The experimental teaching of surveying is an effective method for students to acquire basic surveying skills and solve practical problems. By contrast, the traditional experimental teaching mode of surveying presents students with insufficient experimental opportunities and difficulties to achieve independent learning and interactive operation due to limitations in the allotted time for experiments, sites, instruments, and external environmental conditions. This study developed a virtual experimental system by combining network virtual reality technology and surveying experiment. The proposed system intends to provide students with additional experimental opportunities to achieve computer desktop-like virtual experimental devices and engineering construction scenes, thereby accomplishing the indoor simulation of field surveying. This virtual surveying experimental system mainly comprised four modules, namely, classroom teaching, classroom practice, teaching practice, and production practice. This system realized equipment, operation, and data virtualizations, as well as various highly realistic measurement experiments, such as topographic surveying, engineering setting out, and road surveying. Application results demonstrated that the proposed system was convenient for the independent study of students, stimulates their enthusiasm for learning, strengthens their operational ability, and achieves good teaching effect. Furthermore, this system provides a novel experimental teaching mode for surveying courses.

[Objective] The research of digital games characteristics and connotations are to explorecreating favorable conditions of independent study; to analyze the learning motivation, learningactivities and process, self-confidence, aesthetic ability of students during the activities of thedigital game, to learn the impact of creativity.[Methods] Simulation, experimental teaching, thecomparison of experimental and traditional teaching methods are used. [Results] The experimentsshow that the vast majority of learners on the digital game for learners to create learning conditionsand elements, as well as to develop learners' abilities and have made a positive evaluation (M= 4.059, SD = 0.732). Endorsement or in favor of digital games very much are to improve theircapacity for cooperation and autonomy which accounted for 93.6% and 78.2% respectively;endorsement or in favor of such an environment favorable to learning accounted for 78.4%; that thelearning environment for students to learn positive emotions accounted for 95.8%; 87.1% of the testthat the environment to cultivate their sense of learning. [Conclusion] Digital game provides theindependent study of effective resources, environment, elements, activities and processes, but alsocontains the self-motivation to learn; digital game activities contributed to enhancing learners'self-confidence, aesthetic skills, creativity, help to lead to a research study of the learners; aneffective way of learning is the integration of learning and entertainment.

In order to improve the traditional single-chip microcomputer practice teaching, this paper presents a simulation experiment of the stepper motor control using both of assembly code and C language at Proteus and Keil C51 platform. With the advantages and facility of Proteus, students can reduce the time and costs of development. The teaching practice shows that application of Proteus in experiment teaching is good for improving the efficiency of experimental teaching and the effectiveness of teaching, increasing students’ abilities and awareness of innovation.

BACKGROUND The Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) epidemic has suddenly swept the world, and online courses have completely replaced offline courses. This is a new type of teaching practice in China and even the world, which needs our exploration and research. “Histology and Embryology” and “Pathology” are both basic medical morphology disciplines. Thus, the previous teaching mode is no longer suitable for teaching in this special period. OBJECTIVE The purpose of this research is to explore a new teaching mode of “Histology and Embryology” and “Pathology”under the circumstances of the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) epidemic, and to study its application effects. METHODS From March to July 2020, our teaching team conducted research on 512 students in 10 classes of Grade 2019 undergraduate clinical medicine students who study “Histology and Embryology” and Grade 2018 undergraduate clinical medicine students who study “Pathology”, applying the “Internet + education” approach. The teaching team adopted a new teaching mode involving diverse online teaching methods, carefully designed and selected teaching contents, and various teaching activities, which included: 1. New flipped classroom; 2. Screen-to-screen experimental teaching; 3. Drawing competitions; 4. A writing activity themed “The You I Know-During the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) epidemic”. When the teaching was about to end, the “Questionnaire Star” is used to make investigation about the feedback of students on the theoretical teaching mode and the use of the experimental platform. RESULTS Students accepted “Seven-in-One” teaching mode of “video + materials + chapter tests + interaction + homework + live broadcast + case analysis/discussion”. The guidance of online learning which integrated six online applications namely “Xuexi Tong Platform + Tencent Conference Live + Chinese University MOOC/school online MOOC + medical morphology digital teaching platform + WeChat/QQ platform + questionnaire star survey” was also well received by students. The teaching team received 244 and 246 valid questionnaires for the two grades respectively, and the number of students’with satisfaction response reached 71.28%. CONCLUSIONS This study shows that this teaching mode, which proved feasible and acceptable during the epidemic, laid a solid foundation for future online and offline hybrid teaching.

In recent years, BIM is applied in the various fields of engineering and construction, its superior integrated 3D imaging characteristics becomes increasingly prominent. The engineering colleges around the world are actively exploring future personnel training mode based on BIM. In this paper, we arranged the experience of domestic universities BIM teaching practice, determine a set of new teaching mode of BIM which is suitable for our college architecture, that is making project practice teaching as the carrier, enhancing more professional cooperation, deepening detail and improving performance effectiveness.

Rain classroom is a kind of mixed teaching tool, which is based on MOOC platform of Tsinghua University. It effectively combines teachers course ware making tool PowerPoint with students favorite WeChat App. As a new teaching mode, cooperative learning teaching mode is a new exploration in Management (Bi-lingual) teaching. The model is student-centered rather than teacher-led. It emphasizes both the independent study of students and the interaction between individual students and student groups. Meanwhile, it teaches students to get along with others, dares to show themselves, and learn modestly. Based on the research methods such as classroom practice, questionnaire, interview, and combining the characteristics of Management (Bi-lingual) translation course and the teaching requirements of this course, this paper conducts an investigation and analysis on the teaching effect. According to the result of this survey, it is proved that the Management (Bi-lingual) class based on cooperative learning is feasible. It can provide strong theoretical support for innovating the cooperative teaching mode of Management (Bi-lingual) Class, so that more teachers can grasp the key points of this mode and students of this major can achieve better development.

Training applied talent is the goal of current college. Several common experimental teaching methods, such as 1 × N Class -Team Teaching Model, N × N Class-Team Teaching Model, N × N Teacher-Team Teaching Model, are analyzed and compared. These experimental teaching methods have some disadvantages, which are that the ratio of teacher-student is small, or teacher professional expertise is not conducive to student’s comprehensive knowledge. A new experimental practice teaching model is given, which is Double Teams Model of Teachers and Students (DTMTS) experimental practice teaching model. This model can be used in course practice training, students’ research training and academic competition training. The implementation process of this model are teachers team building, students team building, to carry out experimental method of teaching practice, experimental practice teaching organization, the team teaching process management, strengthen the hardware platform construction of experimental practice. Its implementation can improve student’s participation in practice and innovation ability.
