Technology plays an important role in various enterprise business processes for improved customer service, decision making, and means of information exchange. Hospitality accommodation is an example of fields that use information systems technology. This research was conducted in the field of hospitality especially front office system. Using computerized front office system, data about guests will be stored more safely and the reports will be better resulted. The purpose of this study is to analyze the existing problems on a Front Office of a hotel including identifying information needs and designing information systems to improve hospitality services to guests. The method used is analysis and design. Analysis is performed towards library research anddata collection needed for measuring through observation, interviews, and documents related to the information system. Menawhile, design uses object oriented analysis and design (OOAD) method and application programusing MS Access 2010. The result achieved is an application design of information system of hospitality front office that consists of five modules, namely Reservation module, Services module, Housekeeping module,Restaurant module, and Billing module. As a conclusion, a computerized information system of hospitality front office can assist hotels in providing better service to guests, which in turn can increase guest satisfaction.

The research goal is to identify and analyze the need of accounting information system related to the revenue cycle at PT XYZ. This paper designing the useful of accounting information systems to support the current business processes, especially on the revenue cycle process. The design method is an Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) which refers to the modeling and design requirements discipline. And the result achieved by analysis and design of accounting information systems can support current activities of the revenue cycle, especially for the documentation and store of transaction data, and generate reports in accordance with company requirements. Conclusions derived from the analysis and design is the implementation of a webbased application that can help PT XYZ to do the work in different places, such as marketing office, head office and especially at the exhibition. Running the business process of labor supply is not easy since it involves several parties, and n supported by elements of the documents obtained from internal and external parties. PT XYZ as a company dealing with labor supply service to foreign countries has not had any competent information systems in supporting its business processes. Therefore, this research is expected to produce a draft of information system and database applications that can support the administrative activities of labor supply of the company. The research used both analysis and design methods. Analytical method includes survey of the current system done by observation, interviews, identification of the information needs of the survey results and identification of system requirements. The design method consists of designing a model system using UML notation, designing databases and user interfaces for supporting applications. The information system applications resulted in this research can be a competitive advantage in marketing their employment services and improve business processes of PT XYZ.

Telkom Group is the only telecommunications company as well as telecommunications service providers and the largest network in Indonesia. At this time the daily scheduling of technicians and customers do not have a location search memadahi information system. In some fields, the management is still done manually. Such as scheduling repairs to the customer given to technicians only reports of damage on the day yesterday so that customers in today's report will have to wait one day plus also a technician who does not mengetehaui in detail the work area so that slowing customer service. Development of information systems in this study using the waterfall method. The waterfall model is composed of: requirements, design, implementation, testing and maintenance. For the beginning of the design, developers need observation or interviews to determine the needs of the system that is being developed. Applications developed using CodeIgniter framework. The results of this final project is an information system that can meet the needs of PT. Telkom Kandatel Patis in managing daily scheduling service technicians and search customer locations in accordance with existing business processes.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the problems that may occur in the cake stores, especially theselling system used in the store, identify information needs and designing suitable sales information systems for the store. The methodology used in this research are analysis and design methods. Analysis methods that used in this research are study literature, observation, survey of the old system, analysis of survey needs, identification of information needs and interview. While the design method that used in this research is Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD). The results achieved is sales information system for cake store in the form ofapplication design to replace the manual system. Conclusion, a computerized sales information system can improve existing sales procedures and solve the problems that may occur in the old system.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the problems that exist in a company engaged in the sales of paper cutting machine that is on sale systems that are running on the company, identifying the needs of enterprise information and designing information systems that are able to meet the company’s information needs. The used methodology is the method of analysis and design methods. The analysis method is library research, observation, survey of the old system, the identification of information needs and interviews. While the design method used is Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD).The achieved results are in the form of sales information system for paper cutting machine distributor in the form of application design to improve the sales system, which is still done manually. Technological development that grows so rapidly and the mounting business competition force a company uses technology that can support the work activities quickly and precisely. At this time, the business processes run by XYZ Company is still done manually which hamper the running business processes. This research aims to analyze the company's current business processes, provide functional recommendations, and design an information system for sales, inventory, and purchasing goods that can support the company's operations. The research uses several methods such as literature study, analysis and design of information systems. The study produces an information system for sales, inventory, and purchases which is able to facilitate the transaction recording, up-to-date, and reliable. The results prove that the new system is able to help the company's performance in running several activities in sales, inventory records, and purchase monitoring to support business processes running more quickly and precisely.

Based on an analysis conducted, PT XYZ may face problems on their business process since it is still executed with a non-computerized system. The purpose of this study is to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the business processes perFormance running at the company. Besides, this study may support PT XYZ to monitor their business activities primarily from sales and inventory. The focus of the analysis and design of the inFormation systems lies in the records of beef suppies and sales transaction. A procedure and design of an integrated inFormation system in the Form a desktop application is the output of this study.

Basically the use of integrated information systems can be applied not only for the company, but also education industry, particularly schools. To support business processes at the school, this research would like to describe a conceptual model of information systems using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) notationwith "4 +1 View" architectural model. This model is expected to assist analysis and design the whole business processes at school. A conceptual model of the information system can help application developers to easily and clearly understand the school system. By adopting this information system model, schools are able to have effective understanding of management information systems.

Nowadays, hospital industries are aware of the importance of technological innovation that needs to be managed properly to drive business continuity and success in the future. The development of technological innovation in  hospital industries has increased over time. This happens because of the desire to compete with each other continuously by utilizing technological innovation. This study has observed the existing information systems in the hospital, where the business process of the information system focuses on the hospital's internal correspondence process. This information system is called an e-office which is intended for the National Center General Hospital (RSUPN) Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo. This study aims to determine what factors influence the successful implementation of the e-office system as seen from the evaluation of user satisfaction. Besides that, this study observed what efforts were made by the PT. Vidya Sentra Utama (Sevima) to create a successful and usable e-office system, where e-office is a large and complex system that includes more than 77 divisions with different business processes. Data collection methods used were interviews, observation, and document analysis. This study contributes to Sevima's knowledge of what factors of success need to be measured to determine user satisfaction and what needs to be done by Sevima's agile team to developing information systems and provide references for further research to evaluate an information system.

Currently, technology is relevant to people's lives because people use technology daily for activities, work, transactions and various aspects of life. Information systems have an important role in everything, one of which is for economic growth and also helps provide information to the public easily. Sian Barbershop is engaged in shaving services and requires a good information system, because the most important business processes for Sian Barbershop are Online Booking and administration. The current problem is that Sian Barbershop still uses conventional methods and still uses written records. On the other hand, long queues are one of the factors that make online ordering systems important for customer convenience. The purpose of this writing and design is a new method where online booking will help customers shave their hair at Sian Barbershop and support existing business processes. The information system that will be designed using Adobe Xd is aimed at selling and attracting the attention of MSME customers. In the design methodology, the steps that need to be done in making this information system are mapping information needs, design and construction of information systems. The result of the design is that the information system application that has been designed and designed has fulfilled the booking function (in CRM) in accordance with the indicators that have been made. The design of this information system already has a usability factor where the information system is feasible and can also be implemented for these SMEs.Saat ini teknologi menjadi hal yang relevan dengan kehidupan masyarakat karena keseharian masyarakat menggunakan teknologi untuk beraktifitas , bekerja , bertransaksi dan berbagai aspek hidup. Sistem informasi mempunyai peran penting dalam segala hal salah satunya untuk pertumbuhan ekonomi dan juga membantu memberikan informasi kepada masyarakat dengan mudah. Sian Barbershop bergerak di bidang jasa mencukur dan  membutuhkan sistem informasi yang baik, karena proses bisnis yang paling penting untuk Sian Barbershop adalah Booking Online dan administrasi. Permasalahan saat ini , Sian Barbershop masih menggunakan metode konvensional dan masih menggunakan catatan tertulis. Di sisi lain antrian yang cukup panjang menjadi salah satu faktor yang membuat sistem pemesanan daring menjadi penting bagi kenyamanan pelanggan.  Tujuan dari penulisan dan perancangan ini adalah metode baru dimana adanya bookingonline ini akan membantu para pelanggan mencukur rambut di Sian Barbershop dan  menunjang proses bisnis yang ada.  Sistem Informasi yang akan dirancang menggunakan Adobe Xd yang tertuju penjualan dan menarik perhatian costumer UMKM. Dalam Metodologi perancangan , tahap yang perlu dilakukan dalam membuat sistem informasi ini seperti adalah pemetaan kebutuhan informasi, desain dan konstruksi sistem informasi. Hasil dari perancangan adalah aplikasi sistem informasi yang sudah dirancang dan di desain sudah memenuhi fungsi booking (dalam CRM) sesuai dengan indikator yang sudah dibuat. Perancangan sistem informasi ini sudah memiliki faktor usability  dimana sistem informasi sudah layak dan juga bisa diimplementasikan ke UMKM ini.
