BACKGROUND The Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) epidemic has suddenly swept the world, and online courses have completely replaced offline courses. This is a new type of teaching practice in China and even the world, which needs our exploration and research. “Histology and Embryology” and “Pathology” are both basic medical morphology disciplines. Thus, the previous teaching mode is no longer suitable for teaching in this special period. OBJECTIVE The purpose of this research is to explore a new teaching mode of “Histology and Embryology” and “Pathology”under the circumstances of the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) epidemic, and to study its application effects. METHODS From March to July 2020, our teaching team conducted research on 512 students in 10 classes of Grade 2019 undergraduate clinical medicine students who study “Histology and Embryology” and Grade 2018 undergraduate clinical medicine students who study “Pathology”, applying the “Internet + education” approach. The teaching team adopted a new teaching mode involving diverse online teaching methods, carefully designed and selected teaching contents, and various teaching activities, which included: 1. New flipped classroom; 2. Screen-to-screen experimental teaching; 3. Drawing competitions; 4. A writing activity themed “The You I Know-During the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) epidemic”. When the teaching was about to end, the “Questionnaire Star” is used to make investigation about the feedback of students on the theoretical teaching mode and the use of the experimental platform. RESULTS Students accepted “Seven-in-One” teaching mode of “video + materials + chapter tests + interaction + homework + live broadcast + case analysis/discussion”. The guidance of online learning which integrated six online applications namely “Xuexi Tong Platform + Tencent Conference Live + Chinese University MOOC/school online MOOC + medical morphology digital teaching platform + WeChat/QQ platform + questionnaire star survey” was also well received by students. The teaching team received 244 and 246 valid questionnaires for the two grades respectively, and the number of students’with satisfaction response reached 71.28%. CONCLUSIONS This study shows that this teaching mode, which proved feasible and acceptable during the epidemic, laid a solid foundation for future online and offline hybrid teaching.

The rapid development of Internet technology and information technology is rapidly changing the way people think, recognize, live, work and learn. In the context of Internet + education, the emerging learning form of a cloud classroom has emerged. Cloud classroom refers to the process in which learners use the network as a way to obtain learning objectives and learning resources, communicate with teachers and other learners through the net-work, and build their own knowledge structure. Because it breaks the boundaries of time and space, it has the characteristics of freedom, high effi-ciency and extensiveness, and is quickly accepted by learners of different ag-es and occupations. The traditional cloud classroom teaching mode has no personalized recommendation module and cannot solve an information over-load problem. Therefore, this paper proposes a cloud classroom online teach-ing system under the personalized recommendation system. The system adopts a collaborative filtering recommendation algorithm, which helps to mine the potential preferences of users and thus complete more accurate recommendations. It not only highlights the core position of personalized curriculum recommendation in the field of online education, but also makes the cloud classroom online teaching mode more intelligent and meets the needs of intelligent teaching.

Online courses have become an important educational delivery tool for institutions of higher learning throughout the world. While popular among students and administrators, many faculty members have expressed concerns with online courses. Therefore, this article highlights online team teaching as a potential solution to many of the concerns harbored by faculty members. In particular, we discuss the potential challenges that can be faced by an online teaching team during the various stages from conceptualization to implementation, and offer prescriptive guidelines that would help future teams in navigating those challenges. Importantly, this article explores online team teaching from the perspective of marketing faculty and outlines positive educator outcomes associated with the development of a team-taught marketing course.

The education system all over the world is been highly affected by coronavirus and Covid-10 pandemic when the lockdown was announced worldwide. In order to control and prevent the spread of the virus, the schools, colleges, and even the universities was closed. This closure of educational instititutes had bought up number of difficulties for the student, teacher, and the parents as well and inorder to overcome the situation and continue the system of education, online or distance learning policy was offered and adapted by each and everyone that were associated with the educational system. It was a challenge for the developing countries wgwre thre is lack of facilities like internet access, infrastructure, and gadgets as well. There were countries where the fee of internet was reduced, educational resources were provided by the governing bodies so as to fill the gap. There is a huge pressure on the teaching staff to adapt the online teaching mode and conduct the classes by first learning the process for themselves. Everyone had make all the efforts to learn and adapt the new way of teaching and learning and making the process smooth in the coronavirus pandemic situation.

Since the National Conference on ideological and political work in Colleges and Universities, the Party Committee of Beijing United University has closely focused on the fundamental problem of “what kind of person to train, how to train and for whom to train”, and regards the course of ideological and political thinking as the fundamental measure to carry out the fundamental task of building up people by virtue. In 2020, in the event of the new epidemic situation, the school actively implemented the work plan of “stopping classes and not stopping learning” in Beijing, and opened the historic revolution of the whole school network teaching in education and teaching. In recent years, Beijing Union University in the “curriculum ideological and political” construction is constantly open up. In order to promote teaching practice and teaching research, the school teacher teaching development center set up the first teaching promoters of Beijing United University in 2019. The project team was set up by the school teaching promoters to study the effect of the online teaching mode of art courses under the concept of ideological and political education.

The course “Introduction to earth science” is a basic general course integrating science and interest run by the School of Atmospheric Sciences in Chengdu University of Information Technology. It is also a public elective course for the cultivation of college students' scientific quality. With the development of Internet plus education and the promotion of information technology, the paper combines the traditional offline teaching mode with the online teaching mode adopted during the spring semester in 2020 because of the COVID-19, giving full play to the advantages of the two teaching modes. According to the school's teaching environment and teaching objectives, the online and offline blending teaching mode is constructed by introducing the recording of course video + MOOC + SPOC+ online resources of high-quality open courses + Flipped Classroom+ Rain Classroom + QQ group + WeChat + Tencent meeting, in order to improve the comprehensive teaching performance, and provide an important reference for the educational reform of similar courses in the post epidemic era.

The experimental teaching of surveying is an effective method for students to acquire basic surveying skills and solve practical problems. By contrast, the traditional experimental teaching mode of surveying presents students with insufficient experimental opportunities and difficulties to achieve independent learning and interactive operation due to limitations in the allotted time for experiments, sites, instruments, and external environmental conditions. This study developed a virtual experimental system by combining network virtual reality technology and surveying experiment. The proposed system intends to provide students with additional experimental opportunities to achieve computer desktop-like virtual experimental devices and engineering construction scenes, thereby accomplishing the indoor simulation of field surveying. This virtual surveying experimental system mainly comprised four modules, namely, classroom teaching, classroom practice, teaching practice, and production practice. This system realized equipment, operation, and data virtualizations, as well as various highly realistic measurement experiments, such as topographic surveying, engineering setting out, and road surveying. Application results demonstrated that the proposed system was convenient for the independent study of students, stimulates their enthusiasm for learning, strengthens their operational ability, and achieves good teaching effect. Furthermore, this system provides a novel experimental teaching mode for surveying courses.
