337 participants who are actively contributing to any crowdsourcing platform. Warp PLS uses partial least square structured equation modeling. The results confirm that the use of game elements positively promotes the participant’s intrinsic and extrinsic participation. We also confirmed that motivation is also positively moderated by the quality of information that the crowdsourcing platform shares with the participants. The results help in extending the theoretical arguments of MAP and self-determination theory.
