Current developments and advances in technology and information in Indonesia have begun to develop and can be utilized to develop business. PT. Frasindo Lima Mandiri is a company engaged in car rental services. In the rental process, the customer must come to the company to find out the type and availability of cars rented by the company. The payment process is still recorded in the payment journal, so that company employees will have difficulty in checking the status of customer payments. Seeing the problems that occur in the rental process, the purpose of this research is to create a web-based car rental information system. With this rental car information systems can simplify data management and provide complete information related to car rental. The method used in this study is the prototype system development method, analysis and design tools used are UML (Unified Modeling Language). The results of this study are that customers can find information related to rental cars, make car rental transactions online, can facilitate employees in the process of finding customer payment data and companies can provide services more quickly and accurately.

The objective of this research is to design an Information system of Pos Pelayanan Terpadu (Posyandu), especially to toddlers, pregnant women, and the elderly to support the performance of the Community Asisstance in Kalyanamitra Foundation. The analysis using System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method with waterfall model and the design using the Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) method with defining all objects interaction which are described by the UML (Unified Modeling Language) diagram. The analysis was applied on current working system and the result became the basis for designing a Posyandu web-based information system to assist the implementation of Posyandu for toddlers, pregnant women, and the elderly, especially in registering, documenting and storing data, and reporting which correspond to organizational needs. Posyandu information system supports Kalyanamitra Foundation's program in intervening with local government to improve the quality of Posyandu services and facilities.

The purpose of this research is to know the geographic information system of tourism that is in Dinas Kepemudaan dan Olahraga dan Pariwisata Kebumen Regency and develop it Research methods used by doing observationin Dinas Kepemudaan dan Olahraga dan Pariwisata Kebumen Regency, then proceed with the system development method. the research method used is by the method of SDLC (System Development Life Cycle). By using the Software Notepad ++ to build tourism Geographical Information System web-based. PHP as a programming language, MySQL as the database server and the design of the map using the Google Maps API. The object-oriented approach that is used UML (Unified Modeling Language) can explain the flow of the existing system. Dinas Kepemudaan dan Olahraga dan Pariwisata Kebumen Regency has been doing promotion through mass media such as newspapers and brochures in the delivery of information. But the way is not enough to inform tourism and places of attractions. It is therefore through the design of Geographical information system of tourism was able to resolve the issue. After the results of the study of geographic information systems is expected delivery of tourism information becomes more widespread, and the tourists could be quick and precise in finding information a tourist want to visit.

Yoga Farm is a Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) that focuses on catfish breeding that is still doing business processes manually. With this process, information received by related parties is very difficult to obtain quickly. Therefore, the product is still not widely known, and customers are still few because the system used in sales and promotions still uses a manual system. The research method used is qualitative. This study aims to create a sales information system recommended at Yoga Farm and design using Unified modeling language (UML) for the recommended business processes. Customers will get product information in real-time, products can be widely recognized, and the number of Yoga Farm customers can increase. Based on the results of this study, adoption of a web-based sales information system can certainly make it easier to get the latest information quickly, can expand the market and can also facilitate customers in the transaction. For future research, this research can be used as a reference for conducting similar studies at other MSMEs to increase sales

<p>ABSTRACT<br />This paper discusses the design and development of the coahcing log tenant system of INBIS STIKI Indonesia. Coaching log is an accompaniment record recorded in a hard copy file that contains data on tenants, coaches, mentoring records, assignments from coaches to tenants, and results of previous assignments given by coaches to tenants. This hard copy coaching log file cannot be used effectively especially in seeing the development of tenants from time to time or the progress reports of tenants. To solve this problem in this study a web-based log coaching system has been developed which has tenant data management features, data coaches, making mentoring schedules, providing timetables for mentors, coaching logs by coaches, coaching logs by tenants. The system design model used in this study uses the Unified Modeling Language (UML) model, system development using the laravel framework, and testing using the blackbox testing method. Based on the results of testing all the features that are owned by this log coaching system can function properly. And the system developed can help INBIS STIKI Indonesia in managing the process of assisting tenants.<br />Keywords: Information System, Coaching Log, Business Incubator. Coaching log merupakan catatan pendampingan yang direkam dalam sebuah file hard copy yang berisi tentang data tenan, coach, catatan pendampingan, tugas dari coach kepada tenan, serta hasil tugas sebelumnya yang diberikan oleh coach kepada tenan. File hard copy coaching log ini belum bisa digunakan secara efektif khususnya dalam melihat perkembangan tenan dari waktu ke waktu atau laporan kemajuan tenan. Untuk menyelesaikan masalah tersebut pada penelitian ini telah dikembangan sistem coaching log berbasis web yang memiliki fitur pengelolaan data tenan, data coach, pembuatan jadwal pendampingan, pemberian jadwal pendampingan kepada tenan, coaching log oleh coach, coaching log oleh tenan. Model perancangan sistem yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan model Unified Modeling Language (UML), pengembangan sistem menggunakan framework laravel, dan pengujian menggunakan metode blackbox testing. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian semua fitur yang dimiliki oleh sistem coaching log ini secara fungsional bisa berjalan dengan baik. Semester Learning Plan (RPS) is a learning planning document that guides lecturers and students to carry out lecture activities for one semester to achieve predetermined learning achievements. that the study program has been determined. RPS is needed to meet and adapt to users' needs because the RPS is regularly reviewed and updated if there are changes in teaching materials that are no longer under current conditions. However, what is often a problem is that the RPS input is still using Microsoft Excel, so that it is not well documented, and the RPS made are not following the material given by the lecturer. Because of these problems, in this study, a web-based RPS adjustment information system will be designed and built using the Laravel framework that can assist the study program in documenting the RPS and knowing the suitability of the material provided by the lecturer's predetermined RPS. The system development method used in this study uses the SDLC method, and its design uses UML (Unified Modeling Language). The final result of this research is a web-based RPS compatibility information system using the Laravel framework, which can facilitate the management of RPS and its compatibility with the material provided by the lecturer.

Professional certification is an effort to recognize a person's competence by the required work competency standards. Bung Hatta University Professional Certification Institute (LSP) is an agency implementing competency certification activities that have received a license from the National Professional Certification Agency (BNSP) to certify students from various fields of science and professions at Bung Hatta University. Bung Hatta University LSP has the status of the first party LSP educational institutions. The registration process for certification at the Bung Hatta University LSP is still done manually by filling in several paper forms. This is considered ineffective considering the current technological advances. By developing a website-based information system, this can be overcome. The purpose of designing a website-based information system is to produce an information system that can assist the certification process and can be accessed by any relevant user anytime and anywhere. This information system was developed using the waterfall method. This method has several stages, namely the needs analysis, design, implementation, and testing stage. The design of this information system used Unified Modeling Language (UML) and implemented using the Yii2 framework as a PHP framework and MySQL as a Database Management System (DBMS). The design of this information system resulted in a web-based Information System for Bung Hatta University LSP, which focused on the initial administrative process.

PT. Gomeds Network is an Internet Service Provider (ISP) company based in the city of Gorontalo. This company has problems or obstacles in the process of applying for leave for its employees where leave applications are still handled manually, even though personal computers are available as a support facility for work activities. All of this allows errors or inaccuracies in employee leave data at PT. Gomeds Network. The purpose of this research is to build a web-based employee leave application information system which makes it easier for employees to apply for leave and get complete and detailed information related to leave, also this leave application can be done online anywhere that can be done. connected to the internet so there is no need to meet with the staffing department. The research method used is the waterfall system development model or systems development life system (SDLC) with unified modeling language (UML) where the tools used to describe the system model are in the form of activity diagrams, use case diagrams, component diagrams and deployment diagrams and in making bases. data using entity relationship diagrams (ERD). With this employee leave application information system application can help employees in filing leave and make it easier for companies to process and manage employee leave data and incoming data can be stored safely in the database and can improve the performance and time efficiency in activities in the staffing department..

Absrtak: Tulisan ini merupakan kajian dalam menindaklanjuti saran dari hasil penelitian penulis, tentang perlunya perancangan dan pengembangan model prototipe Sistem Informasi Jabatan Fungsional Dosen berbasis web. Implementasi jabatan fungsional tersebut untuk memudahkan dalam menghitung angka kredit, memudahkan pemasukan dan pencarian data sehingga dapat menghasilkan informasi yang akurat, tepat, dan relevan. Penelitian ini menggunakan paradigma siklus hidup pengembangan sistem, meliputi tahapan pengumpulan data dengan observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka; analisis dan perancangan sistem dengan star Unified Modeling Language (UML), relasi antar file, struktur file, struktur program, rancangan masukan, rancangan luaran, dan struktur menu dengan menggunakan pemograman PHP & database Mysql. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu adanya prototipe sistem jabatan fungsional yang dapat dimanfaatkan para dosen dalam memproses pengusulan dan perhitungan angka kredit secara mudah, cepat, dan efektif. Oleh karena itu perguruan tinggi (negeri/swasta) perlu mendorong pengembangan dan pemanfaatan Sistem Informasi tersebut. Begitu pula para dosen perlu membiasakan pemanfaatan Sistem Informasi berbasisweb dalam memudahkan mengimplementasikan jabatan fungsional dosen. Kata kunci : Dosen, Tridarma Perguruan Tinggi, Jabatan Fungsional Dosen.Abstract: This paper is a study to follow up the recommendation from the result of the writer’s research, which was about the importance of design and development of information system prototype of web based lecturer functional job. The implementation of functional job will facilitate the calculation of credit rate, ease the data entry and searching to bring about accurate, appropriate and relevant information. This research used life cyclus paradigm of system development which include data collection phase via observation, interview and literature study; system analysis and design using star Unified Modeling Language (UML), interrelation among files, file structure, program structure, input design, output design, and menu structure using PHP and database Mysql. This study resulted that there is a prototype of functional job system which can be used by lecturers to proceed the proposal and calculation of credit rate easily, fast, and effectively. That is why colleges (public/private ones) need to encourage the develepment and utilization of such information system. Similarly, lecturers need to familiarize the utilization of web based information system in order to facilitate the implementation of lecturer functional job. Library information system analysis and design for public senior high school XYZ in South Tangerang aims to identify needs of data and information about library operational transaction in the school. The result of requirement analysis was used to build a computerized system supporting the run of library business process. The analysis and design focused on solving the problems, such difficulties in finding book location, book availability, and else. Rational Unified Process was used for the information system development methodology and the result of requirement analysis was documented by using unified modeling language; user interface was also designed. This information system was expected to ease the library in doing its activity by serving the information related to book searching, book availability, book tracking. Besides, it would also fasten the process of book borrowing, book returning, and new book registration.


Bersama Maju Clinic, located in Basuki Rahmat is one of the clinics with a lot of public interest. In the patient registration, management process, patient data are still recorded in the archives or paper documents, so that if the archive is lost, there is no replacement. Data accumulation often occurs, so it is relatively long in the data search process and the process of making the report. Data redundancy often occurs, data recording that repeatedly causes duplication of data so that the capacity needed to swell and service becomes slow, heaps of filing so that it requires a large filing area. Then there was also an irregular patient registration due to human error, the admin forgot that the patient had registered beforehand so that he was given a new queue number. This research was conducted to design and implement an information system that can provide comfort, speed and ease of service to patients who come to the clinic. The system development model used is the prototype model. The design of system models used unified modeling language diagrams (UML) including use case diagrams. The flowchart drawn by the Visio 2010. By building interfaces using Adobe Dreamweaver CS6. The database is stored using PHP and displayed via XAMMP. This system is also built with a system framework that is bootstrap
