Giving excessive workloads causes work stress both physically and psychologically and emotional reactions. The excess workload experienced by drivers and swampers at PT XYZ results in reduced attention at work, decreased work motivation, and decreased skill levels, thus affecting drivers and swampers productivity and the chance of a work accident is very high. This study aims to measure the Mental Workload of Job Driver and Swampers Fuel Tank Using the NASA-TLX Method. The NASA-TLX score obtained 93.8, driver 2  get 83.7, driver 3  91.3, swamper 1  91, swamper 2 89.5, and swamper 3 94.7. Elements of mental workload that are very influential are Mental Demand with a percentage of 22%, Effort 20%, Physical Demand 18%, Own Performance 15%, Frustation Level 15% and Temporal Demand 12%.

The Weight Comp Balancer functions as a shaft as well as a balancing weight for the Balancer Assy component.From the data obtained in the form of consumer complaints about the New 2019 CB150R motorcycle, some consumers of the New 2019 CB150R motorbike often complain about abnormal engine vibrations, causing engine performance to decline and cause rough sound in engine sound, From the results of the hardness test on the Shaft Weight Comp Balancer, the average results are 512 HL, 231 HB, 236 HV and the results of the hardness test on the Pen Weight Comp Balancer are obtained from an average of 504 HL, 223 HB, 228 HV, From the results of the identification of the cause of the Weight Comp Balancer damage, it can be concluded that the bending of the Shaft Weight Comp Balancer for the New 2019 CB150R Motorcycle engine is caused by misalignment due to the inaccurate selection of the Spring Mount design on the Balancer Assy

The installation of lightning rods is very necessary for office buildings, buildings, towers so that humans and equipment inside the building are protected from the danger of lightning strikes. This study plans a good lightning rod to be installed in the Pekanbaru Technology High School building by knowing the values ​​of lightning strike density, lightning strike distance, the level of building hazard estimates, determining the area that attracts lightning strikes, determining the number of lightning strikes per year, and determining the radius. protection against lightning strikes. The results of the research that has been carried out, in the Pekanbaru Technological School (STTP) building with a building length of 32.50 m, a building width of 22.50 m, and a building height of 18.00 m. obtained the value of lightning density N_g=35,3602 km²/year, area of ​​attraction for lightning strikes A_e=15,827.49 m², the number of lightning strikes N_d=0,559/year, has level III protection with E=082, area of ​​radius A_x=174.885.44 m², So to be safer from lightning strikes, the STTP building using an electrostatic lightning rod is enough to use 1 finial with a length of 2 m.

 PT.XYZ Pekanbaru sector was formed through the decision of the board of directors number 001.k/023/DIR/1996 dated February 7, 1996. It can be seen that one of PT.PLN's service activities is receiving reports of disturbances from service units. In reporting the disturbances received by the Operations and Maintenance Department (OPHAR), there were still several problems with disturbances from each service unit (UL), namely (ULPTG) Teluk Lembu, (PLTA) Koto Panjang, and (PLTG/MG) Duri, in reporting disturbance, the information provided is not detailed so that the information received is not in accordance with the needs of the operation and selection department, there is no schedule for sending disturbance reports, disturbance reports are past schedule when there is a disturbance and long delivery times, and there is no evaluation report and recommendation report from the unit. services as well as the absence of a chronology of disturbance validation reports. By conducting a gap analysis, we will compare the current conditions with the ideal conditions expected by the OPHAR department regarding the current SOP for reporting disturbances. From the results of the gap analysis, it can be concluded that there are 2 (two) SOP procedures that have gaps because they are not in accordance with the company's EAM standards.

Noise on a motorcycle is unwanted sound because it does not fit the context of space and time thus affecting ride comfort . Noise caused by the vibrating object or objects collide . Which became the main object causes of noise in the Cylinder Head Honda cb 150 R is due to the large gap camshaft causing collision between the camshaft with holder. This research was conducted entirely in the workshop by examining the influence of several variations of the gap camshaft to noise generated in the cylinder head . Variations slit used was 0,75 mm , 0,85 mm , 0,95 mm , 1,05 mm, and 1,15 mm . The results showed that the variation of the gap camshaft significant effect on the noise generated , namely : a gap of 0,75 mm camshaft generate noise by 78,12 dB , 0,85 mm gap camshaft generate noise with a value of 78,37 dB , 0,95 mm gap camshaft generate noise 78,93 dB , 1,05 mm gap camshaft generate noise levels at 79,95 dB, and 1,15 mm gap camshafts produce 80,23 dB. Based on the results of the research with camshaft gap variation can be concluded that the lowest noise level generated by the camshaft gap of 0,75 mm .

Pada sektor pariwisata jumlah kunjungan wisatawan mancanegara memegang peranan penting terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Untuk meningkatkan kunjungan wisatawan mancanegara perlu dilakukan pembangunan yang berkelanjutan yang sejalan dengan tren pertumbuhan kunjungan wisatawan mancanegara agar pembangunan tepat sasaran, efektif dan efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meramalkan kunjungan wisatawan mancanegara ke Sumatera Barat  menggunakan metode peramalan regresi linear. Data historis yang digunakan adalah data kunjungan wisatawan mancanegara ke Sumatera Barat  pada  Tahun 2018 sampai tahun 2020 dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS). Hasil dari penelitian adalah peramalan jumlah kunjungan  wisatawan asing di Sumatera Barat berdasarkan data historis 6 tahun  terakhir menunjukkan bahwa wisatawan asing yang akan datang berkunjung pada tahun 2021 di Sumatera Barat adalah 37.858,47 jiwa.

Kampar Tunggal Agrindo merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang Pabrik Kelapa Sawit berskala 15 T/H berasal dari Kabupaten Kampar mengolah buah brondolan sawit menjadi minyak mentah (crude palm oil). Perusahaan ini mengalami ketidaksesuaian standart hasil produksi yang ditetapkan oleh perusahaan, dengan standar kadar asam < 30%, kadar air <0,50%, kadar kotoran <0,030%. Maka dari itu dibutuhkan analisis menggunakan metode statistical process control. Dari 3 parameter analisis ketidaksesuaian standart produk crude palm oil (CPO), diparamater kadar asam dan kadar air ada beberapa data yang out of control yang berarti tidak terkendali dan harus dilakukan analisis lebih lanjut. Dari 3 parameter kualitas produk CPO, maka yang menjadi prioritas untuk diperbaiki adalah parameter kadar air. Akar penyebab dari tingginya kadar air (> 0,50%) adalah manusia antara lain kurangnya inspeksi pada waktu perebusan akibatnya tekanan steam uap berlebihan sehingga suhu terlalu panas akibat kurang komunikasi antara operator boiler dan perebusan. Untuk itu perlu dilakukan pengawasan SOP dari pihak kepala produksi terhadap operator, penambahan unit material handling berupa loader dan merancang checklist preventif untuk mencegah kerusakan.

  Roller Rocker Arm is important for transmitting signals and determining work efficiency which is the result of technological developments from ordinary rocker arms. The purpose of this study was to compare the use of conventional rocker arm with rocker arm roller on power, torque, exhaust emissions, compression on a motorcycle engine. The research method used is changing the fuel system, ignition system, changing the valve mechanism. The maximum torque on the conventional rocker arm occurs at 2995 rpm with a value of 10.92 Nm. Maximum torque decreases with increasing engine speed. The decrease in power at high speed occurs due to the influence of the volume of the fuel and air mixture which tends to decrease. The highest fuel consumption occurs at 7000 rpm engine speed in a conventional rocker arm of 0.124 kg/kWh, so the rocker arm roller is more efficient than the conventional rocker arm. Fuel consumption rocker arm roller rotation 7000 rpm 0.028 kg/kWh. While the conventional rocker arm fuel consumption at 7000 rpm 0.124 kg/kWh. Exhaust emissions, the rocker arm roller is environmentally friendly compared to the conventional rocker arm CO2 rocker arm roller only produces 5.2%, while the conventional rocker arm test results after the average CO2 value reaches 5.3%. The results of testing the two rocker arms on compression are the same at 90 Psi and 6.2kg/ from the standard size of 10-11kg/

Indah Kiat Pulp and Paper Tbk merupakan perusahaan industri manufaktur yang bergerak dibidang pengolahan bubur kertas, salah satu mesin kertas terbesar di Perawang adalah Paper mesin #6. Paper mesin #6 beroperasi secara kontinyu 24 jam dan untuk mendukung proses produksi tersebut jam kerja karyawan dibagi menjadi 3 shift kerja. Permasalahan yang terjadi pada paper mesin ini adalah tingginya angka kecelakaan kerja dikarenakan tingginya beban kerja yang dirasakan oleh operator sehingga menyebabkan operator kelelahan baik fisik maupun mental. Penelitian dilakukan pada operator stasiun produksi Wet End, Dry End, Chemical, Winder dan Thimons yaitu dilakukan pengukuran beban kerja fisik dengan menggunakan metode Cardiovascular Load (CVL) dan pengukuran beban kerja mental dengan metode Subjective Workload Assessment Technique (SWAT). Hasil perhitungan metode CVL bahwa beban kerja fisik yang paling besar pada shift 3 grup B terjadi pada operator Thimons 1 memiliki nilai % CVL sebesar 46,62 % dengan rekomendasi diperlukan perbaikan dan operator Wet End 3 dengan nilai % CVL sebesar 44,74 % dengan keterangan diperlukan perbaikan. Berdasarkan hasil CVL, sebanyak 12 karyawan mengalami beban kerja fisik. Berbeda dengan kepala shift dan operator Dekstop Control System (DCS), beban kerja yang dirasakan cenderung lebih ke beban mental. Penelitian pada kepala shift dan operator DCS menggunakan metode, metode SWAT digunakan untuk mengukur beban kerja mental. Penelitian dilakukan dengan cara pengamatan dan wawancara secara langsung, selanjutnya kepala shift dan operator DCS diminta untuk mengurutkan 27 lembar kartu SWAT yang terdiri dari Time Load(T), Mental Effort Load(E) dan Psycological Stress Load (S). hasil pengurutan kartu SWAT diolah dengan menggunakan aplikasi DosBox 0.74, setelah itu dilakukan pengkonversian nilai dari Time, Effort dan Stress (T.E.S). Berdasarkan perhitungan beban kerja mental kepala shift, faktor yang paling berpengaruh adalah faktor Time dengan nilai 60,44% diikuti faktor Effort dan Stress dengan nilai 29,64% dan 9,92%. Hal serupa dengan operator DCS, faktor yang paling berpengaruh adalah faktor Time dengan nilai 68,57% diikuti faktor Effort dan Stress dengan nilai 23,29% dan 8,13%. Beban waktu menjadi faktor utama yang dirasakan oleh karyawan karena tuntutan pekerjaan yang mengharuskan karyawan  harus cepat dalam melakukan setiap aktivitas.

Storage for goods is an important part of a mosque. When we are going to pray in congregation, the items or bags we carry make us anxious and afraid of losing. The development of technology has replaced the storage of goods carried out by mosque officials into an automated storage system. But it also needs to be considered in terms of the security system for storing these items. Researchers formulate how automation and security systems use RRFID. The research method used is research and development. The storage of this item is programmed with the Arduino and CX Programmer applications by creating a security system using Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) as radio waves carrying data that will be received by the RFID reader. The result of this research is an automatic door prototype using RFID which will operate properly. Reader ability to detect id card very good starting when the card is affixed to the reader and the selenoid system will work to open the door when the id card is attached.
