The main objective of this study is to determine the effect of financial leverage on financial performance of the 39 selected property and real estate companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange over a period of five years (2011-2015). This work employed two financial leverage for the independent variables such as: debt ratio (DR) and debt to equity ratio (DER) in determining their effect on financial performance such as return on equity (ROE), sales growth and price earning ratio (PER) as a dependent variable. The secondary data were obtained from the financial statement (comprehensive income statement and statement of financial position) of the selected companies quoted from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Descriptive statistical test, simple linear regression test and hypothesis test are used to analyze the data of this research. The results of the analysis show that there is a positive and insignificant influence between financial leverage on the financial performance of 39 companies, proven by hypothesis testing of t-value (1.610) < t-table (1.65481) and P-value of 0.109, while the value of regression coefficient of financial performance of 0.008.

Penelitian ini menggunakan dua leverage keuangan untuk variabel independen seperti debt ratio (DR) dan debt to equity ratio dalam menentukan pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja keuangan seperti return on equity (ROE), pertumbuhan penjualan dan price earning ratio (PER) sebagai variabel dependen. Data sekunder diperoleh dari laporan keuangan (laporan laba rugi komprehensif dan laporan posisi keuangan) dari perusahaan terpilih yang dikutip dari Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Uji statistik deskriptif, uji regresi linier sederhana dan uji hipotesis digunakan untuk menganalisis data penelitian ini. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara financial leverage terhadap kinerja keuangan dari 39 perusahaan. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan pengujian hipotesis yang menghasilkan nilai t hitung (1.610) < t-table (1.65481) dan P-value sebesar 0.109, dengan nilai koefisien regresi kinerja keuangan sebesar 0,008.

This study aims to analyze funding decisions on capital structure through trade off theory in property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2018. Profitability is measured using the return on equity ratio, asset structure is measured by fixed assets ratio and funding decisions are measured by debt. to equity ratio. The population of this research is property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2018. The data analyzed is secondary data in financial reports or annual reports. The sample selection used purposive sampling method and the sample obtained in this study were 40 data from 10 companies. In this research, the analytical method used is descriptive statistics, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis and statistical test. The results of the analysis in this study indicate that there is no effect of profitability on funding decisions, there is an effect of asset structure on funding decisions. This shows that the asset structure influences the company's decision making in funding.

This study aims todetermine and analyze in measuring the level of financial performance at PT. Indonesia Kendaraan Terminal Tbk, 2015-2019 period in terms of financial ratio analysis. Information on the level of financial performance is  very important in maintaining the company's existence from competition. The analytical method used is descriptive method with a quantitative approach, with data collection techniques in the form of documentary research or Its kind, as well as data collection from the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI). The data analyzed were the financial statements of PT. Indonesia Kendaran Teminal Tbk. Namely the income statement and statement of financial position (BalanceSheet) for the period of 2015-2019. Assessment of the level of performance from the financial aspect uses financial ratio indicators, namely Current Ratio, Cash Ratio, Debt Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Gross Profit Margin, Net Profit Margin, Return On Equity, Total Asset Turnover, Fixed Asset Turnover. Results of The research on the level of financial performance of PT. Indonesia Vehicle Terminal Tbk. Obtained a healthy predicate with the AA category consecutively during the period 2015 to 2019.

This research aims to examine as partially the effect of ROA, ROEand CR on Firm Value of real estate and property company in Indonesia stock Exchange . Independent variables used are ROA (Return On Assets), ROE (Return On Equity) and CR (Current Ratio). The total sample on this research obtained to 174 data oberseved. The data analyzed is secondary data obtained from Indonesia stock Exchange. The analytical method in this research uses descriptive statistic, classical assumption test, F test, hypothesis test, and coefficient of determination test. The result of this study shows that ROA and CR have no significant effect on firm value, meanwhile ROE has the effect on frim value,Keyword: : Firm Value ; Return On Asset; Return On Equity; Current ratio.

The purpose of this research to measure capital structure of cosmetics companies and house hold goods listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2017 using vertical analysis, return on equity (ROE), earnings per share (EPS), debt on equity ratio (DER), and Long-Term Debt on Equity Ratio (LTDtER). This research uses descriptive methods, secondary data used is company documentation and financial reports in the form of balance sheet PT.Akasha Wira International Tbk, PT. Kino Indonesia Tbk, PT.Mandom Indonesia Tbk, PT. Martina Berto Tbk, PT. Mustika Ratu Tbk and PT. Unilever Indonesia Tbk in 2015 until 2017. The results showed that the perfomance of cosmetics companies and house hold goods reduction in 2015 until 2017 the form of Return on Equity (ROE) and increase in Debt on Equity Ratio (DER) and also fluctuations in Long-Term Debt on Equity Ratio (LTDtER). PT. Kino Indonesia and PT. Mustika Ratu are companies with financial performance whose capital structure management is not optimal due to the composition and proportion of long-term debt with equity that is not balanced with the returns and risks borne by the company during the 2015 to 2017 period. This study aimed to obtain empirical evidence on the influence of fundamental factors, systematic risk and macroeconomics on the returns Islamic stock of companies incorporated in the Jakarta Islamic Index in 2010-2014. The variables used were the fundamental factors that are proxied by Earning Per Share (EPS), Return on Equity (ROE), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER); Systematic risk is proxied by Beta Shares; macroeconomic factors is proxied by the inflation rate and the exchange rate. The samples of this study are the enterprises incorporated in Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) at the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The sampling method was using purposive sampling. There were 12 samples of Islamic stocks that meet the criteria to be used as samples. The analysis model used is multiple linear regression techniques and the type of data used is secondary data. The study found that all variables, which are Earning Per Share (EPS), Return on Equity (ROE), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Beta stock, inflation and the exchange rate do not significantly affect the return of sharia stock either simultaneously or partially.

The purpose of this study was to determine financial performance to stock price ofminning industries at Indonesian Stock Exchange . This research is field research withdata collection techniques using documentation that the sample size is as much as 33emitten. To test the effect of the financial performance to stock price used multipleregression analysis techniques and to test research hypotheses, F test and t test.From the results of calculations using SPSS for Windows version 17, showed that: thevalue of R Square (R2) illustrates that the Stock price (Y), can be explained by thefinancial performance amounted to 65.6%, while the rest 34.4%, can be explained byother factors, which are not included in this study. F Hypothesis test results, obtainedvalue of sig. (98,701)>(0.05), this means that there is influence of the current ratio, totalasset turnover , return on investment, and total debt to total asset ratio together againststock price. While the results of hypothesis testing t as follows: 1) sig. (0.000)< (0.05),which means that there is effect current ratio to stock price; 2) sig.(0.004) < (0.05),which means that there is effect debt to equity ratio to stock price; 3) sig.(0.846) >(0.05), which means that there is no effect total asset turnover to stock price; 4)sig.(0.000) (0.05), which means that there is no effect return on investment to stock price,and 5) sig.(0.700)>(0.05), which means that there is no effect total debt to total assetratio to stock price

The purpose of this study is to provide empirical evidence of the effects of the Loan to Value (LTV) policy on the financial performance of property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The sample selection uses a purposive sampling method of 42 property and real estate companies that meet the criteria. The research period is divided into 2 namely before the Loan to Value policy (2013-2014) and after the Loan to Value policy (2016-2017) with the Paired Sample t Test analysis technique. The test results show if the current ratio, Return on Asset, Return on Equity and Debt to Asset have significant differences between before and after the LTV policy is applied. While the fast ratio, cash ratio, net profit margin and Debt to Equity did not show a significant difference. The research aims to analyze the effect of  Return On Equity (ROE ), Return On Asset (ROA), Net Income (NI) and Debt to Equity  (DER) on partially and simultaneously to Return Investment (RI) in property companies. Data were collected from secondary data in the financial documentation of Indonesian Capital Market  Directory ( ICMD ) and also can download in the official website of the Indonesian Stock Exchange www. IDX.co.id. Data analysis was using Eviews version  7.1. The results show that: ROE, ROA, NI, and DER simultaneously significant effect on the property company’s stock return, but partially only ROE and DER variable that significantly effects on stock return. This study aims to examine the effect of foreign ownership, leverage, cash holding and debt maturity on financial performance in property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange (idx) in the period 2014-2018. This study is categorized as causative research. The population in this study are property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange (idx) in the period 2014-2018. By using purposive sampling method, there were 24 companies as the research’s sample. The type of data used is secondary data and used is panel regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that foreign ownership, cash holding and debt maturity has no significant effect on financial performance, only leverage has significant effect on financial performance
