Kuttab is considered foreign to some people so that the public is still familiar with the concept of kuttab education. Historically, the Muslim community did not allow the Kuttab to be separate and there were boundaries with society. It is for this that the Kuttab correlates with its people and joins in their daily lives. The existence of a barrier between kuttab and society can affect people's beliefs and participation. The purpose of this research is to identify and describe the Governance of Public Relations in Kuttab Al Fatih Bandung from planning, implementation, assessment, to supporting and inhibiting aspects of public relations at Kuttab Al Fatih Bandung. The method used in this research is qualitative. Data collection used observation procedures, interviews and documentation research. The data validity test used the participation extension technique, observer intensity, triangulation, peer checking, referral adequacy, negative problem analysis, member checking, detailed explanation and auditing. The results of this research show that the governance of public relations in Kuttab Al Fatih Bandung is running well even though this task is held by the official Kuttab and the Tawaf division. First, planning refers to the vision, mission and profile of Kuttab Al Fatih Bandung which refers to the Al-Quran, hadith and the prophet's sirah. Second, implementation is carried out by implementing planned programs that involve all kuttab stakeholders. Third, evaluation is carried out after programs and activities have been implemented. This evaluation is to take into account the success of the program and deliberate on any cases. Fourth, the supporting aspects of public relations come from internal Kuttab, namely Kuttab's human resources who have a sincere mindset and the intention to worship when carrying out all activities. The factors inhibiting citizen ties come from externals, namely parents and residents who have different descriptions of the concept of Kuttab education.

Abstract   This paper discusses the construction of the scientific distinction of the Islamic study prograrm (PAI) through an interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary learning approach at the Institut Agama Islam Ma’arif NU (IAIMNU) Metro Lampung Postgraduate Program. This type of study used qualitative methods with a phenomenological approach. This research concludes firstly that the construction of the scientific distinction of the PAI Masters Program in the IAIMNU Metro Lampung Postgraduate Program has superior characteristics, namely to become educators, researchers, and practitioners who are able to design Islamic Islamic Studies curriculum based on Nusantara Islam, the second paradigm of learning interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary approaches in the Study Program. Postgraduate Program is carried out by applying the integration of interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary knowledge seen in the curriculum structure applied in the PAI Study Program, which then affects student thesis studies that are integrated with other disciplines.   Keywords: Interdisciplinary and Multidisciplinary Learning Approach, Islamic Study, Scientific Distinction Construction, Postgraduate Program   Abstrak   Tulisan ini membahas mengenai konstruksi distingsi keilmuan Prodi PAI melalui pendekatan pembelajaran interdisipliner dan multidisipliner pada Program Pascasarjana IAIMNU Metro Lampung. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan pertama bahwa konstruksi distingsi keilmuan prodi S2 PAI Program Pascasarjana IAIMNU Metro Lampung telah memiliki karakteristik keunggulan, yaitu untuk menjadi tenaga pendidik, peneliti, dan praktisi yang mampu mendesain kurikulum PAI berbasis Islam Nusantara, kedua paradigma pembelajaran pendekatan interdisipliner dan multidisipliner pada Prodi S2 PAI dilakukan dengan pengaplikasian integrasi ilmu yang interdisipliner dan multidisipliner terlihat pada struktur kurikulum yang diterapkan di Prodi PAI, yang kemudian berpengaruh pada kajian tesis mahasiswa yang terintegrasi dengan keilmuan lain.   Kata Kunci: Konstruksi Distingsi Keilmuan, Pendidikan Agama Islam, Pendekatan Interdisipliner dan Multidisipliner, Program Pascasarjana

The character of Islam needs to be nurtured early on in overcoming increasingly degrading moral degradation. One of the educational institutions that has a big role in fostering character is pesantren. Pesantren Kreatif IHAQI Boarding School Bandung is one of the pesantren educational institutions present in the era of industrial revolution 4.0 that applies da'wah pattern method in the learning process. This research uses qualitative approach with case study method at IHAQI Boarding School Bandung Creative Boarding School. The results of the study illustrate that this pesantren has a typical management of learning methods, namely applying da'wah pattern methods in the learning process.  At the planning stage, this method is considered to have been planned carefully, it is seen by the implementation stage that is constructed and systematic. As for the implementation stage, this method is considered to have been carried out effectively. However, in the covid-19 situation, implementation becomes hampered so that cooperation between educators and learners in developing this method of da'wah pattern becomes reduced. Meanwhile, the evaluation of the use of da'wah pattern method in learning in IHAQI Boarding School Creative Boarding School is enough to give a very deep impression to all learners to bequeath Islamic values. So that all learners are able to increase their potential, both related to cognitive, affective, psychomotor and spiritual aspects. These aspects are very important to note the development through process evaluation and evaluation of results carried out by educators in the learning process. Thus good management will have an impact on achieving learning objectives.

Abstract This study aims to determine the level of readiness for the application of e-learning in Department of Teachers Elemntary School and identify any factors that are still weak in the application of e-learning in the Department of Teachers Elemntary School. This research is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach. The research model in this study used a questionnaire instrument namely the ELR Aydin and Tasci models to measure the readiness of implementing e-learning. The variable in this study is the level of readiness for the application of e-learning as seen from several factors, namely (1) technological factors (2) innovation factors (3) human factors (4) self-development factors The level of readiness in this study is the level or circumstances achieved by the Department of Mathematics Education in the application of e-learning. Data analysis using ELR Aydin and Tasci models, the scores used in the assessment sheet are 5, 4, 3, 2, and 1 for each question to calculate the total score, and then the final average is calculated. The results obtained, the level of readiness for the application of e-learning in the Department of Mathematics Education obtained an average score of 4.29, which means ready in implementing e-learning but requires a slight increase. The level of readiness on the technology factor obtains an average score of 43 which means it is ready in implementing e-learning The level of readiness on the innovation factor obtains an average score of 4.24 which means it is ready in implementing e-learning but requires a slight increase. The level of readiness on the human factor obtains an average score of 429 which means it is ready in implementing e-learning but requires a slight increase. The level of readiness on the factor of self-development obtained an average score of 4.27 which means it is ready in implementing e-learning but requires a slight increase. Keywords: Readiness, E-Learning, Covid-19   Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kesiapan penerapan e-learning di Jurusan Keguruan SD dan mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor apa saja yang masih lemah dalam penerapan e-learning di Jurusan Keguruan SD. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Model penelitian dalam penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen angket yaitu model ELR Aydin dan Tasci untuk mengukur kesiapan penerapan e-learning. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah tingkat kesiapan penerapan e-learning dilihat dari beberapa faktor yaitu (1) faktor teknologi (2) faktor inovasi (3) faktor manusia (4) faktor pengembangan diri Tingkat kesiapan dalam penelitian ini adalah tingkat atau keadaan yang dicapai oleh Departemen Pendidikan Matematika dalam penerapan e-learning. Analisis data menggunakan model ELR Aydin dan Tasci, skor yang digunakan pada lembar penilaian adalah 5, 4, 3, 2, dan 1 untuk setiap pertanyaan untuk menghitung skor total, kemudian dihitung rata-rata akhir. Hasil yang diperoleh, tingkat kesiapan penerapan e-learning di Jurusan Pendidikan Matematika diperoleh skor rata-rata 4,29 yang artinya siap dalam menerapkan e-learning namun membutuhkan sedikit peningkatan. Tingkat kesiapan pada faktor teknologi memperoleh skor rata-rata 43 yang berarti siap dalam mengimplementasikan e-learning Tingkat kesiapan pada faktor inovasi memperoleh skor rata-rata 4,24 yang berarti siap dalam mengimplementasikan e-learning tetapi membutuhkan sedikit peningkatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis kinerja manajemen SMAK Frateran Ndao dengan menggunakan pendekatan balanced scorecard dalam mengembangkan strategi dimasa akan datang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Jumlah  sampel dalam penelitian  83 siswa kelas XI dan XII serta 62 orang guru dan tenaga kependidikan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumentasi, kuesioner dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis balanced scorecard dan analisis Swot Hasil penelitian terhadap kinerja manajemen SMAK Frateran Ndao menggunakan pendektan balanced scorecard menunjukan pengelolaan keuangan  sangat ekonomis,  efektif, namun tidak efisien. kepuasan siswa terhadap layanan yang diberikan  sebesar 74,40 % (skala 4) dengan kategori puas, proses bisnis internal  yang terdiri dari inovasi, proses dan layanan purna jual (alumni) dengan skor 47 dengan kategori sangat baik, pertumbuhan dan pembelajaran  menunjukan kepuasan guru dan  tenaga kependidikan  sebesar 73,33 % (skala 4) kategori puas. pengembanagan strategi yang dilakukan antara lain : penggunaan keuangan sesuai RABS, meningkatkan besarnya jumlah gaji pensiun untuk guru dan tenaga kependidikan, meningkatkan biaya peremajaan sarana dan prasarana sekolah, meningkatkan tagihan SPP kepada orang tua siswa, meningkatkan kompetensi guru melalui pendidikan dan pelatihan, meningkatkan prestasi siswa dibidang akademik dan non akademik, mengadakan koperasi sekolah, meningkatkan promosi melalui website sekolah, menigkatkan kerjasama dengan orang tua, alumni, dan pihak lain

This research is basically a study carried out in order to map community participation in the management of Islamic education institutions, in this case as implemented by the Yayasan Islam Bahrul Ulum Blawi Karangbinangun Lamongan, the selection of this location is based on the initial assumption that the institution implements the community plays an active role in the development of Islamic Education institutions. The study in this study relates to: (1) The pattern of community participation in the development of Islamic educational institutions at the Yayasan Islam Bahrul Ulum Blawi Karangbinangun Lamongan? (2) What is the level of success of the model pattern of community participation in the development of Islamic educational institutions at the Yayasan Islam Bahrul Ulum Blawi Karangbinangun Lamongan? The method used is field research, with qualitative research research that aims to gain an understanding of social reality through inductive thinking processes related to the involvement of researchers in the situations and phenomena under study, the data needed is the field and literature. The data collection method uses Triangulation data with observation, interviews, questionnaires and document studies. The Result of this reseach, Management developed by the Yayasan Islam Bahrul Ulum is participatory management with an open management system, through several things, including deliberation, joint work, and mutual support between the foundation as the manager, and the community in general as charity investors and jariyah, in this case the community is also a supervisor on the management system of Islamic education institutions. By involving the community participation in this model, the community indirectly feels that they have ownership and share in the development of Islamic education programs, so that school management or foundations feel they have a responsibility to the community, both material and non-material.

Abstract This study aims to describe the implementation of learning supervision by the headmaster in Madrasah Aliyah Ghoyatul Jihad Karawang Regency viewed from aspects: 1. Planning learning supervision, 2. Implementation of learning supervision, 3. The relationship between planning and implementing learning supervision. Supervision of Madrasah Principal Learning is basically a servant activity for teachers conducted by madrasah principals for coaching teachers especially to improve the quality of learning. As an impact of increasing the quality of learning can certainly also increase student learning achievement and that means increasing the quality of madrasah graduates themselves. So that supervision of learning of teachers is expected to be carried out on an ongoing basis so that the teacher's pedagogical competence can increase. The research method used by researchers in conducting this research is descriptive qualitative method, in which the researcher describes and analyzes the data obtained in the field. Data collection techniques are done through observation, interviews and documentation. The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the implementation of learning supervision conducted by the headmaster in Madrasah Aliyah Ghoyatul Jihad. From the results of the study it can be concluded that the implementation of learning supervision has been effective because the headmaster of madrasas when supervising learning refers to the planning program that has been created to improve teacher pedagogical competence. Key words: Learning Supervision, Madrasah Head Learning Supervision, Teacher's Pedagogical Competencies   Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan supervisi pembelajaran oleh kepala madrasah di Madrasah Aliyah Ghoyatul Jihad Kabupaten Karawang dilihat dari aspek: 1. Perencanaan supervisi pembelajaran, 2. Pelaksanaan supervisi pembelajaran, 3. Hubungan antara perencanaan dan pelaksanaan supervisi pembelajaran. Supervisi Pembelajaran Kepala Madrasah pada dasarnya suatu kegiatan pelayan untuk guru yang dilakukan kepala madrasah untuk pembinaan kepada guru khususnya agar kualitas pembelajarannya meningkat. Sebagai dampak meningkatnya kualitas pembelajaran tentu dapat meningkat pula prestasi belajar siswa dan itu berarti meningkatlah kualitas lulusan madrasah itu sendiri. Sehingga supervisi pembelajaran terhadap guru diharapkan dapat terlaksana secara berkelanjutan agar kompetensi pedagogik guru dapat meningkat. Metode penelitian yang peneliti gunakan dalam melakukan penelitian ini yaitu metode kualitatif deskriptif, dimana peneliti mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis data-data yang diperoleh di lapangan. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa implementasi supervisi pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh kepala madrasah di Madrasah Aliyah Ghoyatul Jihad. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan supervisi pembelajaran sudah efektif karena kepala madrasah ketika melakukan supervisi pembelajaran mengacu pada program perencanaan yang sudah di buat untuk meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik guru. Abstract This study aims to analyze and illustrate the leadership role of the madrasa head in improving teacher performance in MIS Asy Syarifiyah, Cikampek District, Karawang Regency. The study uses descriptive qualitative research methods. Data collection is done by using methods a) observation, b) interviews and c) documentation. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the headmaster of the madrasa uses a democratic leadership style and has performed its role as a madrasa leader in improving teacher performance by making plans and implementation through coaching and development. So that between leadership and planning styles as well as the implementation of the headmaster has a causal relationship or cause and effect that makes the teacher as a professional educator to realize the objectives of the madrasah better. Abstract Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menjelaskan strategi penelolaan vocational life skills pada pendidikan Islam. pendidikan keterampilan dilatarbelakangi sebagai upaya pendidikan Islam dalam menjawab kebutuhan masyarakat yang menginginkan peserta didik tidak hanya memiliki kemampuan ilmu tetapi juga keterampilan untuk bekal hidup di masyarakat. Pengelola program pendidikan keterampilan pada pendidikan Islam mencakup aspek planning, implementing, and evaluating. a) Perencanaan program pendidikan keterampilan di Sekolah Islam meliputi pendidikan keterampilan yang akan dilaksanakan, mengadakan sosialisasi, menentukan tujuan, menyebar angket, menentukan waktu pelaksanaan, kurikulum pendidikan keterampilan pilihan, menyiapkan sarana prasarana. b) Pelaksanaan meliputi: menyeleksi dan memilih Pembina (tutor) untuk mengampu mata pelajaran pendidikan keterampilan, membuat modul pendidikan keterampilan terkait materi yang akan di ajarkan pada masing-masing guru Pembina. c) Adapun evaluasi, meliputi: penilaian terhadap program pendidikan keterampilan apakah sudah sesuai dengan target visi, misi dan tujuan melalui evaluasi persemester dilakukan oleh seluruh dewan guru bersama kepala sekolah dan evaluasi tahunan dilakukan kepala sekolah, komite madrasah. The background behind the education skills is an effort to Islamic schools in responding to the needs of people who want learners to have not only capabilityin science but also in skills for the provision of life in the community. The managements of skills education programs in Islamic schools are planning, implementing, and evaluating. a) Planning for skills education programs in Islamic schools includes skills education to be implemented, conducting socialization, determining goals, distributing questionnaires, determining the implementation time, selected skills education curriculum, preparing facilities, and infrastructure. b) Implementation includes: selecting and selecting coaches (tutors) to teach skills education subjects, making skills education modules related to the material to be taught to each coach teacher. c) The evaluation includes: an assessment of the skills education program whether it is in accordance with the target vision, mission, and objectives through a semester evaluation carried out by the entire teacher board together with the principal and an annual evaluation carried out by the principal, madrasah committee Keywords: Vocational Life Skills, Management Strategies, Islamic Education

ABSTRACT   Hypertension in Indonesia is rapidly increasing with age, my physical perspective is age. In adulthood (35-45 years) has a population of 31.6%. Murotal Qur’an therapy can reduce blood pressure by relaxing blood vessels. This study aims to determine the effect of murotal Qur’an therapy to the decrease of blood pressure in people with hypertension in the work area of UPT Puskesmas Bernung Pesawaran district in 2020. The design of this study is Quasy Experimental with pretest-prosttest design research design. The population in this study was hypertension sufferers in the Work Area of the UPT Puskesmas Bernung, Pesawaran Regency. The number of samples in this study were 10 people in the rare river village. Sampling in this study used a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis used was a time series paired t-test. The results of the study obtained the results (p value 0,000), meaning that there is a murotal effect of the Qur'an on the reduction of blood pressure in hypertensive patients in the Work Area of the UPT Health Center in Bernung Pesawaran District in 20020. Suggestions to UPT Bernung Puskesmas in Pesawaran Regency, murotal Qur'an therapy surah Ar-Rahman can be applied as one of the nursing interventions to help control blood pressure in people with hypertension.   Keywords: hypertension, murotal Qur’an therapy , blood pressure   ABSTRAK   Hipertensi di Indonesia semakin pesat semakin meningkat seiring dengan peningkatan usia, prosfektif fisik saya adalah usia. Pada usia dewasa (35-45 tahun) memiliki pupulasi 31,6%. Terapi murotal Qur’an dapat menurunkan tekanan darah dengan cara merelaksasikan pembuluh darah. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh terapi murotal Qur’an surah Ar-Rahman terhadap penurunan tekanan darah pada   penderita hipertensi di Wilayah Kerja UPT Puskesmas Bernung Kabupaten Pesawaran Tahun 2020. Desain penelitian ini adalah Quasy Experimental dengan rancangan penelitian pretest-prosttest design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah penderita hipertensi di Wilayah Kerja UPT Puskesmas Bernung Kabupaten pesawaran. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 10 orang di desa Sungai langka. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tekhnik purposive sampling., Analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji t-test berpasangan time series. Hasil penelitian diperoleh hasil (p value 0,000), artinya ada pengaruh murotal Qur’an terhadap penurunan tekanan darah pada penderita hipertensi di Wilayah Kerja UPT Puskesmas Bernung Kabupaten pesawaran Tahun 20020. Saran kepada UPT Puskesmas Bernung Kabupaten Pesawaran, terapi murotal Qur’an surah Ar-Rahman dapat diterapkan sebagai salah satu intervensi keperawatan untuk membantu mengontrol tekanan darah pada penderita hipertensi.
