An event is a means for students to improve their soft skill and hard skill. In college, one kind of event that usually held regularly is an exhibition. It is usually held around the universities environtment, but in practice there are still some shortcomings, such as the registration process is done manually, attendance of participants that are not integrated with the system, and unavailability of certificates for participants who have attended the event. Since the outbreak of Covid-19, organizing the events must be done online, so we need a system that can accommodate this. Therefore, this study aims to create an event management system that can manage exhibition event data. Besides, the system is also equipped with a feature to generate an E-Certificate that has a QR Code embedded. The method used in this study is Extreme Programming, with its flexible nature toward changes to facilitate the process of system development. The testing in this study is using black box method, with the test results show that all functional in the system can run well in accordance with user expectations. The use of the Extreme Programming method produces a quality system, because users are involved during the system development process.

A house of worship is a place where religious people meet for the teachings of their respective religions or beliefs. Knowing the information on the location of places of worship is very important to fulfill worship obligations. In the city of Mataram, finding places of worship is still quite difficult because they cannot walk / walk around them. In terms of the Ministry of Trade, there is still no data management system for places of worship, currently data management for places of worship is still carried out using Ms. Excel which makes data collection ineffective and takes a long time to search for existing data, information media and mapping. there are no places of worship in the city of Mataram either. In this Final Project research, a Geographical Information System for Mapping the Location of Places of Worship in the City of Mataram was designed and built to provide information and layouts regarding places of worship in the city of Mataram because when searching for places of worship meant a more important geographical location was needed. With this system that has been created, it can provide benefits for the general public in viewing information and locations of places of worship in Mataram City, as evidenced by the results of the questionnaire given which can be seen in Table 4.25 showing that 40.33% strongly agree, 47.85 % agree, and 11.83% quite agree. And from the side of the Ministry of Trade it can also make it easier to collect data from systems that make management more effective and efficient, it can be proven through the results of the questionnaire in Table 4:24 showing that 66.67% strongly agree, 25% agree, and 8.33% are quite related with easy access to the application, the display is easy to understand, the application runs well, helping the Ministry of Religion in the organization of existing places of worship data. In this final project research uses the Extreme Programming method in the system development process, because it is suitable because one of the XP itself involves the client during the system development process, while in the case of this Final Project research, the Ministry of Religion of NTB as a client is directly involved in the system development process so that Minimizing errors in the system and in accordance with client needs, it can be proven in the results of the black box testing that has been carried out in Table 4:23 showing that all functions work well on the system and are accepted so that it can be said that the system created is running according to client needs.

<p><em>Indonesia is country rich in cultural diversity, one of which is regional languages. In the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 24 of 2009 article 1 paragraph 6, what is meant by regional languages is the language used for generations by Indonesian citizens in regional areas in the territory of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia. There are many regional languages in Indonesia, one of which is Lampung. however, the reduction in Lampung language speakers can cause the Lampung language to disappear. With the help of technology, especially Android, it can help to increase interest in Lampung language, especially in Lampung adolescents. this research will develop an Indonesian translator application to the Lampung dialect A on the Android Platform. The application is named Cawa Lampung. the translation process is carried out by the system with word translation. Every word is carried out the stemming process using the Nazief Adriani stemming method. The system development method used is eXtreme Programming. Ada banyak bahasa daerah di Indonesia, salah satunya adalah bahasa lampung.  namun berkurangnya penutur bahasa lampung dapat mengakibatkan bahasa daerah lampung akan hilang. Dengan bantuan teknologi terutama Android, dapat membantu meningkatkan lagi minat berbahasa lampung terutama pada remaja lampung. penelitian ini akan mengembangkan aplikasi translator bahasa Indonesia ke Bahasa Lampung dialek A pada Platform Android. Aplikasi diberi nama Cawa Lampung. proses terjemahan dilakukan oleh sistem dengan terjemahan kata perkata. Setiap kata dilakukan proses stemming dengan mengunakan metode stemming Nazief Adriani. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan yaitu eXtreme Programming. The lack of information needed to fulfill the claim requirements of Indonesia Case-Based Group (INA-CBGs) for Coronavirus Diseases (Covid-19) outpatients caused claim disputes, thus hampering the claim process for Covid-19 patients at Hospital. The existence of an electronic medical resume is believed to be a solution and make the claim process more effective. This study aimed to produce an electronic-based outpatient medical resume that fits the needs of Hospital X. The prototype method was chosen because it is suitable for developing systems quickly, and the results are easier to adjust because Hospital X can provide input in the system development process. Based on system testing using the black-box method, the medical e-resume system developed has overcome dispute claims at Hospital.

Tomatoes ripen relatively quickly, so tomato farmers must be able to properly sort the tomatoes for distribution. Farmers typically sort the tomatoes by hand. Tomato farmers are generally experts at manually sorting tomatoes, but humans have many limitations, such as being tired and unfocused. Because these issues can lead to inconsistencies and inaccuracies in sorting, a tool is required to help with the process. As a result, it is necessary to create an Android application to aid in the sorting process. The reason for using Android as a platform is that it is a tool that a large number of people own. The LVQ algorithm is used as a learning algorithm to find the best model for tomato recognition. To build the model, the algorithm requires features. Colors with Hue, Saturation, and Value (HSV) are used. The Personal eXtreme Programming (PXP) system development methodology was used to create applications that recognize the level of ripeness of tomatoes. Unified Modeling Language (UML) is the analytic tool of choice. The application was successfully developed on the Android platform based on the test results. The application's use results in an accuracy of 80%. Green and red tomatoes are the most well-known types of tomatoes. Turning tomatoes are difficult to identify because many of them are mistaken for green tomatoes.Keyword: Android; eXtreme Programming; HSV; Recognition; TomatoBuah tomat memiliki waktu kematangan relatif cepat, sehingga petani tomat harus dapat menyortir buah tomat dengan tepat yang akan didistribusikan. Pada umumnya petani menyortir buah tomat secara manual. Petani tomat juga pada umumnya sudah ahli dalam menyortir tomat secara manual, tetapi manusia memiliki banyak keterbatasan seperti lelah dan tidak fokus. Masalah tersebut dapat meyebabkan inkonsistensi dan ketidaktepatan dalam penyortirannya, sehingga dibutuhkan alat bantu untuk membantu proses peyortiran tersebut. Oleh karena itu, perlu dikembangkan sebuah aplikasi Android yang dapat membantu proses penyortiran tersebut. Alasan penggunaan Android sebagai platform karena merupakan alat yang banyak dimiliki orang pada umumnya. Algoritme LVQ digunakan sebagai algoritme pembelajaran untuk mendapatkan model terbaik dalam mengenali buah tomat. Algoritme tersebut membutuhkan fitur untuk membangun modelnya. Fitur yang digunakan adalah warna Hue, Saturation, dan Value (HSV). Aplikasi pengenalan tingkat kematangan buah tomat dikembangkan menggunakan metodologi pengembangan sistem Personal eXtreme Programming (PXP). Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah Unified Modeling Language (UML). Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, aplikasi berhasil dikembangkan pada platform Android. Penggunaan aplikasi tersebut menghasilkan akurasi sebesar 80%. Tomat yang paling banyak dikenali adalah tomat Green dan Red. Tomat Turning cukup sulit dikenali, karena tomat tersebut cukup banyak yang dikenali sebagai tomat Green.Kata Kunci: Android; eXtreme Programming; HSV; Pengenalan; Tomat

PT.Balai Lelang Bandung is a company in Bandung which is located at Ruko Maple Kav. G, Jl. Gn. Batu No. 201, Sukaraja, Cicendo, Bandung - West Java, provides services such as pre-auction, auction, and post auction. The registration process of tender participants is quite convoluted and takes a lot of time in the registration process either in terms of the auction participants or the auctioneer itself. The auction process is very time-consuming bidders themselves, where in conducting the auction, participants are required to attend directly to the auction so many prospective bidders who discontinue their intention to follow the auction process. In this design approach method is prototypemethod, while system development method using Unified Modeling Language (UML). This paper introduces analysis the development process of CAD technology, application of the AutoCAD software in engineering field and teaching as well as the significance of the development of two times the. This paper analyzes in detail the development of common language, and the use of Visual BASIC development and application of software based on AutoCAD. The author elaborates the software interface design and method calls AutoCAD in VB. Finally, the design and implementation of a programming language re-development system based on AutoCAD is concerned. The test results show that the developed AutoCAD two development system has good practical value.

The San Pedro Bay Ports of Long Beach and Los Angeles continue to provide vital rail connections to the rest of the country. The Rail Enhancement Program sets forth the rail improvements necessary to maintain performance as cargo volumes grow through the year 2035. Implementation of the Rail Enhancement Program has faced hurdles including environmental permitting, funding and competing stakeholder concerns. Cargo growth eased in the years approaching 2010, but the timing of proposed improvements to the rail infrastructure remains critical and challenging. The Rail Enhancement Program is the result of work over the past ten years. Conditions affecting the program have continued to change since the original Rail Master Planning Study of 2000. Updates to the Master Plan have been performed in 2005 and 2010. These documents provide analyses and recommendations for rail improvements to maintain adequate rail service on the Alameda Corridor and through the Port to its rail yards. In developing the Rail Enhancement Program, simulation is used to understand the impacts of increasing cargo volumes on the rail system and to investigate infrastructure and operating improvements required to address deficiencies and to determine improvements to efficiently handle projected traffic. This paper describes the development process with a summary of the analysis methods, resulting proposed rail projects, implementation process and current status of implementation. The steps of the rail system development process include the following: • Evaluation of existing and proposed rail operations; • Conceptual design of over forty potential rail improvement projects; • Analysis of the capacity of existing and proposed facilities; • Scheduling of project development to meet demand; • Estimation of environmental, community and regional impacts and benefits; • Determination of schedule including environmental permit requirements; • Development of project funding plans; and • Preparation of engineering designs and construction documents. The paper will conclude with a summary of the status of key projects from the Rail Enhancement Program. Implementation of the Rail Enhancement Program has included permitting, funding and design efforts on individual projects. The projects currently under development total $1B out of the overall $2B program. The Rail Enhancement Program provides significant benefits to operating efficiencies, environmental impacts and economic impacts. Implementation has been a challenging effort and illustrates the myriad obstacles facing public infrastructure development.
