The purpose of the study is to find out the relationship among arm muscles explosive power, body core flexibility, achievement motivation and discus throw skill. In this case, the samples totaled 50 students from study program of physical education, faculty of pedagogy and science education "Syiah Kuala" University involving 100 (male) students selected by simple random sampling technique. This research using survey method, quantitative approach and correlational technique. The research concludes (1) it has positive relationship between arm power explosive power and discus throw skill (2) it has relationship significantly between body core flexibility and discus throw skill. (3) the relationship is positive between motivation and discus throw skill, (4) it has positive relationship among arm muscles explosive power, achievement motivation and discus throw skill.   Keywords: explosive; flexibility; motivation and discus.

This research was conducted to determine the relationship between the quality of the Principal's leadership and organizational culture with the performance of SMAN 28 Tangerang District employees. The study uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive correlational survey method, using correlation theory which is about product moment. Research data collection techniques from respondents carried out through questionnaires or questionnaires. The sample population was 103 employees in each section of SMAN 28 Tangerang, with simple random sampling technique. The magnitude of the effect of leadership quality and organizational culture together on employee performance by 87.2% This shows the higher the quality of leadership and organizational culture, the better the performance of employees, and vice versa the lower the quality of leadership and organizational culture will have an impact for employee performance.

The purpose of the present study is to investigate the relationship between achievement motivation and parental encouragement of adolescent girls in district Anantnag. The study was descriptive-correlational in nature and the data were collected using achievement motivation scale and parental encouragement scale through survey method. The sample of the study was 200 adolescent girls selected through random sampling technique. A significant positive relationship was found between achievement motivation and parental encouragement of adolescent girls. The study revealed significant difference on achievement motivation and parental encouragement among private and government adolescent girls in district Anantnag. Private school adolescent girls have higher achievement motivation and parental encouragement as compared to government school adolescent girls.

The objective of this research is to study the relationship between organizational climate and work ethic with the lecture job performance. The study was conducted at Nursing Academy at Center Jakarta. This research using quantitative approach with survey method. Total samples using in this research 54 lectures that selected through simple random sampling. Data collecting using questionnaire with rating scale and data analysis with correlation and regression. The results of the research showed: Firtsly, there is a positive relationship between organizational climate with lecture job performance. Second, there is a positive relationship between work ethic with the lecture job perfrmance. Third, there is a positive relationship between organizational climate and work ethic simultaneously with the lecture job performance.

This research was aimed to obtain valid and reliable data about The Relationship Between The Perception of the Tax Penalty and Tax Compliance on Taxpayer Land and Building Tax at Duri Pulo Villages Jakarta. This research was conducted by survey method with correlational approach. This research was conducted on February to December 2014. The population in this research were all taxpayer. Affordable population in this research were taxpayer land and building tax, amount to 71 persons. Total of samples used were 58 persons research. Sampling technique used simple random sampling. Orientation: Job involvement is essential for the performance of employees. Prior researchers have found a weak relationship between job involvement and job performance, but dimensions of commitment have been considered as a mediator to enhance the relationship.Research purpose: This research is aimed at discovering the role of organisational commitment as a mediating variable between the relationship of job involvement and performance.Motivation for the study: The aim of organisations today is to outperform each other in every respect. In order to realise this, the role of employees is crucial. To elicit the best from employees requires much attention from organisations. This research is focused on this specific issue, namely, increasing employees’ performance.Research design, approach and method: The researchers have used structured questionnaires using the quantitative approach. A similar research methodology using the survey method was applied by the researchers to make the results comparable. The simple random sampling technique was used. Data was evaluated on the basis of 208 completed questionnaires.Main findings: Findings of the study indicate that there is a relationship between job involvement and in-role performance. Affective and normative commitment can act as mediator. However, continuance commitment is not a mediator in this relationship.Practical/managerial implications: It is important for organisations that want to gain a competitive edge over its rivals to enhance the level of involvement of its employees.Contribution/value-add: The results of this study will provide a new dimension for managers on how to gain a competitive advantage over rival firms with regard to performance by increasing the level of job involvement.

This study aims at describing the effect of leadership and achievement motivation on teacher performance at SMK Negeri 2 Pekanbaru. The population in this study were all PNS (Civil Servant) teachers at SMKN 2 Pekanbaru. The total population was 107 people. The participants were obtained by using a simple random sampling technique to obtain a sample of 84 people. This qualitative descriptive research uses a type of correlative research. The data were obtained through questionnaire and documentation techniques. The collected data were then analyzed using descriptive analysis and path analysis. The results of the study showed that there was an influence of the principal's leadership on teacher performance. The coefficient of positive path analysis shows that there is a positive relationship between the principal's leadership and teacher's performance. It is found that the leadership of the school principal is very influential on teacher performance; there is a correlation between achievement motivation and teacher performance; and there is also a positive relationship between principal’s leadership and achievement motivation on teacher performance. Principal leadership influences teacher performance to increase work productivity in achieving goals.

In Pakistan English is taught as a compulsory subject in private as well as public schools form primary till university level. Resulting in the different outcomes by different socioeconomic status student. The current study attempts to study the correlation between socio-economic status and their achievement in the subject of English using survey method. The data was collected through simple random sampling technique. Data was collected 162 students through questionnaire. The descriptive and Pearson correlation were used for data analysis. The results revealed that the students whose parents having managerial category had a high correlation with all the four (sentence, grammar, vocabulary and spelling) skills of English learning. Whereas, students from the unskilled and semiskilled families resulted in a low achievement in English.

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was a significant relationship between: (1) the use of learning facilities with results, (2) motivation to learn with learning outcomes, (3) use of learning facilities and motivation to learn with learning outcomes. This research is quantitative descriptive. the number of samples is 104. The sample selection uses the Probability Sampling technique of simple Random Sampling. Data was collected using questionnaire and documentation methods. Test requirements analysis using the Normality test. The results of the study: (1) There is a positive relationship between the use of learning facilities and learning outcomes, analysis: rx1y = 0. 206 and rtable = 0. 195. (2) There is a positive relationship between motivation to learn and learning outcomes, analilis: rx2y = 0. 225 and rtable = 0. 195. (3) There is a shared positive relationship between the use of learning facilities and learning motivation with learning outcomes, analysis: rx1x2y = 0. 298 and rtable = 0. 195. The relationship is included in the low category because based on the calculation of the coefficient of determination the relationship between the use of learning facilities and learning motivation with economic learning outcomes is found at 8. 88%.

This research is to find the relationship and influence of arm strength, flexibility, achievement motivation on the results of field tennis forehands. The method used in this study uses a survey method using korelasoinal. The number of samples used was 11 students who are members and active in UKM tennis field. Data collection tools used consisted of a questionnaire, namely a questionnaire about achievement motivation and tests for arm power tests, were discussed, and forehand tests consisted of speed and accuracy. The results obtained are arm strength that is collected and has a positive relationship with the results of the forehand, denies and has a positive relationship with the results of the forehand, as well as related achievement motivation and has a positive relationship with the results of the forehand. The next research results are all three and have a positive relationship with the results of the forehand.

This research is aimed to know the relationship between speed reaction, explosive power of muscle arm, and hand-eye coordination of smash skills of the students of STOK Binaguna Medan. The research method used is a survey method with correlational analysis technique. This study used total sampling, in which all the population was taken as the sample, as the sampling technique. The number of the sample was 35 people. The research shows (1) there is a relationship between speed reaction with smash skill of the students of STOK Binaguna Medan as shown by t obtained = 2.58> t table = 1.70. (2) there is a relationship between explosive power of muscle arm with smash skill of the students of STOK Binaguna Medan, as shown by t obtained = 2.74> t table = 1.70. (3) there is a relationship between hand-eye coordination with smash skill of the students of STOK Binaguna Medan, as shown by t obtained = 3.06> t table = 1.70. (4) there is a relationship between speed reaction, explosive power of muscle arm, and hand-eye coordination toward smash skill of the students of STOK Binaguna Medan, as shown by F obtained = 2.91> F table = 2.91.
