Laboratory is one of the producers of waste water with a high content of hazardous materials before being discharged into water bodies. One effort to process laboratory waste with phytoremediation is to use Kabomba plants (Cabomba aquatica Aubl). This study aims to determine the ability of Kabomba (Cabomba aquatica Aubl.) To see the influence of plants on the levels of Total Suspended Solid (TSS), Dissolved Oksigen (DO) and Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD) from the Untreated Chemistry Laboratory Liquid Waste of FMIPA. This study used a Completely Randomized Design consisting of five treatments of waste concentration: control, 25, 50, 75, 100%. Based on the results of the study, Cabomba plants (Cabomba aquatica, Aubl.) able to reduce TSS values by 37.67% and increase DO values by a percentage of 77.5% on day 5 of treatment but not yet able to reduce COD values and increase pH values.

We realize that in the community, it is still close to the night world which can plunge the nation's next generation, through drinking, gambling, and especially Narcotics. There are many rules related to this problem, it is still possible that the minimum knowledge of the community is what causes users to become victims of the rigors of using drugs.In discussing this paper, we will take and discuss the theme of "Legal Certainty and Role of Laws on Narcotics (Narcotics and Drugs / Hazardous Materials) by Users and Distributors." AbstractA new solidification technique using cement-glass, which is a mixture of sodium silicate, cement, additives, and initiator of the solidification reaction, was developed for sodium borate liquid waste generated from pressurized water reactor (PWR) plants. The cement-glass could solidify eight times as much sodium borate as cement could, because the solidifying reaction of the cement-glass is not hindered by borate ions.The reaction mechanism of sodium silicate and phosphoric silicate (initiator), the main components of cement-glass, was studied through X-ray diffraction and compressive strength measurements. It was found that three- dimensionally bonded silicon dioxide was produced by polymerization of the two silicates. The leaching ratio of cesium from the cement-glass package was one-tenth that of the cement one. This low value was attributed to a high cesium adsorption ability of the cement-glass and it could be theoretically predicted accordingly.
