Man, as an individual, as a unique unique ("piece") biological object creates his only image (model) of understanding them life and its values. Harmonization of such images is the only possibility of non-violent co-organization of people in any activity (this approach to communication is called figurative communication). Infographics, as a scientific and practical discipline, argues that the formation of visual (visually perceptible) images is a set of rules, procedures and models that can be formalized and transmitted to a person in the learning process. The space of infographics is a specific area of interaction between individuals, research teams, engineers, educators and managers, corporate structures or system institutes. This is a kind of sphere or a certain area within which the statement is true: "Here there is a qualitative non-violent co-organized activity of people". The concept of infographics used in foreign and domestic literature has several definitions: • scientific and practical discipline; • area of public consciousness (philosophy, methodology, science, mathematics, etc.); • direction in system analysis, cybernetics, systemology, informatics and other areas of activity; • a set of specific theoretical and practical issues of geometric modeling of objects (objects and processes); • the general theoretical science of the life cycle of a document in reprography; • methodological basis of designing systems and designing technical means of visualization of images in information technologies; • discipline in engineering and technical education; • special engineering activities; • the technology of actions and the direction of thinking of the engineer and researcher. All the above definitions of the infographic do not contradict each other, but only complement and expand the general picture of the properties and applications of this important activity for a person. Infographics systematically unites numerous, complex and sometimes internally contradictory ideas of users of different professions. Each type of activity that recognizes infographics as a socio-cultural movement has the right to put forward its own professional ideal of the socio-organizational structure of the infographic and its idea of the final product of the work. In this sense, the infographics at the present stage of its development: • is one of the functional directions in the systemic movement; • contributes to the system-technical development of the theory and practice of computerization of activities; • promotes the optimal co-organization of logical-rational and visual-figurative thinking in all types and spheres of activity. Infographics has all the essential features of the scientific field. In this article, the authors consider infographic modeling as a means of analyzing and evaluating the processes and results of anthropotechnical management in the service of high-tech companies.

Distinguish between hereditary (mutational and combinative) and non-hereditary (modification or phenotypic) variability in the human body. Modificational variability arises as a result of interaction with the surrounding environment, the effects of factors which different people react differently. There is the concept of "reaction norm" as the limit of modification variability, within the capabilities of a particular person. In most cases, modification is a useful adaptive response of the organism, is adaptive in nature (adaptive norm). Adaptive nature is usually inherent in modifications that are caused by the impact of typical factors of a particular environment. If the organism falls under the influence of an unusual factor (for example, exposure to chemicals and radiation), or the intensity of the usual factor is sharply increased, then non-adaptive modifications (morphoses) often manifest themselves as deformities. The wider the norm of the reaction, the higher the human adaptation potential. Unlike mutations, modifications have a different degree of resistance. Many modifications disappear soon after the factor that caused them ceases to function. Others can persist in a person throughout his life. The article considers the possibility of using the achievements of molecular and physico-chemical biology in a comprehensive study of the problem of the normal functioning of the human body in conditions of heightened activity in construction. The authors believe that it is extremely necessary to study the patterns of changes in the state of the adaptive norm of the human body at the level of the genetic apparatus, using the latest developments in nanotechnology. The possibility of enzymatic regulation of alternative ways of regulation by transhypophyseal mechanisms is considered. The concept of the norm of a living system as a hierarchy of structure and functional control is proposed. This hierarchical principle unites the levels of atomic and molecular interactions, realized at negligible distances, to the level of interactions in human society that take place at very great distances, and thanks to which society is an organized system.

The authors propose a number of measures to create a self-improving system of the scientific communications in Russia. In particular, there are related to the following ones: the possible basic activities in the construction ideology of the scientific communications system; the possible basic activities in the field of education sector developmentas a source of the scientific and communication competencies and responsible for the overall climate in the society with respect to the perception and fixation of the results of intellectual activity; possible basic activities in the field of recording achievements of researchers creating a new intellectual product and participating in the scientific communications. The second part of the article is devoted to a more detailed theoretical justification for the proposed activities. The authors emphasize thatat the moment a number of significant threats has emerged, first of all, the ideology, on the basis of which a system of the modern scientific communications is built in Russia, fails to meet the modern requirements of national security and the interests of neither the scientists themselves nor society as a whole. The absence of the qualitative and economically sound procedures for recording results of the intellectual activity led to the formation of the powerful fraudulent processes as well as the corruption ones of a new level in the system of scientific communications in Russia. The activities proposed by the authors are directed exactly on the minimization of these threats.

Infography, as a scientific and practical discipline, claims that the formation of visual (visually perceptible) images is a set of rules, procedures and models that can be formalized and transmitted to a person in the learning process. Infographic space is a specific area of interaction between individual specialists and teams of researchers, engineers, educators, and managers as part of corporate structures or system institutes. Infography is the methodological basis for the design of systems and the construction of technical means of visualizing images in information technology, technology of action and the orientation of the researcher’s thinking. The object of research is the distinction: similarities and differences, natural (natural, physiological and biological) and artificial (virtual, man-made, unnatural). Moreover, artificial is understood as a product of human thought activity and its productive activities. The subject of the study is the interdisciplinary ontology of systems theory and systems cyberphysics. The article discusses various approaches to the interdisciplinary ontology of managing the life cycle of buildings and structures and, in particular, information support for the life cycles of classes (categories) of construction objects and the life path of a particular building or structure. Ontology data is used in modern computer-aided design and engineering data management systems in construction.

In need of increase in effective management of human resources and, as a result, - enhancement of organizational structures of management, there is always a need to find out: whether it is possible to modernize the existing organizational structure of management or in the course of reorganization it is necessary to create new structure. The basic model of a cycle of reorganization constructed in 1996 as one of fundamental developments of society was result of the researches executed by school of sciences "Infografichesky bases of functional systems". At the same time reorganization is understood as the method of transformation of physical, virtual, legal, legal and other objects and processes of activities (merge, separation, accession, allocation, the termination, origin, etc.) allowing a possibility of partial or basic change of organization-legal and legal forms, technologies, methods and means of its implementation. Cycle of reorganization are the four interconnected stages: device, disorganization, reorganization, soorganization. In a social production system of transport sector of managing of the country all listed stages of a basic cycle of reorganization are closely connected with objective need of fixed updating of technical means, technologies of their production and use in case of operation, and also transport and handling services. As a result of such updating which is carried out without system study in the form of local operational changes in invariable organizational structures of management the stratifications significantly influencing the relations of certain figures and their groups breaking the relations and results of activities which are initially pledged in these structures accumulate. At the same time officially in a directive way appointed regulation of such relations upon lags behind real dynamics of production life and doesn't allow to realize possibilities of antropotechnical management fully.
