Organizational culture is one of the important things that must be considered by a company because it causes the appearance of organizational citizenship behavior in the employee. Positive organizational culture cause the employees felt like to do more work than what was required in the job description. This research aims to figure out the organizational culture, citizenship behavior, and how much influence from organizational culture into citizenship behavior employees in PT X. The method research is using quantitative research method. The data analysis method was used that classic assumption test, descriptive statistical analysis, simple correlation analysis, simple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The sample in this research of 120 respondents with the total population of 239 employees. Collecting data use questionnaire with the Likert scale and interview. The results showed the organization's culture is in the category both in terms of innovation and risk-taking, attention to detail, results-orientation, people orientation, team orientation, aggressiveness, and stability. Then the organizational citizenship behavior was used in this study is the dimension of organizational citizenship behavior of employees also are in good category seen from the behavior altruism, conscientiousness, Sportsmanship, courtesy, and civic virtue. The conclusion from this research that there is an influence of organizational culture on organizational citizenship behavior amounted to 79.3%.

<span lang="IN"><em>The study was conducted on employees of UKM Sank Makroni Cap Bintang, Mutih Wetan Village, Demak Regency. This research includes the type of field research, which is a research study that takes authentic data objectively. Whereas seen from the type, this research is classified as qualitative research using descriptive method. The research was conducted to determine the role of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) and organizational culture to improve employee performance. There are five aspects in implementing OCB, namely: Altruism, Conscientiousness, Courtesy and Civic Virtue. While the role of organizational culture will improve employee performance through seven aspects in its implementation, namely: innovation and courageous risk taking, attention, people orientation, team orientation, aggressiveness, stability.</em></span>

This study aims to show the influence of Organizational Culture and Procedural Justice on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Study on IT Companies In Special Region of Yogyakarta) which is focused on the high low organizational culture of a company. Samples in this study as many as 9 IT companies with convenience sampling method. The population in this study is all IT companies in Isitimewa Area of Yogyakarta. The data type in this study is primary data. The data source in this study is the results of surveys, interviews and filling out questionnaires from employees of IT companies in the Special Region of Yogyakarta who became research samples. The results of this study show that organizational culture and procedural justice have a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior in IT companies in Dareah Istimewa Yogyakarta. But for companies whose organizational culture is low organizational culture has no effect on organizational citizenship behavior in IT companies in the Special Region of Yogyakarta.

The purpose of this research are: 1) To analyze the influence of Organizational citizenship behavior on Intent to Stay 2) To analyze the influence of organizational culture on Intent to Stay on the vocational school teacher in Mojokerto regency 3) Analyze the influence of Intent to Stay for the SMK teacher on job satisfaction 4) Analyze the influence of Organizational citizenship behavior to job satisfaction 5) Analyze the influence of organizational culture on job satisfaction 6) Analyze the influence of Organizational citizenship behavior and organizational culture on job satisfaction directly and indirectly to Intent to Stay. This Research Is an explanatory research. The samples used were 91 respondents of vocational school teachers in Mojokerto regency but who returned questionnaires of 48 people, the method of data collection was questionnaire. Statistical analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The calculation of the alleged value of the variables is done with the help of SPSS version 20 program. From the research results can be summarized as follows: 1) Organizational citizenship behavior has no significant effect on Intent to Stay. 2) organizational culture has significant effect on Intent to Stay. 3) Organizational citizenship behavior has no significant effect on performance. 4) organizational culture has no significant effect on performance. 5) Intent to Stay has no significant effect on performance. 6) Organizational citizenship behavior and organizational culture have a significant effect directly or indirectly on performance through Intent to Stay variables.

This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction, organizational commitment and organizational culture partially and simultaneously to organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on official staff in Lumajang District. The research type used is descriptive with causal associative approach. This study was conducted with the number of respondents as many as 147 people. The sampling technique used is a saturated sampling technique. Hypothesis testing is done by multiple linear regression analysis for hypothesis through SPSS 16 for windows program. Based on the results of the study obtained that the satisfaction of employees and organizational culture there is a significant positive influence partially on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on the official staff in Lumajang District. While organizational commitment there is no significant positive effect partially on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on official employees in Lumajang District. Simultaneously employee satisfaction, organizational commitment and organizational culture there is a significant positive influence simultaneously to organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on official staff in Lumajang District. The variables studied have an effect of 63.3% on the organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) and the rest is influenced by other variables that are not in carefully.

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture, work environment and organizational commitment to organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) Employees of the Production Section of PT.X Beji. This research is quantitative research with hypothesis testing. The sample used in this study was 73 production department employees at PT.X Beji. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 18 for windows. The primary data in this study were obtained from a questionnaire whose measurements used a Likert scale that was tested for validity and reliability. The results of this study prove that organizational culture influences organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), work environment influences organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), organizational commitment also influences organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), in addition organizational culture, work environment and organizational commitment influence simultaneously on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB).

CV Yrama Widya is publishers and printing company of subject and public schools. The company has 116 permanent employees. There is a problem at CV Yrama Widya is the lack of organizational citizenship behavior of employees which one contributing factor is the lack of leadership roles serving on the company. Based on these problems, this study aims to determine the servant leadership and organizational citizenship behavior, as well as the magnitude of the effect of servant leadership on organizational citizenship behavior at CV Yrama Widya. The method used is quantitative research methods. Data analysis methods used are descriptive statistical analysis, the classical assumption test, simple correlation analysis, simple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that servant leadership is in the category both in terms of love, empowerment, vision, humility, and trust. Then the employee organizational citizenship behavior was in the category both in terms of the behavior of altruism, conscientiousness, Sportsmanship, courtesy, and civic virtue. In conclusion, there is the influence of servant leadership on organizational citizenship behavior of employees at CV Yrama Widya amounted to 59.1%.

As for target of which will reach in this research is to analysing cultural influence of  organization to PIP Semarang officer Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Analysing  organizational komitmen influence to PIP Semarang officer Organizational Citizenship Behavior  (OCB). Pursuant to above mentioned background, hence researcher will test about cultural  influence of organizational comitment and organization to officer Organizational Citizenship  Behavior (OCB) in is PIP Semarang.  Population in this research is PIP Semarang officer amounting to 319 one who consist of  215 PNS and 104 contract officer.To determine the amount of sample to be used as the source of  information in this research is used by Slovin formula. Pursuant to result of calculation of  determination of is amount of sampel with Slovin formula hence amount of minimum sampel  which needed in this research is 178 PIP Semarang officer responder. Data which is used in  research is primary data and secunder. Method analyse data use doubled linear regression  analysis.  Pursuant to result of research can be concluded by proven organizational culture have an  effect on positively of significant to PIP Semarang officer Organizational Citizenship Behavior  (OCB). Its Meaning, if organizational culture as according to individual values hence will push  the make-up of employees Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Proven Organizational  Comitment have an effect on positively of significant to PIP Semarang officer Organizational  Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Its Meaning, if employees have strong organizational comitment  hence this matter will push employees for have high Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB)

The results of this study indicates that: 1) leadership have positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior which indicated by coefficient regression value 0,297 and significant value 0,003, 2) organizational culture have positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior which indicated by coefficient regression value 0,144 and significant value 0,039, and 3) leadership and organizational culture have simultaneously effect on organizational citizenship behavior which indicated by f-count value 6,846 > f-table and significant value 0,002. Regression analyze result adjusted R2 value 0,117. This indicates that organizational citizenship behavior can explained by leadership and organizational culture variable of 11,7 % while the remaining 88,3% explained by the others variable outside of this study.

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Data dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan didistribusikan kepada 106 pegawai tetap PT. Hatten Bali. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku kewargaan organisasional ditunjukkan oleh nilai koefisien regresi 0,297 dan nilai signifikan 0,003, 2) budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku kewarganegaraan organisasional ditunjukkan oleh nilai koefisien regresi 0,144 dan signifikansi 0,039, dan 3) kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap perilaku kewargaan organisasional yang ditunjukkan oleh nilai f hitung 6,846>f-tabel dan nilai signifikan 0,002. Hasil analisis regresi disesuaikan dengan nilai R2 0,117. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa perilaku kewargaan organisasional dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi sebesar 11,7% sedangkan sisanya 88,3% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain di luar penelitian ini.

Organizational Culture on Organizational Citizenship Behavior; 3) determine the effect of job satisfaction on Organization Citizenship Behavior and; 4) determine the effect of Organizational Commitment, Organizational Culture, and Job Satisfaction with the Organization Citizenship Behavior. The research sample consisted of 35 respondents. Data collection was performed using a questionnaire, after which a validity and reliability test was performed using SPSS Software. The data analysis technique is done by multiple linear regression analysis, the results of the study show: 1) organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on Organization Citizenship Behavior; 2) organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on Organization Citizenship Behavior, 3) job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Organization Citizenship Behavior and; 4)organizational commitment, organizational culture, and job satisfaction have a positive and significant impact on Organization Citizenship Behavior.Keywords: Organizational commitment; organizational culture; job satisfaction; organizational citizenship behavior (OCB).
