The working zones of a flat lambda-shaped orientation mechanism are investigated taking into account special positions that negatively affect the size of the zones and the operational characteristics of the mechanism. Recommendations are given for the parametric synthesis of the mechanism, allowing to maximize its working area. Keywords: parallel structure mechanism, flat mechanism, orientation mechanism, metalworking machine, working area, special positions, parametric synthesis. [email protected]

This paper considers the structural-parametric synthesis (SPS) of neural networks (NNs) of deep learning, in particular convolutional neural networks (CNNs), which are used in image processing. It has been shown that modern neural networks may possess a variety of topologies. That is ensured by using unique blocks that determine their essential features, namely, the compression and excitation unit, the attention module convolution unit, the channel attention module, the spatial attention module, the residual unit, the ResNeXt block. This, first of all, is due to the need to increase their efficiency in the processing of images. Due to the large architectural space of parameters, including the type of unique block, the location in the structure of the convolutional neural network, its connections with other blocks, layers, computing costs grow nonlinearly. To minimize computational costs while maintaining the specified accuracy this work set tasks of both the generation of possible topology and structural-parametric synthesis of convolutional neural networks. To resolve them, the use of a genetic algorithm (GA) has been proposed. Parameter configuration was implemented using a genetic algorithm and modern gradient methods (GM). For example, stochastic gradient descent with momentum, accelerated Nesterov gradient, adaptive gradient algorithm, distribution of the root of the mean square of the gradient, assessment of adaptive momentum, adaptive Nesterov momentum. It is assumed to use such networks in the intelligent medical diagnostic system (IMDS), for determining the activity of tuberculosis. To improve the accuracy of solving the classification problem in the processing of images, the ensemble structure of hybrid convolutional neural networks (HCNNs) has been proposed in the current work. The parallel structure of the ensemble with the merged layer was used. Algorithms of optimal choice and integration of features in the construction of the ensemble have been developed

The design and operation principle of a multi-sensor Converter of binary mechanical signals into electrical signals based on a partitioned fiber-optic digital-to-analog Converter with a parallel structure is considered. The digital-to-analog Converter is made from a set of simple and technological (three to five digit) fiber-optic digital-to-analog sections. The advantages of the optical scheme of the proposed. Converter in terms of metrological and energy characteristics in comparison with single multi-bit converters are justified. It is shown that by increasing the number of digital-analog sections, it is possible to repeatedly increase the information capacity of a multi-sensor Converter without tightening the requirements for its manufacturing technology and element base. A mathematical model of the proposed Converter is developed that reflects the features of its operation in the mode of sequential time conversion of the input code vectors of individual fiber-optic sections into electrical analogues and the formation of the resulting output code vector.

The article analyses the operational characteristics of 10W LED lamps with T8 bulb manufactured by ASD (Russia), Smartbuy (Taiwan), and VOLPE (PRC) and 18W FL with T8 bulb manufactured by PHILIPS (Poland) including the dependence of these lamps on the supply voltage. The results of measurements show that: a) the period of stabilisation of electric parameters and luminous flux of LED lamps does not cause discomfort of illumination unlike the said FL, the luminous flux of which at the moment of switching on is 70 % of the nominal value, which is reached after 13 minutes; b) with nominal voltage of supply network, the value of luminous flux of 10W ASD LED-T8R-STD LED lamp (Russia) is 6 % less than the declared one, and that of Smartbuy SBL-T8-10-64K-A (Taiwan) and VOLPE LED-T8-10W/DW/G13/FR/FIX/N (PRC) is even less; c) the general colour rendering index of all studied LED lamps is less than the declared one (72 instead of 80); d) the flicker index of all studied LED lamps does not exceed the declared value of 5 %; e) the characteristics of LED lamps almost do not depend on changes of the supply voltage within the range of ±10 %. The recommendations regarding the application of the studied LED lamps are given.

Currently, one of the important tasks of the economic policy of Russia is the formation of a hightech image of the national economy, capable of effective functioning in the changing global geopolitical and geoeconomic conditions. In this context, the issue of revitalization of mechanical engineering, which plays a key role in the development of the country’s economy, is of particular relevance. This sector is a link between scientific and technological progress and the level of provision of domestic producers with domestic machines and equipment, allowing them to produce competitive products and to a lesser extent depend on the state of the external environment. The example of the developed countries of the world shows that the development of advanced engineering technology significantly increases the efficiency of the national economy, helps to accelerate its growth. At the same time, in Russia, in order to unleash the scientific and technical potential and activate engineering, it is necessary to initiate modernization processes in it. Based on the foregoing, the purpose of the study is to analyze the state of Russian engineering from the position of its role in the country’s economy. It is shown that at present a significant barrier to the development of this sector is the predominance of imported equipment, due to technical and operational characteristics, often superior to domestic counterparts.
