The musyarakah financing product is a competitive flagship product of Bank Pembiayaan Rakyat Syariah (BPRS) which has not growth yet as like as other financing products. The lack of development of musyarakah financing products has caused BPRS to have more products based on fixed income financing which is similar to the conventional pattern that uses a fixed income structure. PT. BPRS Baktimakmur Indah is the largest BPRS It has assets Rp 163,147,899,000 and the financing provided has Rp 126,807,530 as of December 31, 2019. This research was conducted at BPRS Baktimakmur Indah Cabang Sepanjang Sidoarjo that located at Jln. Raya Bebekan No.21 Sepanjang kecamatan Taman, Kabupaten Sidoarjo. The purpose of this study was to analyze the implementation of musyarakah financing based on the standard book of musyarakah products published by Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK). By using qualitative research methods through a phenomenological paradigm approach that requires researching a natural setting, with observation data collection techniques, direct interviews and literature from companies to support data needs. After the research was conducted, it was found that the BPRS Baktimakmur Indah Cabang Sepanjang had implemented musyarakah financing in accordance with the standard book of musyarakah products issued by Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK).

The research objectives of this thesis are to find out and analyze products, promotions and prices that affect the school's image, parents' interest in choosing schools and to find out and analyze school image as a mediator variable capable of influencing the relationship between product, promotion, price and parents' interest in choosing schools at SD Muhammadiyah 5 Porong. This research belongs to the type of quantitative research and uses descriptive statistical analysis. Researching on a particular population or sample. Data collection using a limited questionnaire method. Respondents were the guardians of the students of SD Muhammadiyah 5 Porong as many as 125 people. Validity test analysis. To test the validity and reliability of the data, the researcher used the W-Start program. Hypothesis test analysis. Analysis of the relationship between variables will be carried out by path analysis assisted by the SPSS version 21 windows program. The results of the SPSS program analysis show that the influence of Product, Promotion, and Price Factors together in creating School Image is 65%. Meanwhile, the other 35% are influenced by other factors.

This study aims to describe how the use of the Instagram feature as a promotional medium is applied to a Indah Bordir shop in Sidoarjo. This research is based on an event that occurred and the fact that during the current COVID-19 pandemic, business actors experienced a very drastic decline in sales, this was due to the lack of visitors, the amount of competition, and the high cost of promotions incurred when using paid promotional media such as advertisements on television, print media or even on radio.This research method uses qualitative methods, data collection is obtained from observation and documentation. The results of this study indicate that, there are 12 features that are used as promotional media namely, Profile, Feed, Follow, Uploading Photos or Videos, Captions, Comments, Hashtags, Highlight Stories, Snapgrams, Live Broadcasts, Direct Messages, and Geotagging. While the other 5 are not used as promotional media namely, Home Page, Like, Explore, Story Archives, and Instagram Savepost.

This study aims to determine the effect of Teamwork, Internal Work Environment and Financial Compensation on Employee Performance at Sold Out Distro in Tulangan Sidoarjo. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach method. Sampling in this study was carried out by non probability sampling method  with saturated sample technique with the number of respondents as many as 95 respondents who become employees at Sold Out Distro in Tulangan Sidoarjo. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this study uses multiple linear regression using the SPSS statistics version 25 program. The results of this study prove that Teamwork partially affect Employee Performance, Internal Work Environment partially affect Employee Performance and Financial Compensation partially affect Employee Performance.

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the success of the implementation of accrual-based accounting in the Sidoarjo Regency Government (Study on the Sidoarjo Regency Government). The sampling method used is the Slovin formula. The sample in this study amounted to 114 samples. The data used is primary data. The data analysis method used in this study is Multiple Linear Regression with SPSS 23. The results of this study indicate that human resource expertise has an effect on the success of accrual-based accounting implementation in the Sidoarjo Regency Government. The quality of technology and information systems affect the success of the implementation of accrual-based accounting in the Sidoarjo Regency Government. Organizational commitment affects the success of accrual-based accounting implementation in the Sidoarjo Regency Government. Organizational culture influences the success of accrual-based accounting implementation in the Sidoarjo Regency Government.

This study aims to determine the Effect of advertising, perceptions and consumer knowledge on product purchases at PT. Javas Tripta Mandala. The analytical tool used is tabulating the questionnaire, collecting data in the form of validity and reliability tests. The hypothesis in this study is the Effect of advertising, perceptions and knowledge of consumers on product purchases to test this hypothesis used multiple linear regression analysis tools.The results of the research instrument obtained based on the validity test showed that all questions in the questionnaire were declared valid. To test the reliability of all variables, the Cronbach’s Alpha value is obtained> 0.6, so it is declared reliable. Hypothesis testing based on the F test, t test and Adjusted R2 shows that there is a significant effect of advertising, perceptions and consumer knowledge on product purchases.

Generally, investors use the Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG) as a parameter of stock performance listed on the Indonesian stock exchange. One of the factors that can affect the IHSG is macroeconomic factors such as economic growth, inflation, and interest rates. This study aims to determine the effect of economic growth, inflation rate, and interest rates of Bank Indonesia on the IHSG. The population and sample in this study are quarterly economic growth, inflation, Bank Indonesia interest rates, the monthly Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG) from 2015-2019. Testing the hypothesis of this study using validity and reliability tests with the SmartPLS version 3 application. The results showed that the variables of economic growth and inflation had no significant effect on the Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG). Meanwhile, the interest rate variable of Bank Indonesia has a significant effect on the IHSG.

This study aims to know the effect of Visual Merchandising, Store Atmosphere and Price Discount on Impulse Buying with Positive Emotion as an Intervening Variable in Ace Hardware Sidoarjo. The sample used were 100 respondents. Samples were taken by purposive sampling method. Data analysis technique is done by using PLS-SEM analysis with the SmartPLS 3.0 program. The results of this study indicate that Visual Merchandising has an effect on Impulse Buying, Store Atmosphere has an effect on Impulse Buying, Price Discount has no effect on Impulse Buying, Visual Merchandising has an effect on Positive Emotion, Store Atmosphere has an effect on Positive Emotion, Price Discount has an on effect on Positive Emotion, Positive Emotion has an effect on Impulse Buying, Visual Merchandising has an effect on Impulse Buying through Positive Emotion, Store Atmosphere has an effect on Impulse Buying through Positive Emotion, Price Discount has an effect on Impulse Buying through Positive Emotion

The research has a purpose to determine the effect of the variables (1)E-commerce, (2)the use of accounting information systems and (3)business capital on student decision making for entrepreneurship. The research method uses quantitative. The study used primary data with a questionnaire. Students of the accounting study program at Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo University with as many as 88 respondents were the population in this study. Used purposive sampling technique in determining the sample.assistance software SPSS version 23.0in data processing. In analyzing the data using multiple linear regression method. The results of the study prove that (1)E-commerce and (2)the use of accounting information systems have an influence on students' decision making for entrepreneurship, while (3)Business capital has no influence on entrepreneurial decisions.

This study aims to describe the impact of environmental pollution, the causes of rejection from the Medali village community, and to evaluate the pollution violations in terms of environmental law. Furthermore, an analysis of the handling of pollution, the impact on the environment, an assessment of the location of the factory was conducted to criticize the existence of a rubber factory. This thesis research uses Law Number 32 Year 2009 concerning Environmental Protection and Management including handling and overcoming the risk of environmental pollution. This study uses the socio-legal method, using primary data and secondary data which are then analyzed using the juridical-empirical writing type specification, field observation data collection, interviews, and literature study. The results show, in the implementation of waste management by PT Bumi Nusa Makmur there is a mismatch with the proper standard of waste disposal, a violation of the establishment and expansion of company land, as well as environmental impacts in the form of environmental pollution related to air and liquid waste which affects the environment and communities around Medali village
