Clinic is a health service facility that organizes individual health services that provide basic and specialized medical services, is organized by more than one type of health worker and is led by a medical staff (Menkes RI, 2001). Clinic Pratama BSMI Klaten is an institution engaged in the field of health services that provides quality basic health services. Present as a follow-up to the post-earthquake service process in Yogayakarta-Central Java on May 26, 2006 Inaugurated on November 13, 2006 by the Chairperson of the MPR. RI Dr. Hidayat Nurwahid, MA and the general chairman of BSMI DR.dr. H. Basuki Supartono, SP.OT, FICS, MARS. So far, the recording of patient medical records at the BSMI Klaten Primary Clinic is still using book media. This means that all these activities are carried out without the assistance of a computer so that it can result in lost or lost clinical records of various data. This, according to the author, is still very ineffective because it makes it difficult when presenting data such as an example of presenting data on treatment history or medical records for each patient which will take a long time. To overcome this problem, an information system that is able to provide fast information to patients and the public is needed. In order to improve services and improve the performance of each unit which is interconnected and integrated. Analysis and design of management information systems at the BSmi Klaten Pratama clinic which was made using the PHP programming language and the server using MySQL. The designed process consists of a registration unit, an initial examination of the patient by a nurse, a doctor's examination, a medical support unit, a pharmacy and a cash payment system, each of which can be data-integrated in a Clinical Management information system.

This paper analyses the actual applications demand of the real-time PCB production quality management information system for the electronic product manufacturing enterprises, has established functional model for the real-time PCB production and quality management information system, and has used of mathematical statistics and mathematical logic principles, methods to analyzed of PCB production quality information, which was collected in real-time, finally, has established a Quality Information System PCB, this system achieves the various production processes and product quality tracking and retroactively for PCB.

In the era of industrial revolution 4.0 which most of it integrated to the internet, of course technology information nowadays has becomes something that part of out needs for some people even for every one in this world. Every health services in an area of city must be capable to do the best, so the progress in giving health services to society could be so much effective. Health service that easily be found in an area or city is Puskesmas. Most people are often feeling so dissapointed to the activity progress in Puskesmas. However, this has been minimalized through using management information system which found in Puskesmas (e-Puskesmas). This research was held in Puskesmas Tanjungpinang. This research’s purpose is to know the implementation of management information system (e-Puskesmas) in Puskesmas Tanjungpinang. Research method been done by doing obvservation and interview to health service activity that happened in Puskesmas. The result of this research is that management information system implementation in Puskesmas Tanjungpinang not yet fully integrated.

Tracking difficulty generally exists in the traditional warehouse management mode in the business process, the turnover, low efficiency, logistics management information processing is not seasonable and means backward, thus affecting the competitiveness of enterprises, based on the analysis of traditional logistics warehousing management deficiencies, the great advantage of application of RFID technology in logistics field to solve the above problem. Guidelines regarding the development of health services by the community indirectly require the management and executors of health services to provide services in an optimal and professional manner. With the help of information systems, it is expected to help management to achieve improved health services. This study aims to analyze the success of the application of the Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS), especially the medical record information system applied at Wijaya Kusuma Hospital, DKT Purwokerto. The TAM and UTAUT 2 methods are used by several researchers to measure the success of the application of information systems based on the wishes of users / consumers in using information systems. The TAM method was developed to explain the behavior of information system users. Placing attitude factors and each user behavior with the construct. UTAUT 2 is a development of the previous method which aims to help companies / organizations to understand how the use of information technology in supporting company / organizational performance Comparison of the final results of both methods is done to determine the extent to which the success of information systems can be explained by the two analysis results. produced. The final result stated that a better method was used in the success of the hospital management information system at Wijaya Kusuma Hospital, DKT Purwokerto, namely the UTAUT 2 method because the UTAUT method was able to measure 2,109 while the TAM method only measured 1,782.
