The article reflects the results of experimental testing of the monitoring program focused on studying the specifics of the manifestation of paternity in modern parents. Having carried out a detailed analysis of works related to parenting issues (studies by V.V. Abramenkova, A.I. Antonov, V.V. Boyko, V.I. Brutman, A.I. Zakharova, S.Yu. Meshcheryakova, R.V. Ovcharova, V.A. Petrovsky, N.Yu. Sinyagina, G.G. Filippova, A.G. Kharcheva; D. Bassin, E. Galinsky, M. Honey, M. Kaplan, etc.) by parenting we mean complex complex psychological education, which includes a set of value orientations of the parent, his attitudes, expectations, feelings and attitudes towards children, parental responsibility, as well as the style of family education. Since we consider positive emotions and feelings of parents towards their children as the basis of responsible and positive parenting, we tend to say that responsible parenting presupposes, first of all, the awareness of oneself as a parent not only as a woman (mother), but also a man - a father (this conclusion is based on the analysis of the research of T.B. Belyaeva, Y.V. Evsenkova, E.V. Krichevskaya, I.S. Kon, I.V. Rybalko, etc.). Summarizing the research results (works by E.A. Abrosimova, T.V. Arkhireeva, Yu.V. Borisenko, E.P. Ilyin, B.I. Kochubei, R.V. Ovcharova, T.A. Ponomareva, A.G. Portnova, N.V. Fedorova, G.G. Filippova, etc.) we can say that in families where fathers are responsible for the role of "parent" and fully perform their social functions (take care of children, are actively involved in their life, are systematically engaged in their upbringing), - children are distinguished by more harmonious development, they adapt more easily in society, they have fewer difficulties associated with their gender identification. At the same time, according to a number of scientists (works of S. Gampert, R. Horst, W.E. Fthenakis; Yu.V. Borisenko, Yu.V. Evseenkova, Yu.A. Latysheva, L.V. Russkikh, A.S. Spivakovskaya etc.), the educational position of the father in its formation lags behind the mother's position. The monitoring program developed by us, which included the author's questionnaire “I and my child”, M. Rokeach's methodology “Value orientations”, D. Olson's test methods “Real family”, “Ideal family”, as well as the parenting style questionnaire ACB E.G. Eidemiller and V.V. Yustitskisa is aimed at a detailed study of responsible parenthood and, as a consequence, the implementation by them of their most important social role of "parent".

Abstract: Research methodology is a method to consistently resolve the research problem. Research methodology may be termed as knowledge of science for studying how research is done empirically and theoretically. In this paper we have studied different steps that are usually taken by a researcher in studying his research problem of civil engineering along with the logic behind them. It is utmost important for the researcher to have the knowledge of the research techniques/method along with its methodology. Researchers also need to understand the presumptions underlying various techniques and they need to know the criteria by which they can decide that certain techniques and procedures will be applicable to certain problems and others will not. All this means that it is necessary for the researcher to design his methodology for his problem as the same may differ from problem to problem. Research methodologies are the need of hour due to modernization in research field of civil engineering. Nowadays only innovative research methods are adopted in branch of civil engineering like geotechnical engineering, geoenvironmental engineering, structural engineering, geo-mechanics etc so that best results are obtained from these methodologies. In this paper we are going to discuss role of some of the research methodologies used for research purposes in geotechnical engineering for respective research problems. Keywords: Research methodology, geotechnical engineering, pushover analysis, FLAC method, numerical method,

Abstract There is scant literature about identifying factors contributing to the success of the implementation of programs to help understand the interrelationships among multiple facets of implementation. In this paper, a front-line implementer reviewed the execution practice of Project P.A.T.H.S. (Positive Adolescent Training through Holistic Social Programmes) in her former school in terms of program, people, process, policy and place (5Ps). By examining the factors contributing to the success of the implementation, the authors intend to fill the gap between the research and the practical school-based front-line implementation. Although the program implementation process was examined in researchers’ “expert” perspective, it would be helpful if more research employed front-line workers as collaborators and participants in the implementation process to understand what actually happen in the program implementation process.

ABSTRACTSolid waste management is one of the global problems faced by urban areas. Waste generation increased according to population growth and followed by consumption and lifestyle, however not balanced with the management of waste that is environmentally friendly and sustainable. We need to reduce, sort, and reuse the waste. The Kang Pisman Program is a concept introduced by the Bandung City Government to overcome this problem. The objectives of this research are to evaluate the effectiveness of the program and its influential driving factors. Evaluation of effectiveness needs to be held to find out wheater the results of the program are following the original purpose. This research uses a quantitative descriptive method with a questionnaire instrument to interview 98 houses as a sampling. The effectiveness of the Kang Pisman Program is essential to evaluate as well as the factors that influence the program so that it can be used as a program evaluation material and be input in making further policy regarding program implementation. The scoring result shows that Kang Pisman Program is at quite effective level. To find out the factors that influence the effectiveness of the program, multiple linear regression analysis was carried out with six independent variabels, namely goverment commitment, ease of running the program, the staff performance, infrastructure, the role of NGOs and community perceptions. Factors that have a significant influence on effectiveness are community perception and ease in running the program. Keywords: effectiveness evaluation, kang pisman, waste management.
