In order to survive in today’s global competitive environment, businesses have to use information systems during management and production processes. Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) is developed by Davis (1989). According to this model, the use of a new information system depends on perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness variables. This study analyzes the factors that affect the use of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, which is an information system, in the frame of TAM variables. 236 companies that use these information systems participated in the survey. It is determined that, eleven independent variables, which are taken into consideration in the scope of user characteristics, innovative characteristics, organizational and environmental characteristics factors, have statistically meaningful and positive effect on perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness which represent TAM parameters. Similarly, it is determined that, perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness have a positive and statistically meaningful effect on the use of ERP.

Introduction:  The perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use have been considered as the main factors affecting the acceptance of the new technologies since last few decades. However, it appears that these only two factors cannot describe the users’ behavior in the environments like the Hospital Information System. From the technology acceptance standpoint at the individual acceptance level, the present paper tends to develop a Technology Acceptance Model with introducing some external factors.Material and Methods: This study was conducted in 2017. The research population was included 185 nurses who works in Health Information Management (HIM) departments of Tehran University of Medical Sciences. A questionnaire was developed in order to gather the required data. The validity was obtained by panel of experts and the reliability was examined and then confirmed in a 50 person sample using the Cronbach’s Alpha (a=0.93). The Likert’s five item scale was applied. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, exploratory factor analysis, and path analysis. Results: The behavioral intention was affected significantly and positively by the factors of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, self-efficacy, end user support, social norm, trust, job relevance, and training, with trust having the highest level of effects. Also perceived ease of use had a significant effect on perceived usefulness along with an indirect effect on behavioral intention through perceived usefulness. The factors of anxiety, voluntariness, and facilitating conditions showed no significant effects on behavioral intention. Conclusion:  The factors of trust, perceived usefulness, social norm, end user support, and self-efficacy have an impact on the behavioral intention of the users utilizing the Hospital Information System in the concerning hospitals. These factors could explain 72% of the changes of behavioral intention. Concentrating on them would lead to the improvement of the acceptance and Hospital Information System efficiency.

Hospital Information Systems (HIS) has been widely used in Indonesia. This implementation in hospital needs comprehensive, integrated information system designed to manage all the aspects of a hospital's operation. One of the factors that currently plays an important role in the successful HIS’s application is the user factor. The hospital can evaluate HIS from user factor, so that it becoming better, perfect and can support the objectives, vision and mission of the hospital. This study aims to use the Modified Technology Acceptance Model created in Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and tested using the software Amos 20 to determine the variables that most influence in HIS’s application using in several hospitals in Sleman, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta Province, Indonesia. Data collected by distributing questionnaires to employees of D grade hospitals in Sleman district. The results from this study are seven variables that may influence the user in using HIS (Subjective Norm, Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, User Satisfaction, Behavior Intention to Use, Attitude Toward Using, Actual System Usage) and significant or insignificant relationship among them.

Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisi regresi linier berganda menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 24.Kata Kunci — Universitas, Sistem informasi Unklab, TAM, persepsi kemanfaatan, persepsi kemudahan, penerimaan penggunaKlabat University Information System (SIU) is the school information system used by students, lecturers and staff of the Klabat University. With an average of 700 hits per day, SIU has become an indispensable tool in supporting the univesity overall activities. Thus, a evaluation of the system is essential. The purpose of this research is to examine the user acceptance of the Unklab Information System (SIU) as a University Information System with the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The users are 10% of the current freshmen students. This research is quantitative research with a case study method. The variables consist of two independent variables: perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use against one dependent variable which is the user acceptance. The results of this research indicate that use of SIU has been good enough as the University Information System as it is acceptable for the SIU user with the perceived usefulness at 0.166 while the result of perceived ease of use is at 0.498. Thus this outcome also shows that the user acceptance is very likely influenced by perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. In processing and data analysis we use multiple linear regression analysis techniques using SPSS 24.Keywords — University, Unklab Information System, TAM, perceived usefulnes, perceived easy or use, user acceptance.

Tech-friendliness in this new era is an important quotient considered and the persons’ acceptance towards the technology frequency matters a lot. But still the frequency varies from person to person, this brought in the concept of Technology Acceptance Model given by Fred Davis in 1989. The theory of TAM is based on two theories that are Theory of Reasoned Action and Theory of Planned Behavior, TAM is extended version of these two. Green Banking is a new technology introduced by the banks that focuses on the growth of Sustainable development and Banking system too. Thus, banks ask their customers to use it or practice it in their daily life transactions. But every customer has their own point of view on the usage of Green banking. Thus, the research aims to understand the customers’ perception towards the Green Banking for this TAM is used. The research states that Perceived risk is the primary factor that is followed by perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use that impacts the decision to use green banking. Thus, the behavioral intention results in actual use of green banking usage for which people are trying to accept the new technology. So, the banks have earned points for creating awareness among their customers but still they have to work hard and clarify their customers’ problems and vanish that hitch that is stopping them to use green banking easily.
