The objectives of this research are: 1) Analyzing career development on employee productivity. 2) Analyzing the effect of education on employee productivity. 3) Analyzing career development on performance. 4) Analyzing the effect of education on performance. 5) Analyzing the effect of employee productivity on performance. 6) Analyzing career development on performance through mediating variables of employee productivity. 7) Analyzing the effect of education on performance through the mediating variable of employee productivity. The population in this study were all employees at the Rijan Mart Unit with a total of 27 people and the M2M Indonesian Fast Food unit 20 people, the total population was 47 people. so that the sampling method is to use the census technique. Where all members of the population are sampled. data analysis tool using SmartPLS software version 3.3.7 for students. From the research results, it can be concluded as follows: 1) Career development has no effect on employee productivity 2) Education has a significant effect on employee productivity 3) Career development has no effect on employee performance 4) Education has no effect on employee performance 5) Employee productivity has a significant effect on performance employees 6) Career development has a significant effect on employee performance through employee productivity 7) Education has a significant effect on employee performance through employee productivity

The aims of this research are: 1) Analyzing the pattern of leadership on job characteristics. 2) Analyzing the effect of organizational commitment on job characteristics. 3) Analyzing the influence of leadership patterns on work discipline. 4) Analyzing the effect of organizational commitment on work discipline. 5) Analyzing the effect of work discipline on job characteristics. 6) Analyzing the influence of leadership patterns indirectly on work discipline through job characteristics. 7) Analyzing the influence of organizational commitment indirectly on work discipline through job characteristics. The population in this study were all employees at the traditional food restaurant, Dapur M'riah, Mojokerto, East Java, with a total of 56 people. The sampling method used the census technique, the data analysis used the help of SPSS version 20 to test the validity with factor analysis, and test reliability with Cronbach. Classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis, to verify and prove the research hypothesis. From the results of the study, it can be concluded as follows: 1) Leadership pattern has no effect on job characteristics 2) Organizational commitment has a significant effect on job characteristics 3) Leadership pattern has no effect on work discipline 4) Organizational commitment has a significant effect on work discipline 5) Job characteristics have a significant effect on work discipline 6) Leadership patterns have an indirect effect on work discipline through job characteristics 7) Organizational commitment has an indirect effect on work discipline through job characteristics

The aims of this study are: 1) To determine and analyze the effect of the work environment on work motivation. 2) To find out and analyze the effect of work engagement on work motivation. 3) To find out and analyze the work environment on performance. 4) To find out and analyze the effect of work engagement on performance. 5) To find out and analyze the effect of work motivation on performance. 6) To find out and analyze the work environment on performance with work motivation as an intervening variable. 7) To find out and analyze the effect of work engagement on performance with work motivation as an intervening variable. The population in this study were all employees in the Puri sub-district, Mojokerto Regency totaling 28 people. The sampling method in this writing uses the census technique. From the research results, it can be concluded as follows: 1) Work environment has no effect on work motivation. 2) Work engagement has a significant effect on work motivation. 3) Work environment has no significant effect on performance. 4) Work engagement has a significant effect on performance. 5) Work motivation has a significant effect on performance. 6) Work environment has an indirect effect on performance with work motivation as an intervening variable. 7) Work engagement has an indirect effect on performance with work motivation as an intervening variable.

Organizations need to encourage their employees to have high job performance in the hope of getting a lot of benefits for the organization, but not making employees feel disadvantaged. This condition is strongly influenced by the role of a leader in the organization, initiatives and employee development. The aims of this study are: 1) To determine and analyze the effect of effort on Moral of job. 2) To find out and analyze the effect of initiative on Moral of job. 3) To find out and analyze effort on job performance. 4) To find out and analyze the effect of initiative on job performance. 5) To find out and analyze the effect of Moral of job on job performance. 6) To find out and analyze effort on job performance with the mediating variable Moral of job. 7) To find out and analyze the effect of initiative on job performance with the mediating variable Moral of job. Based on considerations of time, effort, and funds, as well as the scope of the problem and the large number of subjects in a population of 336 people, this study uses the Slovin formula with a significance (p) (0.1) so that a sample of 79 people is determined. Where all members of the population are sampled, the data analysis tool uses the SmartPLS software version 3.3.7. From the results of the study, it can be concluded as follows: 1) effort has a significant effect on Moral of job 2) Initiative has no effect on Moral of job 3) Effort has no effect on Job performance 4) Initiative has a significant effect on Job performance 5) Moral of job has no effect on Job performance 6) effort has an indirect effect on Job performance through Moral of job 7) Initiative has an indirect effect on Job performance through Moral of job.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the simultaneous, partial and dominant influence of competence and job placement variables on work motivation. The research method explains that the location of Lesehan Dapur M'Riah Mojokerto, the type of research is explanatory research, namely research that aims to determine the relationship between two variables of competence and work placement on work motivation. The population of this research is the employees of Lesehan Dapur M'Riah Mojokerto. The number of samples is 30 people, while the data analysis uses multiple linear regression. The results showed that: 1) competence and work placement had a simultaneous effect on work motivation. 2) competence has a partial effect on work motivation and work placement does not partially affect work motivation. 3) competence has a dominant effect on work motivation.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the simultaneous, partial and dominant influence of Trust and Satisfaction on the Loyalty of the santri guardian. This type of research is explanatory research, namely research that aims to determine the relationship between the two variables Trust and Satisfaction with the Loyalty of the guardian of the santri. The research population is the guardian of the students of the Riyadlul Jannah Islamic Boarding School Formal Education Unit Pacet Mojokerto. The number of samples was 95 people, while the data analysis used multiple linear regression. The results showed that: 1) There was a simultaneous influence of trust and satisfaction on the loyalty of the guardians of students. 2) There is no partial effect of trust on the loyalty of santri guardians and there is a partial effect of satisfaction on the loyalty of santri guardians. 3) satisfaction has a more dominant effect on the loyalty of santri guardians than trust.

The achievement of organizational goals in Islam is strongly influenced by the performance of its leaders. Quality of Organizational Communication with the strength of a leadership position to create a strong influence on subordinates and colleagues is seen as an indicator of a good leader. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of communication simultaneously, partially and dominantly on the variables of communication and trust on team performance. The research method explains that the location of Waqf Drinking Water Management in Pondok Pesantren Riyadlul Jannah Pacet Mojokerto as a Government Institution, the type of research is explanatory research, namely research that aims to determine the relationship between the two variables Communication and Trust on Team Performance. The population of the study was the employees of Waqf Drinking Water Management at the Riyadlul Jannah Islamic Boarding School Pacet Mojokerto. The number of samples was 93 people, while the data analysis used multiple linear regression. The results showed that: 1) There was a simultaneous effect of communication and trust on team performance. 2) There is a partial effect of communication on team performance and there is a partial effect of trust on team performance. 3) communication has a more dominant effect on team performance than trust.
