This study highlights the creation of a curriculum system and teaching mode that adapts to the information era. According to an analysis of the shortages of traditional teaching mode for the course Principle and Application of Database and the status of teaching, a blending teaching mode design in the background of emerging engineering education, a case-driven reversal experimental teaching technique, and an assessment mechanism formulated in accordance with an analytic hierarchy process (AHP) are proposed. Relevant teaching activities are designed in detail. The new teaching mode considers the learning initiatives of students and individual acceptance differences. Assessment results and feedback from the data analysis of online investigation indicate that the improved teaching mode enhances teaching quality effectively. Moreover, the annual average growth of performance proportion that is better than “good” is 13% in the recent three years. Finally, the acceptability and satisfaction rates of students are higher than 90%.

The evaluation of physical education (PE) teaching plays an important role in improving the teaching quality and students’ physical fitness. Taking five colleges in a Chinese province for example, this paper surveys the status quo of college PE teaching evaluation, and reveals several problems with the evaluation: the evaluation index system (EIS) is incomplete, and the subjects are not diverse. Based on the survey results and previous findings, questionnaire survey, the Delphi method, analytic hierarchy process (AHP), logic analysis, and mathematical statistics were combined to construct an EIS for college PE teaching evaluation, determine the weights of indices on each level, design a standard scale, and develop the evaluation framework and flow. The research results promote the development of college PE teaching, and provide a reference for reforming the teaching evaluation of other disciplines.

There are many difficulties in the evaluation of the teaching quality of phys-ical education (PE) in colleges: the evaluation factors are complicated, the evaluation systems are incomplete, and the evaluation methods are not com-prehensive enough. To overcome these difficulties, this paper introduces an-alytic hierarchy process (AHP) to the evaluation of PE teaching quality in colleges. Firstly, the authors identified the influencing factors of PE teaching in colleges today. Next, an index system was established for the evaluation, and an evaluation model was set up based on the AHP and grey system theo-ry (GST). Finally, our method was proved feasible through example analysis. The research results provide new insights on the application of state-of-the-art theories in quality evaluation of higher education.

The sports teaching quality assessment is a regular schools of higher learning education evaluation of a part, is promoting sports course building and improve the quality of education is an important measures. The current stage of evaluation method is uneven, so need to build a simple and effective, scientific and reasonable evaluation methods to measure the school sports teaching quality. The article to the analytic hierarchy process in the sports teaching the application of quality evaluation carried on the preliminary discussion, put forward the sports teaching quality hierarchical system, and establish the teaching quality assessment of the mathematical model, through the weight coefficient of each index system, more scientific and objective to evaluate teaching quality, easy operation, which is of great use value.
