Today’s time is of artificial intelligence. We are trying to reduce the search space by some methods as uncertain data is also used in the system to solve problems. To manage our database we use hybrid techniques. Like Fuzzy expert system, fuzzy genetic system, in this paper we will see how can we use such system in solving an application.

Fuzzy expert system is an artificial intelligence tool that helps to resolve the decision-making problem with the existence of uncertainty and plays an important role in medicine for symptomatic diagnostic remedies. In this chapter, construction of Fuzzy expert system is the focused, which helps to diagnosis disease. Fuzzy expert system is constructed by using the fuzzification to convert crisp values into fuzzy values. Fuzzy expert system consists of fuzzy inference, implication, and aggregation. The system contains a set of rules with fuzzy operators T-norm and of T-Conorm. By applying the fuzzy inference mechanism, diagnosis of disease becomes simple for medical practitioners and patients. Defuzzification method is adopted to convert the fuzzy values into crisp values. With crisp values, the knowledge regarding the disease is given to medical doctors and patients. Application of Fuzzy expert system to diagnosis of disease is mainly focused on in this chapter.

The diagnosis process is the first step to knowing a type of disease. This type of disease caused by mosquitoes is one of the major viruses (MAVY), dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF) and malaria. Sometimes not everyone can find the virus that is carried by this mosquito, usually children who are susceptible to this virus because the immune system that has not been built perfectly is perfect. To know for sure which virus is infected by mosquitoes, it can diagnose by seeing symptoms perceived symptoms. Expert systems are one of the most used artificial intelligence techniques today because expert systems can act as consultations. In this case the authors make a system to start a diagnosis process with variable centered intelligent rule system (VCIRS) methods through perceived symptoms. With the facilities provided for users and administrators, allowing both users and administrators to use this system according to their individual needs. An application of a fuzzy expert system intended for estimating some parameters of steam reforming can also be one of the examples of an ever increasing utilization of expert systems in practice. The present contribution deals with the method making use of a verified mathematical model for simulating thermal chemical processes in reforming furnace radiation chamber in order to create knowledge base. This base includes linguistic values of selected independent and dependent variable quantities. Examples given illustrate an evaluation of dependent variable quantities (methane conversion into carbon dioxide and monoxide, reaction tube service life) by means of the said expert system based on queries.
