The virtual world is not a world without borders so we are free to do anything. But as in the real world that has norms, ethics and etiquette, in cyberspace also requires a netiquette. Netiquette as a healthy internet moral regulation is needed so that digital communication between netizens runs harmoniously and respect each other and away from conflict and deviant behavior so as to make the lives of netizens become more comfortable (comfort life). The implementation of netiket if done continuously in the long term will have a positive impact on netizens and their social environment. The positive impact for netizens towards strengthening their soft skills will form a generation of character, integrity, morality, having a healthy mentality, and getting appreciation from others who can be reinforcement for him to continue to do good to others. The positive impact on the environment makes interactions in the social environment healthier in more human communication patterns in their interaction patterns.In fact, there are still many disputes, violations and crimes that are implicated in social media and online media. For example: the rise of pornographic content, hate speech content, hoax issues, cyberbullying, insults, online fraud, digital sexual crimes, child trafficking, online prostitution, and various other cyber crimes. Based on the problems in the virtual world, the research entitled "Netiquette Strengthening Soft Skills Netizens for Generation of Character" aims to compare the phenomenon of ethical violations in social media and online media conducted by netizens associated with ethical guidelines in cyberspace (netiquette). This research uses qualitative methods with a literature review approach.

This study aims to analyze the project-based learning model on the soft skills of SMK students. The Project-Based Learning model requires students to have skills in solving a problem. The approach used in this research is quantitative using ex-post facto research, the type of correlation research. The sample used for the study was 170 students. The results of the study found a significant influence between the Project-Based Learning Model in the Network Infrastructure Administration Subject on students' communication skills, discipline, responsibility, creativity, and collaboration. Through the Project-Based Learning model, teachers are advised to often train students to complete tasks that can improve students' soft skills in other subjects.

Speaking qualities are referred to as rhetoric in science philosophy. Rhetoric is the art of a person's face-to-face spoken communication to a public audience. Because learning the art of rhetoric has numerous advantages, it is necessary for university students to acquire this speaking technique. The study method uses qualitative methods with interview data collection techniques carried out through Zoom Meetings. Because speaking rhetoric is one of the qualities that university students must learn, the results of the research shows, rhetoric is crucial parts of lectures. In the future, studying rhetoric will be beneficial. This skill will be a soft skill that is taken into account both in the university and in the work environment. The science of rhetoric is needed from now until the future because if a person has a good way of communicating, they have their own charm and are respected by others. Researchers limit the problems studied in this paper: the benefits derived from studying rhetoric for the future.

<p><em>In this study, researchers examined the role of the Village Care for Migrant Workers (Desbumi) program in mentoring female migrant workers in Darek Village, Praya Barat Daya District, Central Lombok Regency. This research is field research with data collection steps, namely interviews, documentation and observation. Therefore, this research aims o find out female migrant worker assistance patterns through the Desbumi program in Darek Village, Praya Barat Daya District, Central Lombok Regency. The results and discussion in this study are that the Desbumi program has three roles. First. Information center provides information to migrant workers about safe and legal migration (safety migrations). Second is the mobility data center, which assists prospective migrant workers in arranging migration filings at the village office. Third, the center for case advocacy, namely the role in providing protection and assistance to migrant workers who experience problems abroad.</em> <em>Meanwhile, the pattern of assisting female migrant workers in the Desbumi program approach is namely. First, pre-work mentoring, namely conducting socialization to the community by bringing migration flyers that have been given by Migrant Care and from the BNP2TKI office in Central Lombok Regency. It then provides an opportunity for people to ask questions about safe migration. Second, after work assistance, the Desbumi program can carry out consolidation and integration with Migrant Care, PPK and BNP2TKI if they encounter problems with migrant workers abroad. Furthermore, they confirm through social media with the Desbumi program in Darek Village, Praya Barat Daya District, Central Lombok Regency. Third, post-work mentoring, where former migrant workers are empowered in the village with various empowerment approaches. These approaches included making crackers, chips, sewing training and soft skills activities supported by the village government, Migrant Care, the Mataram City Panca Karsa Association (PPK), and BNP2TKI Central Lombok Regency </em></p><p> </p><p>Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti mengkaji peran dari program Desa Peduli Buruh Migran (Desbumi) dalam pendampingan buruh migrant perempuan di Desa Darek Kecamatan Praya Barat Daya Kabupaten Lombok Tengah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan dengan langkah pengumpulan data yakni wawancara, dokumentasi dan observasi. Oleh karenaitu, tujuan dalam penelitian ini yakni untuk mengetahui bagaimana pola pendampingan buruh migrant perempuan melalui program Desbumi di Desa Darek Kecamatan Praya Barat Daya Kabupaten Lombok Tengah. Hasil dan pembahasan dalam penelitian ini yakni, bahwasannya program Desbumi memiliki tiga peran seperti. Pertama. Pusat Informasi yakni untuk memberikan informasi pada buruh migrant tentang bermigrasi yang aman yang legal. Kedua, pusat data mobilitas yakni untuk membantu calon buruh migrant mengurus pemberkasan migrasi di kantor desa. Ketiga, pusat advokasi kasus yakni peran dalam memberikan perlindungan dan pendampingan pada buruh migran yang mengalami permasalahan di luar negeri. Sedangkan pola pendampingan buruh migrant perempuan dalam pendekatan program Desbumi yakni. Pertama, pendampingan sebelum bekerja yakni melakukan sosialisasi ke masyarakat dengan membawa pamphlet migrasi yang sudah diberikan oleh pihak Migrant Care serta dari kantor BNP2TKI Kabupaten Lombok Tengah. Kemudian memberikan kesempatan bagi masyarakat untuk bertanya tentang migrasi yang aman. Kedua, pendampingan setelah bekerja yakni program Desbumi dapat melakukan dengan konsolidasi dan integrasi dengan Migran Care, PPK dan BNP2TKI jika menerima problematika buruh migran di luar negeri, dan melakukan konfirmasi melalui media social dengan adanya program Desbumi di Desa Darek Kecamatan Praya Barat Daya Kabupaten Lombok Tengah. PENGANTAR REDAKSI             Pembaca yang berbahagia, puji syukur kami panjatkan ke hadirat Allah SWT karena Jurnal Administrasi Publik Volume XVII Nomor 2, Desember 2021 dapat kembali hadir ke hadapan pembaca.             Di edisi kali ini, Jurnal Administrasi Publik menghadirkan 7 artikel yang berfokus pada hasil penelitian di bidang Administrasi Publik maupun Pelatihan dan Pengembangan ASN. Tulisan pertama ditulis oleh Grace V. Dumalang dengan judul “Adaptif, Agile, Inovatif: Kunci SDM Unggul”. Tulisan kedua berasal dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan oleh Yossi Findarta Pratama, Andi Fitriyani Yahya, Alsry Mulyani, Yuliana Rauf, Rosmala Dewi Said, St. Suryani yang bertajuk ” Tingkat Kepuasan Masyarakat Terhadap Pelayanan Publik di Sulawesi Selatan”. Tulisan ketiga dihadirkan oleh Jamila Lestyowati dengan judul ” Flyer Pembelajaran Di Era Baru: Analisis Penyusunan dan Publikasi”. Tulisan keempat ditulis oleh Najemiah M. Amin yang diberi tajuk ” Penerapan Soft Skill Coaching Pada Penyusunan Aktualisasi (Studi Kasus Pada Pelatihan Dasar CPNS Kabupaten Pulau Morotai)”. Dalam tulisan kelima, Rasdiana, Riski Ramadani mencoba menuliskan hasil penelitiannya mengenai “Responsivitas Penyelenggaraan Pelayanan Publik di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Bone”. Tulisan keenam dihadirkan oleh Andjar Prasetyo, Tomo Hadi Saputro, Amsal, Ray Septianis Kartika yang mengambil judul “Pemulihan Lanskap Ekonomi Pasca Pandemi Covid-19 Di Kabupaten Labuhanbatu”. Adapun tulisan ketujuh, ditulis oleh Aprilia Hapsari, Muhammad Guntur, Novayanti Sopia Rukmana S. dengan judul “Inovasi Pelayanan Publik di Kecamatan Mallawa Kabupaten Maros”.             Redaksi Jurnal Administrasi Publik mengucapkan terima kasih dan memberikan apresiasi setinggi-tingginya kepada penulis yang telah bersedia mengirimkan naskahnya kepada kami. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan pertama, mengetahui prinsip coaching penulisan aktualisasi dan kedua mengetahui penerapan soft skill coaching dalam penulisan aktualisasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah Alumni Pelatihan Dasar Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil Golongan III Kabupaten Pulau Morotai sebanyak 40 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah studi kepustakaan, penyebaran kuisioner dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa, pertama prinsip coaching penulisan aktualisasi sudah berjalan dengan baik namun diperlukan penguatan pada aspek coach lebih banyak mendengar serta berkomitmen menyusun strategi kedepannya. Kedua, penerapan soft skill coaching dalam penulisan aktualisasi sudah berjalan dengn baik tetapi masih perlu penguatan pada aspek perilaku sopan santun. Maka secara keseluruhan diperlukan peningkatan kompetensi coaching secara berkesinambungan.

Kegiatan ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kebutuhan ruang yang nyaman bagi civitas akademika sebuah universitas dalam bekerja dan berkontribusi bagi negara melalui kualitas pendidikan. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah meningkatkan kompetensi soft skill dan hard skill tenaga kebersihan melalui pelatihan Profesional Cleanning Service di lingkup Universitas Ciputra Surabaya. Metode yang digunakan adalah pelatihan yang disertai ceramah, demonstrasti, praktek dan evaluasi. Terdapat 2 jenis evaluasi yang dilakukan yaitu pre-test dan post-test. Hasil dari pelatihan ini nenunjukan nilai sig. (2 tailed) sebesar 0,000 (p < 0,005) pada soft skill dan hard skill. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan pelatihan terhadap peningkatan keterampilan perserta dalam bidang service management, kompentensi sanitasi, dan kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja.

PurposeIn the context of the study, soft skill means identifying efficient and effective approaches for improving operation and maintenance (O&M) processes in facilities management and extending the management of building facilities and infrastructure. Applying the concept of soft skill to the O&M processes of facilities management at polytechnics in Malaysia, the paper aims to identify problems with conventional working practices in this area and to recommend potential solutions.Design/methodology/approachThe paper reviews evidence that conventional working methods generate significant problems related to paper-based forms, improper database management and flawed decision-making processes.FindingsThe paper finds that the application of the concept of soft skill reveals the need for more sophisticated management solutions in the O&M processes of facilities management.Originality/valueThe concept of soft skill will guide future improvements and developments in maintenance management systems (MMS) to fulfil requirements in this area.

Teamwork is the most important soft skill of the modern specialist, not to mention a teacher. It is also undisputed that skills development is very important to start at school, in particular at computer science lessons. Accordingly, a future teacher of computer science has to know version control systems and use one of them to organize collective student's work like in class and in the process of preparing for science competitions of the Junior Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. This topic of the article is relevant because it doesn't fully describe in the scientific and methodological resources. The main goal of this article is to open the main features of teaching students to work with version control systems on the example of Git. The systematic approach was the methodological basis for the investigation discovery. But besides, the researcher analyzed, compared, and summarized the investigation and experience of the leading scientists. As the result of the article the author rise to the following conclusions that the knowledge of version control systems (in particular Git) is an important part of the preparation of computer science teachers; teaching students to work with such programs have to be combined with the study of programming; should be encouraged students to complete labs and case studies using Git; teachers have to demonstrate through examples the correct organization and culture of work with such programs. The writer is also considering using the GitHub Classroom service to organize the educational process subjects such as programming and page making of web pages.

This paper deals with the issue of increasing the quality and sustainability of education at universities regarding the requirements of employers. Employers’ expectations of university graduates in terms of soft skills are analysed and outlined. The employers participating in this study answered a questionnaire survey focused on understanding university graduates’ soft skills. The collected results were subjected to the method of mathematical–statistical analysis by nonparametric testing of significance of the mean value difference. The significance of the difference for individual skills was confirmed, demonstrating that the surveyed enterprises required and anticipated a level of soft skills development on the part of recent graduates that was insufficient. This finding implies the necessity of improving university education to match the expected and real state of soft skill mastery.
