Hospital Auxiliary Ship is an Indonesian Navy ship produced by PT. PAL Indonesia (Persero). The construction of this BRS ship was very time consuming and one of the main parts of the ship building project was the construction of the hull structure. In relation to time and production costs, the shipyard must be as efficient as possible in the use of time in each activity or activity, so that costs can be minimized from the original plan. Acceleration of the total duration in a project is done by accelerating critical activities in the project. To find out which are the critical activities of a project, the Critical Path Method (CPM) technique is used; namely by drawing a Network Diagram of the project. By using the CPM method in scheduling a ship hull construction project, it can be seen which activities should take precedence so as not to experience delays and waste. After that, the crashing method is carried out by increasing work hours (overtime) which aims to speed up the time of the project. The results of research for activities that are in the initial critical path with the CPM method can be seen as activities A, C, H, M, R, W, AB, AC, AD, AI, AP, AT, BA, BJ, BN. After accelerating, the critical path activities include activities A, C, H, M, R, W, X, AC, AD, AI, AP, AT, BA, BH, BO. Calculation of the project during initial conditions with Early working days without using overtime hours PT PAL Indonesia (Persero) costs Rp. 5,299,631,000, - while the Crashing Method is through the addition of 1 hour / day overtime so that the project implementation can be accelerated from the initial implementation of 450 days to 412 days and PT. PAL Indonesia (Persero) issued a project cost of Rp. 5,323,752,480, -.    Keywords: Hospital Support Ship, Scheduling, CPM, Crashing.

Meranti Nusa Bahari carries out two types of businesses, firstly ship repair and secondly ship building services. Technical analysis of ship repair work using a simple table method. The purpose of this research is to find out how long the ship repairs. The method used is CPM (Critical Path Method). The results of this research are technical analysis of work using a simple table that is able to repair one unit of ship within 22 working days and 20 ships in a year. While the analysis with CPM method found 18 working days per unit of ship and 25 units of ships in a year. There has been a decrease in working time per ship unit of 4 working days which can be used to work on other vessels, with an increase in the number of vessels of 4~5 ships in a year where there is an increase in repair productivity by 20%.

Penjadwalan proyek merupakan salah satu elemen hasil perencanaan yang dapat memberikan informasi tentang jadwal rencana dan kemajuan proyek dalam hal kinerja sumber daya berupa tenaga kerja, peralatan, dan material. Penjadwalan proyek dengan metode jalur kritis mempertimbangkan waktu penyelesaian suatu proyek berdasarkan waktu teroptimal selesainya proyek. Penelitian ini bertujuan menghitung waktu perakitan blok lambung kapal yang terintegrasi denga sistem perpipaan. Analisa data dalam penelitian ini memakai metode jalur kritis yang terdiri dari 5 tahap, meliputi: mengidentifikasi dan mengurai komponen kegiatan, mengidentifikasi beban pekerjaan, menghitung perkiraan durasi pekerjaan, menyusun komponen kegiatan, dan mengidentifikasi jalur kritis. Dari hasil identifikasi, diperoleh durasi perakitan keseluruhan blok lambung ialah selama 1.379 jam  atau 176 hari dengan durasi perakitan terlama yaitu 219 jam (44 hari) pada blok 6 dan durasi perakitan tersingkat ialah pada blok 1 yaitu 69 jam (14 hari).Project scheduling is one of the planning’s result that can provide information about the schedule plan and progress of the project in terms of the performance of resources such as manpowers, equipments, and materials. Project scheduling by critical path methods considers the time to completion of a project based on the optimal time of project accomplishment. This research is purposed to calculated total duration of assembly of the hull-blok integrated with piping systems. Data analysis in this research uses the critical path method which consists of 5 stages, including: identifying the components of activities, identifying workloads, calculating the estimated duration of activities, compiling activities components, and identifying critical paths. From the results of identification, the overall assembly duration of the hull block was 1.379 hours or  176 days with the longest assembly duration is 219 hours (44 days)at block 6 and the shortest duration of assembly is at block 1 which is 69 hours (14 days).

CV. ABP a construction company worked in infrastructure building development for private and goverment. Now CV. ABP is handling infrastructure development project of the acropolitan area (Right Payment) Sukaci - Baros Village. This project has been late for 19 days from the dead line 126 days. Therefore the cost is getting higher. It’s happened because bad management is the problem source. Restoring the project time need to be focused on the cost and the due date based on the schedule. Scheduling evaluation using Critical Path Method (CPM) and Crashing to find optimal results using Critical Path Method (CPM) can be found the critical paths activity, there are ground digging , bopflang installation, stone installation, agregrate B agrgregation , aggregate A flatting, rigit bavement work, and refining, when the time suppression obtained optimal time results from 126 days to 92 days. It taken an alternative to the addition of working hours with duration 92 day after the crashing. Using two alternatives, additional working hours and the addition of workforce, obtaining the difference of extra hours of work cost Rp 80.128.125 and labourcost increase Rp 55.260 from the regular cost.

Construction projects are generally the most high-risk businesses, especially shipbuilding projects. Efforts to reduce the risk can be done by minimizing the potential risk. This study aims to see potential high risk and prevent delays in the completion of ship construction using the Critical Path Method CPM at PT. XYZ. By using the Critical Path Method CPM critical paths can be given more attention so that they will not interfere ship construction projects. In addition, it is also a form of anticipation if there is a delay, it is possible to reschedule.

Project planning has several stages or project activity plans that can result in the running of a project more optimally to the project estimation that can help the planning manager or project manager work together in preparing project implementation at PT. Pakarti Tirtoagung. PT. Pakarti Tirtoagung is a business that will produce an intangible product (service) / service activity for construction and oil services that will be used for the needs of other companies. Problems at PT. Pakarti Tirtoagung in processing project data using the MS system. Excel which results in data redundancy so it must check data -  data and must be input again. This results in data redundancy and lack of data consistency so the presentation of project manager information is less accurate. Then this research uses CPM (Critical Path Method) method to determine the level of project progress in order to optimize project duration, possibility of accelerating time of project implementation and make it easier as admin by supporting project estimation activities, making it easier to manage planning of project activities and preparing a project scheduling. The design is implemented using PHP and MySQL database servers.
