In order to solve the problems of heavy workload, low efficiency, inconvenient transportation and complex terrain, difficulties in regional monitoring and evidence collection, and insufficient quantitative analysis ability in traditional river and lake management, this paper studies and summarizes the literature and policies related to river and lake information management by using the integration of Internet, UAV, GIS and other technologies in recent years, The technical methods and means of river and lake management and protection are put forward to provide reference for improving water management system and ensuring water safety.

The main purpose of writing this paper is to introduce the application of a new technology and business model--cloud computing to enterprises which are undertaking or will undertake the construction and operation of information management system, in order to solve the problems of high investment and low efficiency in information system construction and operation. The paper makes a general introduction to cloud computing, discusses the influence of cloud computing on enterprises taking into account the actual problems of enterprises, and puts an emphasis on how to use cloud computing for information management innovation. The paper puts forward a brand-new mode of enterprise information management - cloud services and points out the commercial application value of cloud computing, and enterprises can use the ideas in this paper for important reference in the process of information management innovation.

A new detection system has been designed and developed for detecting the contour size of automobile driver airbag. The detection system is mainly composed of a CCD camera, optical system and a computer which can implement image processing and image recognition. This system uses a CCD sensor as its sensitive element, as well as the basic principle of image processing combined with image segmentation and template matching to determine whether the contour size of airbag is qualified. The experimental results show that the system improves the detecting precision, and speed of assembling automobile airbags. It also solves the problems of a heavy workload by manual operations, inaccurate judgments and low efficiency.

Land parcel numbering is an important part of the Land Administration. As the land parcels are not of uniform size, different in shape and not presenting simple geometric arrangement, using artificial code means heavy workload, low efficiency and error-prone. This paper develops a new program of land parcel automatic numbering, using C # and ArcGIS Engine components, which gets a good result in the practical projects.

In recent years, Hydro-pneumatic cycling compressed air energy storage (HC-CAES) has become an important topic in compressed air energy storage (CAES) technology research. In HC-CAES, air is compressed by liquid and driven by electrical equipment when energy is stored, and then, liquid is used to drive the water conservancy equipment to generate electricity. In this study, adaptive hydraulic potential energy transfer technology is proposed to solve a series of problems in the HC-CAES system, including the high fluctuation range of gas potential energy, poor operating stability, low efficiency, and so on. Therefore, fluctuating potential energy can be stably transferred through the variable area hydraulic devices, which can be controlled with an on–off valve. The structure and operation scheme of the adaptive hydraulic potential energy transfer device used in the HC-CAES system are explained in detail; the device can provide a stable water head range for the highly efficient operation of water conservancy equipment. Moreover, an optimal operation scheme was determined through simulation analysis; a physical experiment platform was built to verify the feasibility of the design and stability of system operation.

There are two main aspects of problems in home appliance product lifecycle information management. One is the loss of information and unable to share information in time. The other is the existing bar code and other information recording methods are easy to wear or deface, resulting in low efficiency in information collection and high error rate, even cannot be read. This paper established a home appliance product lifecycle information management system based on RFID. RFID is used to collect and store data. Under such information sharing circumstance, not only integrity and instantaneity of product information are improved, but also the information management of home appliance product lifecycle is strengthened.
