Saat ini Otonomi Daerah, diberikan kewenangan   yang besar  kepada pemerintah daerah baik itu pemerintah kota maupun pemeritah kabupaten. Dengan demikian   pemda harus mempersiapkan infrastruktur   fisik , sosial ataupun infrastruktur teknologi.  Pemerintah daerah rata rata sudah memiliki berbagai  sistem informasi pendapatan daerah  (SIMPATDA), namun masih banyak pula  yang tidak melalui rencana Induk yang komprehensif dan terintegrasi.  Sistem yang menghasilkan informasi antar bidang  yang dibutuhkan    masih menggunakan  manual dengan sumber datanya yang terkadang kurang lengkap. Penulis membuat suatu penelitian tentang  Sistem Informasi Manajemen E-Government Pendapatan Daerah (SIMPATDA)  dengan acuannya adalah  Undang-Undang No.28 Tahun 2009 tentang Pajak daerah dan Retribusi Daerah. Selain itu penulis selaku dosen ingin mengaplikasikan Metode Agile Personal Extreme Programming dengan 7 fase tahapan terdiri dari yaitu : 1.Requirements, 2.Planning,  3.Iteration,  4.Initialization, 5.Design, 6.Implementation, 7.Retrospective.     Kata Kunci: SIM E-Government, Pendapatan Daerah, Agile, Personal Extreme Programming

Poverty is one continuing social issue which is hard to solve. Dealing with this problem, Islam has already had the alternative solution that is tithe (Zakat). Zakat is implemented to decrease economy imbalanced appeared in the society. While in fact, not all the Moslem pay Zakat. There are five factors as the reason why Moslem didn’t do that. First, some Muzakki wants to deliver his zakat directly.Seconde, not all Muzakki know how much Zakat must be paid. The other factors are Limited information about Mustahik home, limited time that Muzakki have to deliver his Zakat directly and the easiness to report Mustahik data. Dealing with those factors, it is required to have an information system which can make Muzakki meets Mustahik. In this research, information system application used Extreme Programming (XP) development method. XP method is required to program a system which will be made by accomodating the users’ needs and expectations.

Ordering catering is an activity undertaken by customers to buy products in the form of food packages. In Cimahi Catering catering ordering process is done by customers by coming directly to the location or calling to Cimahi Catering. Based on interviews with the authors related parties, in the process of ordering catering there are some customers who complain about the order process is due to take time, energy and more costs. In the case of recording data ordering was deemed less effective because the data is still conventional. This is at risk of logging errors. As a solution of these problems the authors build an Application Ordering Catering Based Android Mobile to assist in the process of ordering catering by customers and the management of reservation data catering by the Cimahi Catering. Research methodology used is Extreme Programming method. In making this application the author uses android programming base and MySQL as the data storage. This application is made to efficiently time, effort and produce accurate information. The results of testing the built application has a performance that suits the needs of the user. Based on the results of User Acceptance Test get a positive response with 85% percentage. Keyword: Android, application, catering, mobile, ordering, uat

An event is a means for students to improve their soft skill and hard skill. In college, one kind of event that usually held regularly is an exhibition. It is usually held around the universities environtment, but in practice there are still some shortcomings, such as the registration process is done manually, attendance of participants that are not integrated with the system, and unavailability of certificates for participants who have attended the event. Since the outbreak of Covid-19, organizing the events must be done online, so we need a system that can accommodate this. Therefore, this study aims to create an event management system that can manage exhibition event data. Besides, the system is also equipped with a feature to generate an E-Certificate that has a QR Code embedded. The method used in this study is Extreme Programming, with its flexible nature toward changes to facilitate the process of system development. The testing in this study is using black box method, with the test results show that all functional in the system can run well in accordance with user expectations. The use of the Extreme Programming method produces a quality system, because users are involved during the system development process.
