The aim of this study to investigate the impact of  Work Enviroment, Organization Culture, Employee Development, Job Satisfaction to Gen Y Employee Retention using Structure Equation. The data is obtained from 225 Gen Y employees from PT Pamapersada Nusantara. The responden ware chosen by Proportionate Stratified Sampling Technique. The data was collected with questionaire and analysis with Structure Equation Modeling (SEM). Result of this study is there is a significant impact of Work Enviroment, Organization Culture, Employee Development to Job Satisfaction and there is no significant impact of  Work Enviroment, Organization Culture, Employee Development, to Employee Retention also there is indirect effect of  Organizational Culture and Employee Development to Employee Retention through Job Satisfaction.

<p>The Background of this research was the trend of companies’ outsourcing human resource (expertise and specialists) to accomplish tasks more cheaply and efficiently to increase productivity. The objective of this research was to find out the impact of employees’ perception of outsourcing human resource on their job satisfaction and turnover intention. To achieve this objective the quantitative research has been done by using explanatory survey method. The design of this research applies quantitative approach. The samples for the study consisted of 115 human resource division employees of three Banks in Jakarta. The primary data in this research was obtained by using closed ended questionnaires. Non probability sampling method with the convenience sampling technique was employed to select the sample. Data analysis used in this research was Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The result of this research concludes that employees’ positive perception of outsourcing human resource increases their job satisfaction and decreases their turnover intention whereas negative perception of outsourcing human resource decreases job satisfaction and subsequently increases turnover intention. Based on the result of the research, it is important that a company outsource human resource to increase productivity.</p>

This study aims to determine apparatus performance model variabels of job satisfaction and the impact on personil performance of National Narcotics Agency Aceh Province. The data used is the data by distributing questionnaires to 177 respondent of personil National Narcotics Agency Aceh Province. To analyze the data, the statistical analysis used structure equation modeling (SEM) and processed with the help of the application Amos. The variables of apparatus performance model measured include transformational leadership, organization culture and Intrinsic Motivation effect toward job satisfaction and then analysis of statistical test is transformational leadership, organization culture, Intrinsic Motivation and job satisfaction effect toward of Personil Performance of National Narcotics Agency Aceh Province. The result job satisfaction variable effect dominand variabel to Apparatus Performance of National Narcotics Agency Aceh Province.

The purpose of this study is to analyze whether the compensation and supervisor support variables mediated by job satisfaction affect employee retention at PT Pradu. The population in this study were 55 employees of the non-academic division. The sampling technique used in this study was total sampling, namely the sampling technique where the number was the same as the population. The type of data used in this study uses primary data which is done by distributing questionnaires directly to Pradu employees. The research data analysis technique used structural equation modeling (SEM) with the Smart PLS (Partial Least Square) version 3.2.7 program. The results of data analysis found that the R-square of the compensation and supervisor support variables in explaining the job satisfaction variable was 0.701 or about 70% and 30% was explained by other factors outside of this study. While the compensation variable, supervisor support, and job satisfaction in explaining the employee retention variable amounted to 0.325 or about 32.5% and 67.5% was explained by other factors outside of this study. A total of 5 hypotheses were accepted and 2 hypotheses were rejected after testing with the limit of t-statistics> t-table 1.96 and P-Value ​

Employee engagement and retention is a promising area in management as well as psychology. The purpose of this paper is to examine the effects of employee engagement (EE) on their retention (ER). We proposed a theoretical framework model explaining how employee engagement affects their retention. The original model linked engagement with control at work (CAW) and general well-being (GWB) through psychological capital (PsyCap). We extended this model by linking CAW and GWB to employee retention. We further added job satisfaction (JS) as a mediator between EE and ER. To establish its empirical validity, we conducted a survey from 200 employees working in different companies in Pakistan by using a close ended likert scale type questionnaire. Data was analyzed using confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling. Findings suggested a positive significant relationship between EE and ER. PsyCap, CAW and JS play a significant mediator role for EE and ER, only GWB does not mediates the relationship between EE and ER. This research will help in understanding how to retain employees and mounting their psychological capital through training and development, since when employees will be happy and motivated, they can perform well and will have job satisfaction. As a result, the level of intention of employees to leave would be low. This study is preliminary the first to investigate the association between EE and ER through many other constructs (PsyCap, CAW, GWB and JS) in the Pakistani context.

The research is aimed at investigating the impact distibutive justice, procedural justice,interactional justice, employee engagement and job satisfaction on turnover intention.. Hence, it is a causal research. The data are drawn from a sample of 208 bank employees in Surabaya determined using a purposive sampling technique. The collected data are then analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling, LISREL version 8.70. The result of the hypothesis testing indicates that distibutive justice and procedural justice does not have any significant impact on employee engagement and job satisfaction, interactional justice have any significantly affect on employee engagement and job satisfaction, employee engagement significantly affect on turnover intention, and job satisfaction significantly affect on turnover intention

The purpose of this research is (1) to know and analyze the influence of female leadership style on locus of control and job satisfaction of UIN Alauddin Makassar lecturer; (2) to identify and examine the impact of organizational culture on locus of control and job satisfaction of UIN Alauddin Makassar lecturer; (3) To know and analyze the influence of locus of control on job satisfaction of UIN Alauddin Makassar lecturer. This study is categorized in exploratory research. This research is included in the descriptive analysis. The population of this research is all lecturer at UIN Alauddin Makassar. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling. The sample criterion used is a civil servant lecturer at UIN Alauddin Makassar who occupy structural positions. The sample size uses maximum likelihood (ML). The number of samples in this study was 105 respondents. In this study, the techniques used include (1) questionnaire; (2) observation; (3) interviews and (4) documentation. The method of analysis used in this research is structural equation modelling (SEM) analysis. The conclusion of this research are: (1) female leadership style influence on locus of control and job satisfaction of lecturer UIN Alauddin Makassar; (2) organizational culture influence on locus of control and job satisfaction of lecturer UIN Alauddin Makassar and (3) Locus of control influence on job satisfaction of UIN Alauddin Makassar lecturer.

Knowledge management has become a vital element in today's extremely competitive, uncertain, and quickly changing environment. The method of acquiring expertise is knowledge management. In the highly competitive, volatile, and rapidly evolving market climate, knowledge management has become crucial. The goal line of this study is to measure the effect of knowledge management processes (acquisition, share, codification, creation, and retention of knowledge) on job satisfaction. Further, we examine the affiliation between job satisfaction and employee retention. A theoretical model is suggested based on connecting knowledge management processes, job satisfaction, and employee retention. The results of survey data gathered from 32pharmaceutical and chemical companies listed in the Dhaka Stock Exchange in Bangladesh are empirically checked with PLS-SEM (Structural Equation Modeling-Partially Least Square). The study finds that knowledge management processes have a significant and positive impact on job satisfaction. Also, job satisfaction is positively associated and highly significant with employee retention. The findings generated from this study would be a policy dialog to the human resource department, regulatory bodies, academicians, and policy-makers.

Faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi baik buruknya kinerja  karyawan salah satunya adalah gaya kepemimpinan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah gaya kepemimpinan transaksional memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja dan kepuasan kerja sebagai intervining, pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja perawat RSU. Puri Asih Salatiga. Populasi yang digunakan adalah perawat rawat inap sebanyak 60 orang. Analisa data dengan SEM (Structure Equation Modeling) pengujian dilakukan dengan software smart PLS. Hasil yang didapat pada penelitian ini: (1) Gaya kepemimpinan transaksional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, (2) Gaya kepemimpinan transaksional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, (3) Kepuasan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, (4) Gaya kepemimpnan transaksional tidak bepengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan sebagai intervining. Saran menggunakan sistem remunerasi agar kepuasan tercapai lebih baik.Kata kunci ; Kepemimpinan Transaksional, Kinerja karyawan, Kepuasan karyawan; Pustaka : 36 (1990–2014) Factors that can affect both the poor performance of employees one of which is the style of leadership. This study was conducted to determine whether transactional leadership style has influence on performance and job satisfaction as intervining, the influence of job satisfaction on nurse performance RSU. Puri Asih Salatiga. Populasi used is inpatient nurses as many as 60 people. Data analysis with SEM (structure equation modeling) testing is done with smart software PLS. The results obtained in this study: (1) Transactional leadership style has positive and significant impact on job satisfaction, (2) Transactional leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (3) Satisfaction does not affect to employee's performance, (4) Transactional leadership style does not affect to employee performance through satisfaction as intervining.
