Penelitian ini mengangkat tema pariwisata syariah di Aceh Tengah serta peluang dan tantangan STAIN Gajah Putih dalam mendirikan prodi pariwisata syariah. Riset ini merupakan riset lapangan (field research) dengan memakai pendekatan kualitatif. Sedangkan untuk melihat peluang dan tantangan STAIN Gajah Putih dalam perintisan pogram studi pariwisata syariah, maka dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisa SWOT. Adapun peluang dan tantangan STAIN Gajah Putih Takengon dalam mendirikan program studi pariwisata syariah dapat diketahui, pertama, kekuatan (strengths) adanya transformasi kelembagaan STAIN Gajah Putih menjadi IAIN,  adanya dukungan dari Bupati Aceh Tengah dalam pendirian prodi pariwisata syariah. Kedua, kelemahan (Weaknesses), belum adanya role model program studi pariwisata syariah dan belum tersedianya SDM dosen pariwisata di STAIN Gajah Putih. Ketiga, peluang (Opportunities), belum ada program studi pariwisata syariah di provinsi Aceh, bahkan di Indonesia masih 4 perguruan tinggi yang mempunyai program studi pariwisata syariah, yakni IAIN Batusangkar, IAIN Bukittinggi, Sekolah Tinggi Ekonomi Manajemen Bisnis Islam (STMBI) Al-Aziziyah Randudongkal Pemalang, STAIN Pare-Pare dengan prodi pariwisata Islam. Keempat, ancaman (threats), semakin meningkatnya persaingan global khususnya pariwisata syariah, semakin selektif dan rasional dalam masyarakat dalam memilih lembaga pendidikan,  dan letak kampus STAIN Gajah Putih yang jauh dari wilayah perkotaan menjadi ancaman serius bagi pendirian program studi pariwisata syariah dan keberlanjutannya.

International School Of Taraf International Amanatul Ummah is one of the schools that continues to produce quality students as evidenced by their achievements in both academic and non-academic fields. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze: Strategies, results, and factors supporting and inhibiting training and development management as well as the personality of educators and education personnel. This research is a field research with a qualitative approach, from the informants of the School Coordinator, Educators and Education and Students. The results showed that 1) Management training and development through the following stages: Planning, namely a School Idiom, participatory management, formation of subject teacher deliberations, internal-external training. The implementation process, through needs assessment, provides encouragement and confidence, conditions the learning environment, ensures training implementation, selects training methods, evaluates training programs. The result, through transfers of knowledge, is accomplished. Factors. Supporters; personal teachers, institutions. Blocker; teacher teaching time, teacher vacation time. Meanwhile, 2) personal management of teachers through the following stages: Planning, from the Coordinating School of International Taraf, namely annual meeting discussions, teacher selection materials, creating a culture of partnership, building a climate. As for the teacher through the institutional environment, motivation from outside. The implementation steps, from the coordinator of the International Bertaraf School, namely selecting personal teachers, holding seminars, meeting regulations, building self-confidence, establishing communication, starting from oneself, respecting time, having a social spirit. As for the teacher, namely understanding competence, maintaining dignity, instructive reprimand, students a source of inspiration, wisely admonishing coworkers, giving encouragement help, establishing good relationships with superiors, self-reflection. Factors. Supporters; environment, peer teachers, motivation. Blocker; genetic factors, saturation factors. Result. International Traffic School teachers, Amanatul Ummah, in their competence have been very helpful in terms of learning and as a good role model.

This study aims to examine the role of Kyai in the effort to empower students through the bil-hal da'wah method at one of the Islamic boarding schools in Yogyakarta. This type of research is field research. Data were collected through interview and observation methods. Through the emic approach, data analysis was carried out descriptively - qualitatively. The study results show that the bil-hal da'wah method carried out by Kyai has a positive impact on the students. This can be seen through three aspects; First, changes in theological morality and social morality for the better. Second, to cultivate the mentality of personality and social care. Third, create productivity of economic independence. However, it is still necessary to continue improving the students' competency skills (Human Resources). Apart from the shortcomings, the bil-hal da'wah method can be used as a role model for developing constructive da'wah, both for students and the wider community.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana dukungan pemerintah Desa Sepakung, Kecamatan Banyubiru, Kab. Semarang terhadap Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh (PJJ) yang memiliki berbagai kendala sehingga penelitian ini menjadi role model yang bisa diterapkan di tempat lain. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan dengan metode dan pendekatan kualitatif (field research), pengumpulan data dengan wawancara dan observasi, dan analisis data secara deskriptif. Di masa pandemi ini, lembaga pendidikan yang ada di Desa Sepakung, Kecamatan Banyubiru, Kab. Semarang melakukan Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh (PJJ) dalam rangka mencegah penyebaran covid 19. Ada banyak kendala yang dialami oleh guru, siswa, dan orang tua dalam melaksanakan PJJ ini, yaitu jaringan internet yang sulit, ketersediaan gadget/smartphone, pendampingan orang tua yang kurang maksimal serta sumber daya orang tua yang kurang mumpuni. Dukungan yang diberikan oleh pemerintah desa Sepakung adalah memberikan alternatif solusi berupa pengadaan jaringan internet gratis kepada para guru dan peserta didik. Solusi ini dipilih karena daerah tersebut belum terjangkau provider jaringan internet. Jaringan internet ditempatkan di tempat-tempat strategis. Ada beberapa antisipasi agar jaringan internet tidak disalahgunakan oleh anak-anak.

Material Information

Imbalances in education indirectly split the personality of children from kindergarten to college. The preferred objectives are the mastery of the material / information, along with the teaching approach being pursued by the target and achievement of the standard. The evaluation system dictates the process, so the accumulative impact that is felt after a person attending many years of education until graduation from the PT for example is, someone who became a scholar, but not a full scholar who is able to think holistically in overcoming real life problems facing him, let alone participate in solving social problems. This study aims to describe the Islamic Religious Education and Character through Psychodrama Luqman role model to Improve the sense of grateful students. This research includes field research and uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The subjects of this study are SDN Mojosari 1 and 2. The time of this study is even semester of academic year 2017/2018. Data collection method in this research is observation. Data analysis of secondary data, searching and organizing systematically transcripts / records of observations and other materials to improve the author's understanding of the case studied and review it as a finding for others. The results of this study are: that different from other techniques, in psychodrama emotional weight is more highlighted than the intellectual weight. The cultivation of gratitude, especially gratitude requires a long process, in the first phase the teacher starts PBM by praying to instill awareness and gratitude for God's greatness, the teacher motivates the students with the initial activities related to the material. students who are motivated to learn something will use a higher cognitive process in learning the material so that the student will better absorb and listen to the material.
