AbstractDuring 2020, Victoria was the Australian state hardest hit by COVID-19, but was successful in controlling its second wave through aggressive policy interventions. We calibrated a detailed compartmental model of Victoria’s second wave to multiple geographically-structured epidemic time-series indicators. We achieved a good fit overall and for individual health services through a combination of time-varying processes, including case detection, population mobility, school closures, physical distancing and face covering usage. Estimates of the risk of death in those aged ≥75 and of hospitalisation were higher than international estimates, reflecting concentration of cases in high-risk settings. We estimated significant effects for each of the calibrated time-varying processes, with estimates for the individual-level effect of physical distancing of 37.4% (95%CrI 7.2−56.4%) and of face coverings of 45.9% (95%CrI 32.9−55.6%). That the multi-faceted interventions led to the dramatic reversal in the epidemic trajectory is supported by our results, with face coverings likely particularly important.

RI Dr. Hidayat Nurwahid, MA and the general chairman of BSMI DR.dr. H. Basuki Supartono, SP.OT, FICS, MARS. So far, the recording of patient medical records at the BSMI Klaten Primary Clinic is still using book media. This means that all these activities are carried out without the assistance of a computer so that it can result in lost or lost clinical records of various data. This, according to the author, is still very ineffective because it makes it difficult when presenting data such as an example of presenting data on treatment history or medical records for each patient which will take a long time. To overcome this problem, an information system that is able to provide fast information to patients and the public is needed. In order to improve services and improve the performance of each unit which is interconnected and integrated. Analysis and design of management information systems at the BSmi Klaten Pratama clinic which was made using the PHP programming language and the server using MySQL. The designed process consists of a registration unit, an initial examination of the patient by a nurse, a doctor's examination, a medical support unit, a pharmacy and a cash payment system, each of which can be data-integrated in a Clinical Management information system.

Hospital is a health care institution that organizes individual health services in a plenary that provides inpatient, outpatient, and emergency services. In Indonesia, the practice of hospitals is governed by the law No. 44 year 2009 about hospitals. The law, in addition to being a basic guideline for legal and administrative, is also made to provide legal certainty in the maintenance of health services, as well as provide protection for the Community and protection of resources People in hospitals. Currently, hospitals can be held accountable because the condition of the hospital is no longer an institution that only focuses on the principle to help people only. The hospital slowly changed its function into a profit-oriented corporation. This is because the growing of science and technology are valued so much that doctors and hospitals also need additional costs for survival. The provisions of the hospital are responsible for the loss of a person as a result of the action of health workers, this is a request for the hospital to be responsible for te actions taken by the officers of his subordinates either as the status Fixed or not fixed. Doctors as a party to the agreement by the hospital do have the achievement to seek the healing of the patient through the search for the most appropriate therapy and not on promising healing from the patient. Therefore, doctors have a responsibility for the actions that do not only take the best effort according to the knowledge and experience he possesses. The hospital's accountability to doctors who do malpractice is not absolute and has many gaps. Unlike the damages to civil law, criminal liability can still be made by using the doctrine of corporate accountability.
