This study aims to determine how much influence the individual characterstic and job characteristic through organization culture and its impact on job satisfaction of PT. Perta Arun Gas Lhokseumawe City. The data used is the data by distributing questionnaires to 168 employee PT. Perta Arun Gas Lhokseumawe City.  This study aims to determine two antecedent variabels of job satisfaction and the impact on personil performance of National Narcotics Agency Aceh Province. The data used is the data by distributing questionnaires to 175 respondent of personil National Narcotics Agency Aceh Province. To analyze the data, the statistical analysis used structure equation modeling (SEM) and processed with the help of the application Amos. This study aims to determine apparatus performance model variabels of job satisfaction and the impact on personil performance of National Narcotics Agency Aceh Province. The data used is the data by distributing questionnaires to 177 respondent of personil National Narcotics Agency Aceh Province. To analyze the data, the statistical analysis used structure equation modeling (SEM) and processed with the help of the application Amos. The variables of apparatus performance model measured include transformational leadership, organization culture and Intrinsic Motivation effect toward job satisfaction and then analysis of statistical test is transformational leadership, organization culture, Intrinsic Motivation and job satisfaction effect toward of Personil Performance of National Narcotics Agency Aceh Province. The result job satisfaction variable effect dominand variabel to Apparatus Performance of National Narcotics Agency Aceh Province.

The aim of this study to investigate the impact of  Work Enviroment, Organization Culture, Employee Development, Job Satisfaction to Gen Y Employee Retention using Structure Equation. The data is obtained from 225 Gen Y employees from PT Pamapersada Nusantara. The responden ware chosen by Proportionate Stratified Sampling Technique. The data was collected with questionaire and analysis with Structure Equation Modeling (SEM). Result of this study is there is a significant impact of Work Enviroment, Organization Culture, Employee Development to Job Satisfaction and there is no significant impact of  Work Enviroment, Organization Culture, Employee Development, to Employee Retention also there is indirect effect of  Organizational Culture and Employee Development to Employee Retention through Job Satisfaction.

The purpose of this research is to investigate the effects of transformational leadership style and corporate culture on job satisfaction as a variable intervening to enhance employee performance. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach to data collection using questionnaires. The study was conducted at PT. Mahakam Berlian Samjaya the sample size is about 139 employees, using the Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). The results show that transformational leadership and organizational culture significantly affect job satisfaction as an intervening variable. Job satisfaction significant positive effect on employee performance. Keywords: transformasional leadership style, organization culture, job satisfaction, employee performance ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja sebagai variable intervening untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Mahakam Berlian Samjaya, dan responden yang digunakan sebanyak 139 karyawan, menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan budaya organisasi mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja sebagai variable intervening dan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. In this study, researchers used respondent data, such as gender, age and duration  of work of respondents to be able to provide information about the characteristics of  respondents. The study population was employees in the Hj. Bunda Halimah Hospital  Batam, which consists of doctors and health workers such as nurses, midwives and  administrative staff. The sample is determined by the number of sample members  (sample size) 55 people by proportional random sampling technique. 15 doctors and 40  health employees. This study is the result of a field study to obtain questionnaire answer  data that measures five main variables in this study, namely locus Of Control, Self  Efficacy And Discipline Of Work, Job Satisfaction on Work Motivation of employees in  the Hj. Bunda Halimah Hospital Batam. The instrument was developed based on  theoretical studies, then defined in conceptual definitions, operational definitions, and  developed through lattice instruments and technical techniques. Knitted data analysis uses  descriptive statistics and statistical analysis to test the significance of path coefficients,  descriptive statistics to present data in the form of frequency distribution tables,  histograms, and the number of statistics such as media, modes, averages, variants, and  foreign standards. exchange. Statistical tests are used to test the significance of path  coefficients using Partial Least Square (PLS) which is a Multivariate Analysis in the  second generation using structural equation modeling (SEM). PLS can be used for a  small number of samples, and of course with a large number of samples will be better  able to improve the accuracy of estimates. PLS does not require the assumption that data  distribution must be normal or not. The construct form can use a reflective or formative  model in which from the results of statistical analysis, the relationship between variables  formulated in the formulation of a problem as many as 7 pieces obtained significant  results.

Purpose of study: Organizational cynicism happens when employees show their distrust in their organization. Most research about organizational cynicism focuses on the influence of organization cynicism to employee attitudinal outcomes (absenteeism, counterproductive work behaviour, etc) and performance outcomes. This research focuses on exploring the antecedents of organizational cynicism: organizational based antecedent and employee-based antecedents. Supportive organization culture is the organizational based antecedent that is predicted to influence employee affective response to organizational change and job satisfaction, and the subsequent effect to organizational cynicism. Methodology: 221 teachers from several private and state-owned schools were chosen by the purposive sampling method that participated in this research. Hypotheses testing were conducted using structural equation modeling using the AMOS program to test the simultaneous relationship testing among variables. Result: This research found several findings. First, a supportive organizational culture has a positive influence on job satisfaction. Second, supportive organization culture has a positive influence on employee affective response to organizational change. Third, employee affective response to organizational change has a negative influence on organizational cynicism. Fourth, contrary to hypotheses, job satisfaction has a positive influence on organizational cynicism. Applications of this study: The practical implication of this research is each organization should create a supportive organizational culture since it has an indirect negative effect on organizational cynicism through employee affective response to organizational change. Novelty/Originality of this study: Despite the importance of organizational cynicism, only a few researchers examined antecedents of organizational cynicism. This research will contribute to examining the influence of supportive organizational culture on job satisfaction and employee affective response to organizational change, and their effect on organizational cynicism.

The aim of this research is to describe and examine the influence of leadership style, organizational commitment, organizational culture on job satisfaction and employee performance, the influence of job satisfaction on employee performance. While examining the influence of indirect leadership style, organizational commitment, organization culture on employee performance through job satisfaction in PT Suzuki, Madiun and Ngawi branches motor dealer. The population used is the entire marketing employees as much as 136 people, total sampling or the census technique conducted. The questionnaire with five dimensions likert scale data, with SPSS assistance and Structural Equation Modeling AMOS analyzing method. The validity and reliability of the data tested by covergent validity and construct reliability next to the Goodness of Fit evaluation criteria. The results of the data analysis concluded that leadership style, organizational commitment, organizational culture do have positive and significant impact on job satisfaction and employee performance, while job satisfaction do have positive and significant impact on the employees performance. Job satisfaction does not mediating between leadership styles, organizational commitment and organizational culture on employee performance in PT Suzuki, Madiun and Ngawi branches motor dealer.

     The organizational change management, follows the approach to the transfer or transmission of the individual, or team, or the organization of the current case to the case of a future planned. It is an organizational process aimed at helping stakeholders to accept and then the changes in their business environment. And job satisfaction can be defined as the individual's sense of happiness and satisfaction during the performance of his work and achieved compatibility between what the individual expects from his work and how much it actually gets in this work, and job satisfaction is to pay the individual components of the work and production. Through the concepts above chose researcher on the title search goal of: "The impact organizational change management in job satisfaction among employees in orginization", in order to stand at the level of the relationship and the type of influence and power between the two variables mentioned, through test hypotheses two main which were submitted in the research methodology. Were distributed to identify search sample consisted of thirty (30) members of the individuals working in the Baghdad plant (tents)/ Baghdad- Waziriyah, in order to obtain the necessary data that was used later in the process of statistical analysis, where the research found the most important conclusion represented by the presence of a high level of correlation between the organizational change management and variables on the one hand, and job satisfaction among employees and variables on the other hand, as well as check the level of impact is acceptable between the organizational change management and variables of party, in job satisfaction among employees and variables at the opposite end, and this is what indicated by the results of the statistical analysis as for the most important research came out of recommendations represent intensify and encourage "interest organizational change management mechanisms followed in Baghdad plant (tents)/ Baghdad- Waziriyah, because of its positive effects on job satisfaction among employees".

This study aimed to describe transformational leadership, supervision, communication, and employee job satisfaction at RRI Malang; analyze and explain the effect of transformational leadership variables, control, communications simultaneously on employee satisfaction RRI Malang; as well as analyze and explain variable effect of transformational leadership, supervision, communication partially on employee satisfaction RRI Malang. Method in this study used a quantitative approach with type of research was description. Through this study, researchers wanted identifies the relationship or the effect of the studied variables and test the hypotheses that have been formulated. The results concluded: the descriptive statistical analysis of the transformational leadership (X1), supervision (X2) and communication (X3) note that all indicators of these variables are good and as expected. Based on the results of statistical analysis inferential test multiple linear regression can be seen that there is a simultaneous effect between three variables with the value of contribution of 15.8% and the remaining 84.2% are influenced by variables other than the independent variable studied. Based on the results of inferential statistical analysis with multiple linear regression analysis, there was the influence of three variables on employee job satisfaction (Y) partially.
