Studi Korelasional antara Power Lengan,  Fleksibilitas, dan Motivasi Berprestasi dengan Hasil Pukulan Forehand Groundstroke

This research is to find the relationship and influence of arm strength, flexibility, achievement motivation on the results of field tennis forehands. The method used in this study uses a survey method using korelasoinal. The number of samples used was 11 students who are members and active in UKM tennis field. Data collection tools used consisted of a questionnaire, namely a questionnaire about achievement motivation and tests for arm power tests, were discussed, and forehand tests consisted of speed and accuracy. The results obtained are arm strength that is collected and has a positive relationship with the results of the forehand, denies and has a positive relationship with the results of the forehand, as well as related achievement motivation and has a positive relationship with the results of the forehand. The next research results are all three and have a positive relationship with the results of the forehand.

Abstract This study aims to describe the implementation of learning supervision by the headmaster in Madrasah Aliyah Ghoyatul Jihad Karawang Regency viewed from aspects: 1. Planning learning supervision, 2. Implementation of learning supervision, 3. The relationship between planning and implementing learning supervision. Supervision of Madrasah Principal Learning is basically a servant activity for teachers conducted by madrasah principals for coaching teachers especially to improve the quality of learning. As an impact of increasing the quality of learning can certainly also increase student learning achievement and that means increasing the quality of madrasah graduates themselves. So that supervision of learning of teachers is expected to be carried out on an ongoing basis so that the teacher's pedagogical competence can increase. The research method used by researchers in conducting this research is descriptive qualitative method, in which the researcher describes and analyzes the data obtained in the field. Data collection techniques are done through observation, interviews and documentation. The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the implementation of learning supervision conducted by the headmaster in Madrasah Aliyah Ghoyatul Jihad. From the results of the study it can be concluded that the implementation of learning supervision has been effective because the headmaster of madrasas when supervising learning refers to the planning program that has been created to improve teacher pedagogical competence. Key words: Learning Supervision, Madrasah Head Learning Supervision, Teacher's Pedagogical Competencies Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan supervisi pembelajaran oleh kepala madrasah di Madrasah Aliyah Ghoyatul Jihad Kabupaten Karawang dilihat dari aspek: 1. Perencanaan supervisi pembelajaran, 2. Pelaksanaan supervisi pembelajaran, 3. Hubungan antara perencanaan dan pelaksanaan supervisi pembelajaran. Supervisi Pembelajaran Kepala Madrasah pada dasarnya suatu kegiatan pelayan untuk guru yang dilakukan kepala madrasah untuk pembinaan kepada guru khususnya agar kualitas pembelajarannya meningkat. Sebagai dampak meningkatnya kualitas pembelajaran tentu dapat meningkat pula prestasi belajar siswa dan itu berarti meningkatlah kualitas lulusan madrasah itu sendiri. Sehingga supervisi pembelajaran terhadap guru diharapkan dapat terlaksana secara berkelanjutan agar kompetensi pedagogik guru dapat meningkat. Metode penelitian yang peneliti gunakan dalam melakukan penelitian ini yaitu metode kualitatif deskriptif, dimana peneliti mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis data-data yang diperoleh di lapangan. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa implementasi supervisi pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh kepala madrasah di Madrasah Aliyah Ghoyatul Jihad. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan supervisi pembelajaran sudah efektif karena kepala madrasah ketika melakukan supervisi pembelajaran mengacu pada program perencanaan yang sudah di buat untuk meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik guru. This study aims to determine the Hawksbill Turtle nesting area (Eretmochelys imbricata) Faong Beach, Manusela National Park. The method used in this research is the survey method, namely the direct field data collection and the 2x2 meter square plot method to see the understorey vegetation. The results showed that the characteristics of the hawksbill nesting area (Eretmochelys imbricata) at Faong beach were chosen as one of the most suitable places for turtle nesting.

[Title: Relationship of Hand Eye Coordination, Arm Strength and Achievement Motivation with Forehand Accuracy in Table Tennis] This study aims to determine the relationship between: 1) hand eye coordination with precision forehand; 2) arm strength with forehand precision; 3) achievement motivation with precision forehand; 4) hand eye coordination, arm strength, and achievement motivation together with forehand precision. This research uses quantitative approach, survey method and correlation technique. Research subjects are athletes at pandusiwi club in dompu district as many as 30 athletes. Data analysis using correlation and regression with SPSS 20. The results showed that there is a significant relationship between: 1) hand eye coordination with precision forehand; 2) arm strength with forehand precision; 3) achievement motivation with precision forehand; 4) hand eye coordination, arm strength, and achievement motivation together with forehand precision.

This research examines the appraisal of the attractiveness of the coastal tourist attraction of Arung Buaya, Meliah Village, Subi District, Natuna Regency, Riau Islands Province. This research was conducted in Meliah Village, Subi District, Natuna Regency using a survey method. Direct field data collection through interviews with questionnaire that given to visitors as respondents who were determined accidentally (accidental sampling). This research was conducted using the guidelines of the Director General of Forest Protection and Nature Conservation (ODTWA PHKA) in 2003 which includes 6 assessment criteria: natural beauty, beach safety / security, color of sand, variety of activities, beach cleanliness and comfort. The purpose of this study is to get value from the attractiveness of the coastal tourist attraction of Arung Buaya. The location of the tourist attraction to the center of the settlement is 3.3 km and takes 15-20 minutes to Arung Buaya Beach. The coastal area of Arung Buaya, Meliah Village, Subi District, Natuna Regency, received a score of 887.7 Category A Potential to be developed as a tourist attraction.Keywords: Assessment of Arung Buaya beach, meliah village, subi subditrict. AbstrakPenelitian ini mengkaji penilaian daya tarik objek wisata pantai Arung Buaya, Desa Meliah, Kecamatan Subi, Kabupaten Natuna, Provinsi Kepulauan Riau. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Meliah, Kecamatan Subi, Kabupaten Natuna dengan menggunakan metode survei. Pengumpulan data lapangan langsung melalui wawancara dengan kuesioner yang diberikan kepada pengunjung sebagai responden yang ditentukan secara tidak sengaja (accidental sampling). Penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan pedoman Dirjen Perlindungan Hutan dan Konservasi Alam (ODTWA PHKA) tahun 2003 yang mencakup 6 kriteria penilaian yaitu keindahan alam, keselamatan/keamanan pantai, warna pasir, ragam kegiatan, kebersihan pantai dan kenyamanan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan nilai dari daya tarik objek wisata pesisir Arung Buaya. Jarak lokasi objek wisata ke pusat pemukiman adalah 3,3 km dan memakan waktu 15-20 menit untuk menuju Pantai Arung Buaya. The Relationship

The purpose of the study is to find out the relationship among arm muscles explosive power, body core flexibility, achievement motivation and discus throw skill. In this case, the samples totaled 50 students from study program of physical education, faculty of pedagogy and science education "Syiah Kuala" University involving 100 (male) students selected by simple random sampling technique. This research using survey method, quantitative approach and correlational technique. The research concludes (1) it has positive relationship between arm power explosive power and discus throw skill (2) it has relationship significantly between body core flexibility and discus throw skill. (3) the relationship is positive between motivation and discus throw skill, (4) it has positive relationship among arm muscles explosive power, achievement motivation and discus throw skill.
