This paper studies the synchronization of brushless excitation frequency soft start system design. On the basis of principle of the synchronized machine brushless excitation frequency soft starter system, the practical applications of brushless motor control system are elaborated. Experimental results in engineering show effectiveness of the design.

In view of the traditional double motor constant pressure water supply system without tower in the operation process of the problem of short service life, the design of a new type of dual voltage no tower water supply control system. The control system uses PLC, soft starter and frequency converter technology, the soft starter can make the motor to realize soft start and soft stop, no impact on the motor, can extend the service life of the motor, avoid pumping station "door" damage, reduce repair costs and repair work. The running results show that, after the reformation of water supply system can save more than 21% energy, but also improve the quality and reliability of the water supply.

For the problems that the street running state and information was difficult to feedback and reasonable control, we apply the topology model to the street lighting management system, and complete the optimization control in this paper. Using the fuzzy control theory to handle the road signals, the intelligent lighting region controller integrates the thyristor chopper with the autotransformer technology, carries out the soft start and slow slope control to the street light, and realizes automatic voltage and energy saving. At finally, the system can realize the energy-saving control and intelligent, networked management of city street lamp.

According to the request of equipment for high-power belt conveyor, the controlled soft start equipment based on PLC was designed. The soft start process was analyzed and the idea velocity and acceleration curve of start process and the driving circuit of electro-hydraulic proportional valve were given, also the control strategy was designed. Through experiments test, the electrical control system designed in this article is able to control accurately mechanical transmission and hydraulic device and can finish the soft start function for belt conveyor.

Abstract This paper introduces an innovation design of flow control system for hydraulic elevators with car speed feedback. By measuring pulse signal emitted by photoelectric encoder mounted on the elevator car, a single-chip computer controls the electrohydraulic proportional integrated flow valve, then drives the elevator car by a hydraulic cylinder. With this set of single-chip computer control system, good speed performance of the elevator can be achieved. Furthermore, it has strong robustness against the disturbance of oil temperature variation, mechanical friction and other disturbance factors. In order to obtain better ride comfort and soft start of the elevator, PID control algorithm is also proposed. Some mathematical models both for static and dynamic states have been established, consequently simulation results are found to be in close agreement with the experimental results.

This paper proposes high-precision locating technology for high-speed & heavy load electric rail trolley in automatic port. Smooth starting/braking and precise positioning is necessary for power-driven rail trolley. This paper presents the soft start scheme and the “double stop” scheme in braking process. In the first stop process, the trolley speed is reduced using variable frequency speed control system. For the second stop process, mechanical braking is adopted for precision locating. Considering wheel-rail adhesion, the trolley braking acceleration is determined. Analysis shows soft start is able to achieve balance between acceleration and running stability of trolley, and “double stop” scheme can not only stop stably, but also achieve precise locating.

In order to solve the problems of the high energy cost of the pump and the low efficiency of the motor, we developed a voltage regulator control system with an advanced LPC2368 chipset. By changing the motor voltage, the system ensures the motor work in a mode that the voltage of the free or light load is lower than the rated voltage. In this mode, the system ultimately saves energy. The simulation results indicated that the system not only can avoid the impact of instantaneous current and reduce the energy consumption, but also can save energy effectively
