One of the ways to attract students' interest in learning English is to use interactive teaching materials. However, the teaching materials used at State Polytechnic of Fakfak are still in the form printed materials which seem inefficient to be used during the Covid 19 pandemic because the all the teaching process is online. Therefore, one of the solutions to implement mobile learning. Using mobile learning provides the users accessing material through smartphones and learning through mobile learning applications anywhere and anytime. This study aims to develop teaching materials in the form of an Android-based English Learning Application at Department of Informatics Management at the State Polytechnic of Fakfak, West Papua. The method used in this study is the Waterfall method, where a software development model is carried out sequentially, which means that one stage is carried out after the previous stage is completed. With the teaching materials in the Android-based English course, it can help the educators to carry out their duty as a lecturer to handle learning process during the Covid-19 pandemic.  The result of this study is an Android-based English Learning Application that is functionally tested using the Black Box method. Based on the test results, the application is functioning properly. This is proved by the feasibility test using distributed questionnaires to 40 students of the Department of Informatics Management. There are 96% of students stated that the application can be operated easily and is satisfying

ABSTRAK Tujuan perencanaan ini adalah untuk memusatkan kegiatan seminar, kunjungan kerja, penginapan dan kegiatan magang bagi mahasiswa serta bagi tamu pada umumnya dalam satu fasilitas yaitu Wisma. Metode perancangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini mengacu pada teori Metode Glass box JC. Jones didalamnya ada Analisis Makro, Analisis Mikro, Struktur dan Utilitas. Hasil dari perencanaan ini berupa desain bangunan yang ditampilkan dalam bentuk Site Plan, Denah, Potongan, Tampak dan Perspektif bangunan. Kesimpulan dari perencanaan Wisma ini adalah menggunakan pendekatan Arsitektur Post-Modern dari Robert Venturi dan diharapkan Fasilitas ini dapat mewakili nilai lokalitas yang ada di Minahasa. Kata Kunci : Wisma, Robert Venturi, Post-Modern ABSTRACT The purpose of this plan is to concentrate seminars, work visits, lodging and internship activities for students and for guests in general in one facility, namely the Wisma. The design method used in this study refers to the theory of the JC Glass box method. Jones in it is Macro Analysis, Micro Analysis, Structure and Utilities. The results of this planning are in the form of building designs that are displayed in the form of Site Plans, Floor Plans, Pieces, Views and Perspectives of the building. The conclusion of this Wisma planning is to use the Post-Modern Architecture approach from Robert Venturi and it is hoped that this facility can represent the locality values ​​that exist in Minahasa.Keywords : Wisma, Robert Venturi, Post-Modern

In the current workflow and heat exchange of a Casson nanoliquid across a penetrable media above a moving plate with variable thermal conductivity, adaptive thickness and chemical reaction are analyzed. First, the governing nonlinear equations of partial derivative terms with proper extreme conditions are changed into equations of ordinary derivative terms with suitable similarity conversions. Then the resulting equations are worked out using the Keller box method. The effects of various appropriate parameters are analyzed by constructing the visual representations of velocity, thermal, and fluid concentration. The velocity profile increased for shape parameter, and the opposite trend is observed for magnetic, Casson, porosity parameters. Temperature profile increases for magnetic, Casson, Brownian motion parameter, and thermophoresis parameters. Concentration profiles show a decreasing trend for wall thickness, Brownian movement, chemical reaction parameters. Also, skin friction values and calculated and matched with previous literature found in accordance. Also, local parameters Nusselt and Sherwood numbers are calculated and analyzed in detail.

The Regional Representative Council of Indonesia Institute of Islamic Dakwah of Manokwari Regency has four departments from Al-Quran Education School which are required to report the attendance and achievements of students each month in their respective departments. This report will be presented to the parents and to the Head of the school for evaluation. Both of these assessments are still carried out manually so it is inefficient because the data will be easily lost or scattered. With these problems, the author did some researches to carry out the Design and Development of Information System for Assessment of Material Achievement and Student Attendance at Al-Quran Education School - Regional Representative Council of Indonesia Institute of Islamic Dakwah in Manokwari Regency. This research was conducted by creating an assessment input information system and responsive web-based data recap, using the Laravel framework, MySQL database and the research method used was the Prototype Method. At the final stage of this research is testing the system with the Black Box Method. The final result of this research is the formation of the Information System for Assessment of Material Achievement and Student Attendance for the Al-Quran Education School - Regional Representative Council of Indonesia Institute of Islamic Dakwah in Manokwari Regency. The test results show that the Prototype Method can be used in building the information system in question.

The lack of information needed to fulfill the claim requirements of Indonesia Case-Based Group (INA-CBGs) for Coronavirus Diseases (Covid-19) outpatients caused claim disputes, thus hampering the claim process for Covid-19 patients at Hospital. The existence of an electronic medical resume is believed to be a solution and make the claim process more effective. This study aimed to produce an electronic-based outpatient medical resume that fits the needs of Hospital X. The prototype method was chosen because it is suitable for developing systems quickly, and the results are easier to adjust because Hospital X can provide input in the system development process. Based on system testing using the black-box method, the medical e-resume system developed has overcome dispute claims at Hospital.

Mobile construction machineries are accident-prone on a dynamic construction site, as the site environment is constantly changing and continuous safety monitoring by human beings is impossible. These accidents usually happen in the form of machinery overturning or collapsing into risk areas, including the foundation pit, slopes, or soft soil area. Therefore, preventing mobile construction machineries from entering risk areas is the key. However, currently, there is a lack of practical safety management techniques to achieve this. Utilizing a wireless sensor device to collect the location information of mobile construction machineries, this research develops a safety warning algorithm to prevent the machineries moving into risk area and reduces onsite overturning or collapsing accidents. A modified axis aligned bounding box method is proposed according to the movement patterns of mobile construction machineries, and the warning algorithm is developed based on the onsite safety management regulations. The algorithm is validated in a real case simulation when machinery enters the warning zone. The simulation results showed that the overall algorithm combining the location sensing technology and the modified bounding box method could detect risk and give warnings in a timely manner. This algorithm can be implemented for the safety monitoring of mobile construction machineries in daily onsite management.

This research was conducted on the basis of helping children to get to know about folklore in Indonesia. In addition, this study was conducted to help children in learning the moral values that exist in folklore. This research was conducted by creating an android-based game application with the theme of Gold Cucumber folklore. Children in Indonesia today have begun to forget the cultures that exist in their own country. One of the causes is the influx of foreign cultures that are becoming increasingly popular and starting to erode the indigenous culture of Indonesia. Therefore, the author created an android-based folklore-themed game application so that children can be interested in one of Indonesia's existing cultures. The app was tested using the black box method and the benefits of the application were studied using questionnaire and interview methods. After the application passed in black box testing, the application was tested and received a positive response from existing questionnaires and interviews. With the results of existing research, it can be concluded that this application can carry out its duties to help children in introducing folklore culture and educating moral values well.
