The scientific problem of economics “Managing the quality of human life” is formulated on the basis of artificial intelligence, algebra of logic and logical-probabilistic calculus. Managing the quality of human life is represented by managing the processes of his treatment, training and decision making. Events in these processes and the corresponding logical variables relate to the behavior of a person, other persons and infrastructure. The processes of the quality of human life are modeled, analyzed and managed with the participation of the person himself. Scenarios and structural, logical and probabilistic models of managing the quality of human life are given. Special software for quality management is described. The relationship of human quality of life and the digital economy is examined. We consider the role of public opinion in the management of the “bottom” based on the synthesis of many studies on the management of the economics and the state. The bottom management is also feedback from the top management.

The environment is closely related to nature and its creation. Problems faced by humans related to environmental conditions are things that have a big impact. The influence of the environment is very large on human life which makes the benchmark for good or bad human behavior. Because human life depends on the circumstances around him. Problems are often new things, but the things we often encounter in the environment are a variety of problems, such as the most common environment. According to Tung and Wihardjo (in Ramadhan et al, 2019), problems that occur in the environment caused by careless and intensive human activities in the area where he lives, this is done to improve the quality of life of each. Humans are more selfish without the environment when doing things that damage the environment. Whereas the consequences of their own actions will cause various impacts that are detrimental to themselves and others, such as floods that occur due to waste.

End-of-life accompaniment requires even greater care of the patient and their family by the multi-disciplinary team, which requires a clear, wellorganized interdisciplinary and interprofessional approach. Musictherapy (MT) is often use as a complementary approach to improve a person’s quality of life by helping to relieve symptoms, addressing psychological needs, offering support and comfort, facilitating communication, and meeting spiritual needs. Through songwriting, Ettore, a teenager was able to make choices and act on his own will. Songwriting represented a channel for effective and powerful communication and expression. The song became the means by which the relationship with the team was maintained and deepened; it became something tangible, a product with its own consistency, a further bond that unites Ettore to his family to this day.

Background. Active social and spiritual support for persons with cancer and other serious illnesses has been shown to improve psychological adjustment to illness and quality of life. Objective. To evaluate a community-based support team intervention within the African American community using stakeholder interviews. Methods. Support team members were recruited from African American churches, community organizations, and the social network of individuals with serious illness. Support teams provided practical, emotional, and spiritual care for persons with cancer and other serious illness. The intervention was evaluated using semistructured interviews with 47 stakeholders including those with serious illness, support team volunteers, clergy, and medical providers. Results. Stakeholders report multiple benefits to participation in the support team; themes included provision of emotional and spiritual support, extension of support to patients’ family, and support complementary to medical care. Reported barriers to participation were grouped thematically as desiring to maintain a sense of independence and normalcy; limitations of volunteers were also discussed as a barrier to this model of supportive care. Conclusions. This qualitative evaluation provides initial evidence that a support team intervention helped meet the emotional and spiritual needs of African American persons with cancer or other serious illness. Volunteer support teams merit further study as a way to improve quality of life for persons facing serious illness.

Introduction: The Brazilian population has been aging rapidly since the early 1960s, when the age structure of the population began to change. In 1996, only 5% of the population was 60 years old or more, while today they are 9% of the population. Objective: The objective of this study is to assess oral health conditions of the elderly who live in Vila dos Idosos, collecting information about their condition of life, and trying to correlate how much oral health can compromise the quality of life and autonomy of these elderly people. Methods: Data collection was carried out through questionnaires and clinical examination; elderly people over 60 years old, of both sexes, were interviewed. All interviews were conducted in the Vila dos Idosos itself. Results: The results show that tooth loss or the use of inadequate prostheses has negative impacts on quality of life, especially with regard to worry, stress resulting from problems in the mouth and shame. It was obtained in the research that, in general, oral health in the elderly is fragile, requiring greater attention from health professionals; however, when self-perceived oral health is analyzed, the vast majority assess it as very good or good. Conclusion: The most important finding of the study was that, although the data obtained indicate a fragile oral health that reveals a commitment to quality of life, the vast majority of the elderly evaluated their own health positively. This may indicate that, for this population, health oral health is dissociated from health.
