The article presents an assessment of the methodological state of introduction of psychotechnology of formation of moral stability of schoolchildren in conditions of a fragile society.  The author confirms the lack of a coherent theoretically validated and empirically proven concept in the psychological science of purposeful development of the moral and psychological stability of modern youth, considering the genetically modeling approach.  Insufficiency of thorough psychological researches of the problem of moral and psychological stability of youth in conditions of a fragile society hinders the development and introduction into the educational process of productive socio-cultural and psychological and pedagogical technologies.  It is noted that it is necessary to take into account that purposeful military-patriotic activity promotes moral development of the personality of schoolchildren and cadets, influences in a certain way the formation of their individual qualities, patriotic feelings and beliefs, which awakens active actions and actions.  In view of this, in the process of military-patriotic education in pre-conscript youth it is necessary to form a high patriotic consciousness, to train skillfully to act under different emotional states, to develop practical skills, habits and habits to prepare oneself for activity in adverse and even extreme conditions.

In this work the domestic violence, women, was investigated. In the experimental group of women, a high level of neuroticism, spontaneous aggressiveness, and low level of emotional intelligence and signs of depression were revealed. That is, women who have been abused, have an inherent constant feeling of anxiety, and insecurity. Most of the women in the experimental group are co-dependent. They are unsure of themselves, responsive, soft, and try to act in accordance with social norms. Based on the analysis, it can be argued that there are much more families where several types of violence are present at once than those where only psychological pressure is used. The article presents a discursive psychological analysis based on the paradigm of prototypology based on the materials of the work of Boris Akunin “Aristonomy”. The main storylines of the work are considered in the context of the methodology of therapy of academician Yakovlev. The story, the interaction of the heroes of the image is filled, in fact, with the theory of therapy, revealing the human perception of the world in a two-system coding. The discursive scheme “image - name” is presented. The author uses the fate-analysis theory in the analysis of the main programs and lines of the fate of the heroes, in which the fundamental importance is given to understanding the significant role of the Other, the ability and inability to constancy of philosophy and choice. The archetypology of K.G. Jung and its prototypologization in the heroes of the novel is presented. The role of Significant Others in the creation of subsequent stages of fate is considered. The main analysis focuses on the subject of betrayal, its two types: forced betrayal, and betrayal as a special type of individual human philosophy. The image of Philip is presented in such qualities as complaisance, flexibility, inability to kill. Philip is fastidious person and flexible guy, "where the wind blows- the smoke goes." The hero deduces the key formula of life: “To find a man and make sure that he could not do without me. And then in life everything will happen automatically. There will be the best fate that can be.” It is considered that Philip betrays only out of necessity. Prototypologically, he is represented as a common Jester- commoner. When we talk about Philip we are dealing with the highest degree of fateful survival. The second hero, Anton, betrays “because of thoughts”, each time being guided by a special idea. This idealistic super-idea justifies his vile act and he does it consciously. It is proved that the most important thing for Anton is freedom. Everything that freedom gives at one time or another is the correct philosophy. Prototypologically, Anton is represented as the Sharikov-aristocrate. When analyzing a novel, we are dealing with two types of people: a crime who can act according to the situation but does not have high knowledge - this is Philip. And we are dealing with people who do not know how to act according to the situation - this is Anton, who is completely deprived of the ability to act, he rolls according to a scenario that is developing and constantly remains alive. Based on the analysis of the novel material "death row", we find four types of people: "noble-sheep", "corpses", "irreconcilable" and "divine lucky". The prototypology of betrayal is considered in the context of the absence of a philosophical level among the heroes. The problem of the “average person” is being raised as an important subject of therapy, represented by a typical resident of Europe. It is indicated that the subject of European therapy is a simple average person, and the subject of Yakovlev’s therapy is two types of traitors: crime and idealists. In this context, the prototypology of Florence is considered. From the point of view of the description of the stages of therapy according to Yakovlev, the author identifies four blocks in the novel “Aristonomy”: Petrograd, Switzerland, Crimea, and the Red Army. The need for step-by-step therapy is justified.

The article deals with the analysis of the issue of the variability of the juveniles' personal development under the conditions of the modern socio-cultural space. It has been identified that the personological constructs of the transition-to-adulthood entities explicate the mental matrices of an individual's socialization in accordance with the cultural dimensions of the society. It has been found that the gender-role identity is a necessary indicator of the egalitarian consciousness of a transition-to-adulthood entity. The author regards the phenomenology of the gender-role identity as an integrative personological construct that determines a person's awareness of his/her belonging to a gender and the formatting of his/her life experience relative to his/herself. The sociocultural conditionality of the gender-role differences in the juveniles' behavior has been substantiated. The gender-role standards are defined in the article as typical patterns (models) of emotionally colored perceptions regarding feminine and masculine scenarios of behavior and personality traits. Based on the analysis of the empirical material, the article outlines the tendencies of the manifestation of the multimodality of gender-role concepts of resilience and the locus of control of a juvenile individual. The distinctive features of the development of the personal constructs of juveniles of different genders as a dimension of the integrative individual profile of a person during his/her transition to adulthood have been ascertained. Generalized statistically average results of the empirical measurement of the juvenile students' personal constructs are presented. It has been statistically corroborated that the constructs being researched of the subjective profile of an individual are formatted at the juvenile age, which exactly should be the object of corrective and preventive interventions in the dynamic context of the psychological support for the transition to adulthood. The results obtained substantially complement the materials presented by the scientific community regarding the trends in the conceptualization of indicators for the transition to adulthood of the present-day young people.

The article, based on empirical research, outlines the results of qualitative restructuring and dynamic changes in the formation of value orientations in preschool children in the age range of 5 - 6 years. The paper demonstrates that the process of becoming value orientations at six years is the most dynamic despite all the individually variational features. The author emphasizes that between 5 and 6 years there is a significant increase in important components of value orientations and their adequately motivated expression. It is claimed that in the age range from middle to older preschool age, meaningful orientations change in the filling of its constituent components towards greater differentiation (components become more), completeness (transition from external characteristics to behavioural manifestations, personality traits and semantic categories), awareness (the importance and significance of the conscious components increases) and resilience (increasing the number of persistent traits and qualities that describe pre-schoolers’ value orientations). The author describes personal centralization as one of the peculiarities of the value orientations formation at children in children of middle and older preschool age.

The development of information technology is continually evolving due to the need to improve the quality of human life. Quick and efficient search for the necessary information, the possibility of free and immediate access to a wide range of goods and services, entertainment applications for devices, etc. - these are convenient ways of the personal high-performance self-fulfilment.  That is why, in recent years, there has been a tendency to the rapid increase in the use of Internet resources and media devices. Although, it is worth noting that the virtual fantasy environment can perform not only the useful part in the achievement of the success in the financial stability, in the educational and professional engagement, but it can also provoke an emotional attachment and concurrent dangerous psycho-physical diseases. Virtual addiction has five main types; they are as follows:   gaming, a tendency to excessive spending through online resources (gambling, shopping on the Internet), viewing pornographic materials, activities on social networks, rampant information search and so on. Also, this pathological condition causes the neurobiological changes in the cerebrum. Virtual addiction is characterized by a kind of rebound syndrome with negative emotional colouring due to the appearance of the discomfort of varying severity against the background of the lack of access to the digital environment. One of the significant factors influencing the development of this condition is the escaping phenomenon. Escaping is formed on the basis of the negative processes of everyday life in the case when a person decides to engage in distracting activities from emotionally-traumatic irritants. In some cases, this method can be useful; however, the main threat of escaping in the context of the development of virtual addiction is the progression of personal difficulties, since the lack of timely solutions to critical situations can contribute to the strengthening of adverse life events.  Taking into consideration that the problem of the pathological use of digital space and Internet networks is a relatively new area, researchers are still in the scientific and creative search for optimal methods for diagnosing and treating the above disorder. It creates a critical need for the development of high-quality research designs to obtain reliable results that will be conveniently implemented in the practice of health professionals (therapists, psychologists, psychotherapists, psychiatrists, etc.)  That is why the present work provides an overview of current trends in the development of virtual dependence, taking into consideration impulse control disorders and such phenomenon as escaping.

In this article we justified the priority directions for the regulatory mechanism’s development, considering the importance to foster economic growth to increase the fiscal efficiency. We evaluated the level of taxation in Ukraine and the European Union. We found out that the tax structure has a significant impact on economic growth. Corporate tax is particularly harmful for economic growth, because affects the investment behavior of corporations that are making a significant contribution to total output. Taxes on labor have a greater negative effect on growth than the taxes on consumption because they are in progressive to a large degree, as well as they tax income from savings and investments. Our investigation showed that advanced economies more actively used the regulatory mechanisms of tax policy to stimulate new research and development, to increase investment in science-intensive production sectors. We propose the statements for introducing an investment tax credit on R&D, which is given at the initial stage of the innovation process and is calculated based on the amount of investment in the creation of qualified tangible and intangible assets, reducing the amount of actually accrued tax, which would stimulate capital investments in science-intensive sectors of the economy; an investment deduction of expenditures on R&D, which is calculated as a percentage from the sum of the actual or estimated costs for the creation, acquisition, or reconstruction of certain qualified types of tangible and intangible assets. In the survey a balanced approach to the tax policy in order to create financial conditions to counteract import expansion and to stimulate domestic export-oriented manufacturers is presented. Moreover, we proposed the tax incentives for the institutional motivational mechanism to stimulate economic development based on the innovative-investment approach, which would comply with the basic principles and guidelines of the advanced economic development.
