The One Door Integrated Service Application is a service delivery for several types of services that are organized in an integrated manner in one place and controlled by a management control system. In this application there are two types of services namely customer service (Cs) and front office (FO), in both types of services have different service functions CS functions to provide services to the public and employees who want to do consultations include, Hajj and Umrah services , Marriage, Endowments, Zakat, Promotion, Staffing while FO Providing services to the community in the form of requests to transfer schools, legalizing certificates, mosque recommendations, passport recommendations, Requests for Qibla direction, requests for prayer, requests for clergy, Requests for place of worship data, Requests for marriage data. The application was developed using the Prototype system development method, data collection methods by interviewing, observing and studying literature, analyzing system design using UML (Unifield Modeling Language). In building applications information is used in the PHP programming language, MySQL Database, Apache Local Web Server, Adobe Dreamweaver CS6 as a web editor, and Adobe Photoshop as an image editor. Testing methods The information application uses the Blackbox testing method and Beta testing. The results of this study is that with this web-based application it will facilitate office staff in archiving services to record history and make it easier to serve the general public as well as providing convenience to the community when it will perform services

Starsindo Logistics Inc. (SL) is a company in freight forwarding service. The problem in this company is less information provided to customers, especially about customer order status information. It is started from the departure of the EMKL truck until the standard time of customer container entering freight process. Therefore, it is needed to use the customer service application electronic-Customer Relationship Management (e-CRM), because it will ease to manage and control information flow about the customer order status. The research method is following rules in object oriented analysis and design by Mathiassen. Through website, public is hoped to easily access the company information or ship schedule, order list, tracking order status, or transaction history. This web-based customer service application could help the company to build a good relationship with customers.

Current developments and advances in technology and information in Indonesia have begun to develop and can be utilized to develop business. PT. Frasindo Lima Mandiri is a company engaged in car rental services. In the rental process, the customer must come to the company to find out the type and availability of cars rented by the company. The payment process is still recorded in the payment journal, so that company employees will have difficulty in checking the status of customer payments. Seeing the problems that occur in the rental process, the purpose of this research is to create a web-based car rental information system. With this rental car information systems can simplify data management and provide complete information related to car rental. The method used in this study is the prototype system development method, analysis and design tools used are UML (Unified Modeling Language). The results of this study are that customers can find information related to rental cars, make car rental transactions online, can facilitate employees in the process of finding customer payment data and companies can provide services more quickly and accurately.


Objectives: The main aim of this study was to investigate the factors that influence students’, academicians’, clients’, as well as developer’s preferences in choosing their preferred approach in system development, namely structured analysis design (SAD) or object-oriented analysis and design (OOAD). Methods: The research design was based on a survey methodology and a case study. For the survey, questionnaires were administered to 30 students and 38 academicians, who were randomly selected from several Malaysian universities. For the case study, the requirements of the information system were modeled and presented to several clients to elicit their feedback. The survey data were analyzed using SPSS Findings: The result shows that students preferred the use of OOAD approach, which clearly outnumbered those who preferred the SAD approach, which stood at 33%. Interestingly, the majority (53%) of academicians preferred the use of a mixture of both approaches. Likewise, the clients shared a similar view with the academicians, whereas the developer preferred the OOAD approach. Application/Improvements: Clearly, the findings suggest that both approaches are essential, but the one that is widely used by developers and preferred by students is OOAD, and thus should be given priority when it comes to structured analysis and design. As such, curriculum designers and institutions of higher learning, particularly those offering system analysis and design and related courses, should make the necessary changes to the existing curriculum such that the academic programs offered will be able to produce highly competent and skilled analysts and designers as required by the industry.

Chio Medical Center is one of the services in the health sector that is engaged in special medical check-ups for prospective employees who will work and permanent employees in a company. Currently, the system that processes medical check-up report data has not been computerized properly, so that data or files are stored conventionally and it is difficult to find the required data. The research method used in this study is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method and system development using the Waterfall model which starts from analysis and observation of the system running in the company. The results of the observations show that the system that runs at the Chio Medical Center clinic has not been computerized properly, namely in recording examination reports using excel and word files so that they have not been stored in a structured database. This system is designed using the Dreamweaver application as a web-based editor tool and uses the PHP and MySQL programming languages ​​as the database. The result of this research is a web-based medical check-up report information system which is expected to assist employees in inputting data and improve the process of providing information services to clients so that it is faster and more accurate.

 In the digital era, people often call the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 demanding speed and accuracy in all fields. Moreover, the speed and accuracy in delivering and receiving information for decision making so as not to compete with competitors. The presentation of information is not only fast, accurate, it must also be easily understood by the person receiving the information. One business entity that must also take advantage of this technological development is a cooperative. In the cooperative PT. Spindo Karawang Factory transaction activities still have to be processed in Microsoft Excel, so that data duplication or inconsistency often occurs, data updates are not updated, there is no data backup and data that has not been integrated with other systems. The purpose of this research is to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the transaction process in the cooperative. The research method used in this research is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with the waterfall approach. The result of this research is the cooperative invoice information system of PT. Spindo Karawang Factory is web-based which is expected to be able to improve the process in the cooperative to be more effective and efficient.

The objective of this research is to design an Information system of Pos Pelayanan Terpadu (Posyandu), especially to toddlers, pregnant women, and the elderly to support the performance of the Community Asisstance in Kalyanamitra Foundation. The analysis using System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method with waterfall model and the design using the Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) method with defining all objects interaction which are described by the UML (Unified Modeling Language) diagram. The analysis was applied on current working system and the result became the basis for designing a Posyandu web-based information system to assist the implementation of Posyandu for toddlers, pregnant women, and the elderly, especially in registering, documenting and storing data, and reporting which correspond to organizational needs. Posyandu information system supports Kalyanamitra Foundation's program in intervening with local government to improve the quality of Posyandu services and facilities.

Technology plays an important role in various enterprise business processes for improved customer service, decision making, and means of information exchange. Hospitality accommodation is an example of fields that use information systems technology. This research was conducted in the field of hospitality especially front office system. Using computerized front office system, data about guests will be stored more safely and the reports will be better resulted. The purpose of this study is to analyze the existing problems on a Front Office of a hotel including identifying information needs and designing information systems to improve hospitality services to guests. The method used is analysis and design. Analysis is performed towards library research anddata collection needed for measuring through observation, interviews, and documents related to the information system. Menawhile, design uses object oriented analysis and design (OOAD) method and application programusing MS Access 2010. The result achieved is an application design of information system of hospitality front office that consists of five modules, namely Reservation module, Services module, Housekeeping module,Restaurant module, and Billing module. As a conclusion, a computerized information system of hospitality front office can assist hotels in providing better service to guests, which in turn can increase guest satisfaction.

This research is based on the rapid development of the culinary and information technology. The difficulties in communicating with the culinary expert and on recipe documentation make a proper support for media very important. Therefore, a web-based database application for the public is important to help the culinary community in communication, searching and recipe management. The aim of the research was to design a web-based database application that could be used as social media for the culinary community. This research used literature review, user interviews, and questionnaires. Moreover, the database system development life cycle was used as a guide for designing a database especially for conceptual database design, logical database design, and physical design database. Web-based application design used eight golden rules for user interface design. The result of this research is the availability of a web-based database application that can fulfill the needs of users in the culinary field related to communication and recipe management.

<p>Abstrak<br />Setelah mengaplikasikan sistem layanan jasa service CV. Natama Enterprise untuk lebih meningkatkan pelayanan terhadap pelanggan membuat aplikasi pelaporan layanan jasa service yang merupakan layanan pengaduan atas pelayanan service yang telah diberikan. CV. Natama Enterprise merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang penjualan dan jasa perawatan komputer, melayani instansi pemerintah dan swasta. Setelah menggunakan sistem aplikasi layanan jasa service ada kendala bagi manajemen untuk memberikan pelayanan pengaduan terhadap layanan jasa service yang telah dilakukan disamping sebagai fungsi kontrol terhadap mutu layanan juga untuk mempermudah pelanggan menyampaikan keluhan terhadap manajemen atas kualitas layanan yang telah diterima. Setelah mengetahui permasalahan yang terjadi maka dibuat suatu rancangan aplikasi pengaduan Jasa service. Dalam penelitian ini akan dibangun sebuah aplikasi layanan pengaduan jasa Service dengan metode Zachman Framework Berbasis Web sehingga dapat diperoleh informasi secara mendetail bagaimana sistem informasi itu dirancang, segala kebutuhan baik data, sumber daya manusia dan infrastruktur yang mendukung berjalannya sistem layanan jasa service.<br />Kata kunci :Pengaduan, Zachman Framework, Perancangan<br />Abstract<br />After applying service system service. CV. Natama Enterprise to further improve customer service to make service applications reporting service which is a complaint service of the service provided. CV. Natama Enterprise is a company engaged in sales and computer maintenance services, serving government and private agencies. After using service application service system there are obstacles for management to provide complaint service to service service that have been done beside as function of control to service quality also to facilitate customer complained to management of service quality which have been accepted. After knowing the problems that occur, an appraisal application design service is created.
