Data were collected by questionnaires andStructural Equation Model (SEM) were applies as an analysis technique. Data were collected by questionnaires and structural equation model (SEM)were applies as an analysis technique. The results analysis showed that productquality, price, personal selling have positive and significant effect on the customersatisfaction and customer loyalty. The implication is product quality, price,personal selling need to be increased in order to customer satisfaction and customerloyalty.

Abstract: In this globalization era, companies are always required to show excellent performance and be able to adapt in changes and current business competitiveness. The aim of this research was to analyzed the effect of product quality and after-sales service on customer satisfaction and loyalty in one of distributor companies in Pekanbaru Riau namely PT Oscarmas Pekanbaru. The sampling technique used in this study was probability sampling with the total of 82 customers as respondents. Data analysis technique was Structural Equation Model (SEM) using Smart PLS. The results of this research showed that the product quality had no significant effect on customer satisfaction but had significant effect on customer loyalty, after-sales services had significant effect on both customer satisfaction and customer loyalty and satisfaction had no effect on customer loyalty. Thus, study proved that between product quality and after-sales service had no indirect effect on customer loyalty through satisfaction.Keywords: product quality, after-sales service, customer satisfaction, customer loyalty Kualitas Produk dan Layanan Purna Jual dalam Meningkatkan Kepuasan dan Loyalitas PelangganAbstrak: Di era globalisasi ini, perusahaan selalu dituntut untuk menunjukkan kinerja yang sangat baik dan mampu beradaptasi dalam perubahan dan daya saing bisnis saat ini. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dampak kualitas produk dan layanan purna jual terhadap kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan di salah satu perusahaan distributor di Pekanbaru Riau yaitu PT Oscarmas Pekanbaru. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah probability sampling dengan total 82 pelanggan sebagai responden. Teknik analisis data adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) menggunakan Smart PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan tetapi memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, setelah layanan penjualan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dan loyalitas pelanggan dan kepuasan tidak berpengaruh pada loyalitas pelanggan. Dengan demikian penelitian membuktikan bahwa antara kualitas produk dan layanan purna jual tidak memiliki efek tidak langsung pada loyalitas pelanggan melalui kepuasan.Kata kunci: kualitas produk, layanan purna jual, kepuasan pelanggan, loyalitas pelanggan

This study aims to determine the effect of Product Quality and Service Quality on Increasing Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty in Makassar Municipal Water Company (PDAM) both directly and through intervening variables or indirect effects. This study uses a quantitative approach conducted with the aim to explain the position of the variables studied and the relationship between one variable with another variable. This research will explain the causal relationship between variables through hypothesis testing. In this study, the analysis method used is path analysis using the SmartPLS program. The results of this study found that directly the product quality had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, service quality had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, product quality had a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, service quality had a positive and not significant effect on customer loyalty, customer satisfaction positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. The indirect effect of this research is product quality has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty if mediated by customer satisfaction. Service quality also has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty if mediated by customer satisfaction.

One of the key factor that PT Sido Muncul concerns about its Jamu Tolak Angin is the customer loyalty. The increase number of loyal customers can be considered as the success of the company’s product amidst the competition. This research is conducted to find out whether the product’s quality influences the customer loyalty through customer satisfaction and brand reputation of the PT Sido Muncul’s Jamu Tolak Angin brand. This research is conducted to retest the model proposed by Fred Selnes (1993), by using the Structural Equation Model (SEM). The sample of this research is 200 persons, collected by judgment sampling. The result of this research shows that customer loyalty is influenced by product quality, customer satisfaction, and brand reputation. Product quality influences customer loyalty through customer satisfaction and brand reputation. The model’s test of this research shows Chi-Square=65.81 (P=0.00026), RMSEA=0.071, GFI=0.94, dan AGFI=0.90. Product quality influences customer loyalty through customer satisfaction and brand reputation by 0.26 and it influences customer loyalty through brand reputation by 0.46. This research shows that good quality product will lead to the increase of customer loyalty and brand reputation of the PT Sido Muncul’s Jamu Tolak Angin brand. Loyal customers are directly influenced by PT Sido Muncul’s Jamu brand, while customer satisfaction doesn’t directly influence customer loyalty. When choosing which jamu product to consume, the customers don’t necessarily choose the product based on the satisfaction of past use but on the brand reputation. Customers think that the jamu brand that has good reputation is suitable for continuous use. This is because customers view jamu as traditional medicine, so the selection should be based on those products who have reliable brand reputation. This result shows that the PT Sido Muncul’s Jamu Tolak Angin brand reputation that has been formed may strengthen the product quality’s influence on creating customer loyalty.

Abstract. The purpose of this study is to help make decisions about winning the smartphone market through product differentiation to increase customer loyalty for the OPPO Brand. The study population was 1050 students of the faculty of education and the faculty of economics, the sampling technique using the stratified random sampling method was obtained by 550 students. Data analysis was performed using Structural Equation Model (SEM) statistical analysis using Amos Graphic v.22 Software. The result of the research obtained product differential strategy, brand image and customer satisfaction can increase customer loyalty. Brand image and customer satisfaction factor are mediators of product quality on customer loyalty factors. The implication of this research is that brand image is the biggest factor affecting customer satisfaction. Furthermore, the contribution of research result to the OPPO company must make product changes in order to improve brand image, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Abstrak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan melalui penguatan kualitas produk, citra merek dan kepuasan pelanggan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah Mahasiswa di Kabupaten Karawang dari 12 Perguruan tinggi sebanyak 27,378 mahasiswa, teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan stratified random sampling diperoleh sebanyak 550 orang. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis statistik Structural Equation Model (SEM) menggunakan perangkat lunak Amos Graphic versi 22. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh bahwa penguatan kualitas produk memiliki efek secara langsung terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, citrak merek dan kepuasan pelanggan adalah mediator faktor kualitas produk pada faktor loyalitas pelanggan. Implikasi dari penelitian ini bahwa citra merek merupakan faktor terbesar yang mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan. Selanjutnya, kontribusi hasil penelitian terhadap perusahaan OPPO adalah untuk pertimbangan kebijakan bagi manajemen dalam hal penguatan kualitas produk yang dilakukan melalui inovasi teknologi dari sisi penggunaan bahan, fitur-fitur, serta komponen berkualitas tinggi agar meningkatkan citra merek, kepuasan pelanggan sehingga berdampak positif terhadap loyalitas pelanggan.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of product quality, restaurant atmosphere, and customer value on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. This type of research is quantitative. The population of this study were 95 respondents who bought at Surabaya Choie Dimsum. The analysis technique used is Partial Least Square (PLS). Data was obtained from questionnaires and tested with the SmartPLS 3.0 application. The results of this study indicate that product quality, restaurant atmosphere, and customer value have a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. And customer satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty.

The objectives of this research are to test and explain the influence of product quality and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty, in addition to customer satisfaction on the relationship between product quality and customer loyalty. A total of 190 valid questionnaires were collected from costumers of Bamboo Institute in Dili, Timor-Leste, and the relationships between 3 variables were tested using SMART-PLS 3.0. The result of the study revealed that product quality and customer satisfaction influence positively and significantly on customer loyalty, and customer satisfaction fully mediate the relationship between product quality and customer loyalty. The result of study confirms that product quality and customer satisfaction are strong antecedent factors for customer loyalty. Therefore, to enhance customer loyalty, it is important to provide the product quality that meets the customer’s satisfaction level.

The purpose of this study is to explain the effect of product quality on customer satisfaction mediated by brand image and brand trust, ultimately determining customer loyalty. The questionnaire distributed 175 copies to the users of Kencana Truss light steel in Bali Province, but valid for processing 133 copies. Data were analyzed using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis technique. The results of this study found that variable product quality, brand image, and brand trust have a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction variables have a significant positive effect on customer loyalty. Variable brand image and brand trust, significantly mediate the effect of product quality on customer satisfaction. Similarly, customer satisfaction mediates the effect of brand image and brand trust on customer loyalty. The implications of the results of this study indicate that product quality is found as a major factor in increasing customer satisfaction which ultimately results in customer loyalty. Providers of light steel products should pay special attention to product quality, so customer satisfaction and loyalty can be maintained.

The purpose of this study is to find out how product quality, price, customer satisfaction on customer loyalty and how much influence the product quality, price, on customer satisfaction has implications for customer loyalty. This study is a census, the number of objects in the population with 100 respondents. The research method used in this research is descriptive analysis method. Data analysis techniques used are correlation analysis techniques and SEM (structural equation model) analysis techniques. Correlation analysis techniques to determine the relationship between variables, while SEM analysis techniques to determine how much influence the independent variable has on the dependent variable. The software used to process and analyze data from this study is Smart PLS version 3.0.
