The monograph presents approaches to improving information support of the personnel management system based on competence approach and the individual tracking of career civil servants in the context of digitalization of public service, as well as the research results of domestic and international experience information and analytical support to the personnel management systems of the public service taking into account characteristics of professional work standards and application of the ontologies.
