n this study, the preparation of inclusion complexes according to kneading and physical mixing techniques at 1:1 and 1:2 (guest:host) mass ratios of Fe 3 O 4 @HA@Ag and β-cyclodextrin were studied. Fourier transformed infrared spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analyses and scanning electron microscope analysesof the prepared complexes were carried out. According to the results obtained, it was observed Fe 3 O 4 @HA@Ag especially forms inclusion complex with β-cyclodextrin at a mass ratio of 1:2. In the second part of this study, results related to the use of these inclusion complexes during electrospinning process in order to obtain antibacterial nanowebs, which could potentially be used in medical wounds, will be given.

In this study, guest:host inclusion complexes of silver cyclohexane di carboxylate (Ag-CdC) with β-cyclodextrin were prepared by kneading and physical mixing techniques, and analyzed via Fourier transformed infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and thermogravimetric analyser (TGA). The 1:1 and 1:2 stoichiometry of the guest:host were prepared. Obtained FTIR and TGA results showed that formation of silver cyclohexane di carboxylate (Ag-CdC): β-cyclodextrin (β-CD) inclusion complexes occurred at a mass ratio of both 1:1 and 1:2. Furthermore, these prepared inclusion complexes were doped in poly(vinyl alcohol) nanofibers during electrospinning process for obtaining nanowebs. The formation of nanowebs were investigated with scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Besides, FTIR and TGA analysis were also carried out. Results showed that both inclusion complex preparation and inclusion complex added PVA nanowebs production were successful.

The composition and property of the boron mud is investigated by X-ray diffractometry (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM), thermogravimetry (TG), differential thermal analysis (DTA) and fourier transformed infrared spectroscopy (FITR). The mineral components of the boron mud are magnesite (MgCO3)、forsterite (Mg2SiO4)、hematite (Fe2O3)、dolomite (CaMg(CO3)2) and a small amount of magnesium sulfate and lizardite((Mg,Al)3[(Si,Fe)2O5](OH)4)). The decomposition reaction of the boron mud can be carried on at 400~600°C, and silicate of the boron mud can reaction with NaOH with the increase of temperature to about 1000°C.

مقدمه: دوکسوروبیسین، از متداول ترین داروهای مورد استفاده در شیمی‌درمانی سرطان با عوارض جانبی بسیار همراه بوده و این حقیقت استفاده از آن را با محدودیت هایی مواجه می سازد. در مطالعه حاضر با تکیه بر دانش نانوحامل های دارویی، فرمولاسیون‌های متعددی از فرم نیوزومه‌ شده این دارو سنتز شده و بهینه‌سازی های سطحی در خصوص فرمولاسیون منتخب نهایی اعمال گردید. روش بررسی: پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعه تجربی است. سامانه های نیوزومی با فرمولاسیون‌های متعدد و استفاده از توئین-60 و کلسترول به روش هیدراتاسیون فیلم نازک سنتز شدند. داروی دوکسوروبیسین به طور غیرفعال درون نیوزوم ها بارگذاری شد.  سپس بهینه سازی ها بر اساس انتخاب تجربی دو فرمول از 6 فرمول ساخته شده، و بررسی اثر افزودن تویین20، پلیمر DSPE-mPEG (2000) و فسفولیپید کاتیونی DOTAP (به ترتیب) صورت پذیرفت. سپس شاخصه های فیزیکوشیمیایی نانوسامانه از منظر بازده درون‌گیری، پروفایل رهایش دارو در شرایط مشابه سلول‌های سالم و سرطانی، قطر هیدرودینامیک،Poly Dispersity Index ، پتانسیل زتا، مورفولوژی و طیف Infrared Spectroscopy (IR) تعیین گردید. به منظور رسم گراف ها و بیان داده ها به ترتیب از نرم افزارهای Origin و Excel استفاده شد. نتایج: فرمول نیوزوم بهینه شده نهایی نیوزومی دارای قطر nm59/92، انکپسولاسیون 43/0 ± 8/91%، پتانسیل زتا mV5/3- و شاخص پراکندگی 196/0 می باشد. حداکثر رهایش دارو از نانوسامانه  تحت شرایط سلول‌های سالم و سرطانی (C° 37، 4/7=pH و C° 42، 4/5=pH) بعد از گذشت 48 ساعت، به ترتیب؛ 3/62% و 5/76% بوده است. بررسی های Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscope و IR نشان از مورفولوژی کروی و عدم وجود برهم کنش شیمیایی میان نانوسامانه و دارو بوده است. نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج این مطالعه نیمه ‌هدفمند ‌بودن این حامل دارویی را اثبات می کند. هم چنین نشان می هد، نیوزوم  بدون ایجاد تغییر در ماهیت شیمیایی دارو و با تخصصی نمودن دارو‌رسانی، اثربخشی و کیفیت‌زندگی بیمار را افزایش و عوارض جانبی را کاهش می دهد.

Modification of bioceramics by ion implantation of magnesium ( Mg ) is of interest as Mg is the fourth abundant cation in the human body. In this work, magnesium was ion-implanted into a ZrO 2 based bioceramic stabilized with Y 2 O 3 and Al 2 O 3. Both Mg -implanted and unimplanted samples were soaked in a simulated body fluid (SBF) for a period of time. The deposits on the surface of various samples were characterized with scanning electron microscope (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). We find that the Mg -implanted ZrO 2 shows better bioactivity than the plain bioceramic. These results indicate that Mg -implantation can improve the bioactivity of the ZrO 2 based bioceramic. Mechanisms governing the improvement are discussed in this paper.

The polyaniline(PANI) nanoparticles were synthesized with alcohol solvent at first. The microstructure of PANI nanoparticles were characterized by scanning electron microscope (SEM), Fourier transfer infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). The electrochemical performances of the samples were tested. The results showed that the diameters of PANI nanoparticles were 50-200nm. As the supercapacitor materials, PANI nanoparticles were suitable for the green energy materials.

An investigation on modification of natural zeolite with ZnO for the degradation of tartrazine. In this study, ZnO as a semiconductor is modified into a natural zeolite as support to form ZnO/zeolite that can increase the efficiency degradation of tartrazine. Further, the formed catalyst was added to tartrazine by determining the variation in ozonolysis time, the amount of addition of the catalyst, and the addition of a catalyst time. The results of degradation were determined by UV-Vis spectrophotometer at 424 nm. The result showed that the percentage of degradation obtained on each catalyst in the degradation. The resulted percent degradation of 20 ml of tartrazine at concentration of 15 mg/L using 20 mg ZnO/zeolite was 56.80%, while using 0.77 mg ZnO was 42.25%, and with the addition of 19.23 mg of Zeolite was 31.18%, all of that condition was proceeded by 40 minutes of ozonolysis. Thus, the result indicates that the ZnO/zeolite catalyst can increase percentages of tartrazine degradation by ozonolysis. It is known that the catalyst ZnO/zeolite is very effective in increasing the degradation of tartrazine. Analysis of tartrazine compounds using fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) after degradation changes in wavenumber indicates that there is a breaking of the bonds of tartrazine compounds. Characterization of ZnO/zeolite catalyst using FTIR, X-Ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscope (SEM), in each spectrum there was no shift, indicating that there is no change in ZnO/zeolite structure

Poliester mempunyai beberapa keunggulan seperti tahan kusut, mudah pemeliharaannya dan relatif awet, namun kurang nyaman dipakai terutama pada kondisi tropis karena daya serapnya rendah dengan moisture regain (MR) 0,4%. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah merubah sifat hidrofob kain poliester menjadi hidrofil untuk meningkatkan daya serapnya. Proses dilakukan dengan cara melapisi selulosa bakterial melalui proses perendaman kain dalam bakteri selulosa (Acetobacter xylinum) dalam medium air kelapa, selama 3 hari, 6 hari, 9 hari dan 12 hari. Selanjutnya dilakukan proses fiksasi dan pemurnian dengan NaOH 3%. Produk yang dihasilkan kemudian dilakukan pencucian berulang dengan mesin lounder O-meter sebanyak 1, 2 dan 3 kali atau setara dengan 5, 10 dan 15 kali pencucian dengan mesin cuci rumah tangga. Dari beberapa pengujian diketahui bahwa semakin lama waktu perendaman, MR dan daya serapnya semakin meningkat, namun kekuatan tarik mengalami sedikit penurunan. Dari analisa morfologi dengan Scanning Electron Microscope terlihat bahwa  dengan perendaman selama 6 hari sudah jelas terlihat lapisan selulosa bakterial yang menyelubungi serat dengan rata yang juga dibuktikan pada serapan gugus fungsinya pada Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR) dan hasil pencelupan dengan zat warna reaktif. Kondisi optimum diperoleh pada perendaman 6 hari dan setelah pencucian berulang 2 kali dengan mesin lounder O-meter (setara dengan10 kali pencucian rumah tangga), yaitu MR meningkat dari 0,4 % menjadi 1,02 % dan waktu penyerapan  dari 96,64 detik menjadi 4,22 detik.
