Mutual Enrichment of Orthodox and Secular Historical and Cultural Traditions and Values

The article discusses the main directions for the mutual enrichment of Orthodox and secular traditions. The author focuses on the outstanding historical Crimean monuments, emphasizes the need to study the material at school. The main role is assigned to the formation of the spiritual culture of the student on the basis of introducing children to the historical and cultural heritage of the Crimea.

Strategic Approaches to Planning School Development and Improving Educational Outcomes

The article presents an example of strategic planning of school development in order to improve educational results. The author provides arguments and justifications for the choice of specific strategic approaches from understanding the categories of "school performance", "development factors", "management team", "social capital", "innovative activity" to researching the potential of the school, specific management decisions, demonstrating the structure and content developed development models. The material of the article reflects in detail the strategy of planning the educational process in a particular school in terms of development. The model of the innovative project "Educational Navigator" is described. A model of intraschool education quality assessment is presented. The article provides examples of the results of the study.

The Level and Specifics of Intercultural Sensitivity of the Russian Students Attending Chinese Universities

Studies on intercultural sensitivity as an affective aspect of intercultural competence have been gaining increasing attention in today’s globalized world where representatives of different countries and cultural groups are supposed to function effectively and supportively in various spheres of life. This paper has reported some of the research results indicating the level and specifics of intercultural sensitivity of the Russian students attending Chinese universities. Building students’ intercultural sensitivity is an essential aspect of the Chinese language and culture teaching experience. Practical recommendations have been provided for increasing the students’ level of intercultural sensitivity in order to reduce stress and avoid conflict situations in multinational educational organizations.

Color and Coloristic Tasks in the Organization of the Methodology of Educational Projects in the Training of Architects and Designers at the University

The article is devoted to the meaning and use of the possibilities of color and pictorial combinations in architecture and design, when performing educational project tasks. The study examines the emerging problems in the organization of educational work. The purpose of the study is to create a comprehensive design methodology with the inclusion of a module of coloristic and color aspects. Possible methods of organizing project educational work are proposed. The advantages and disadvantages of performing these tasks are analyzed. The methods of project work are aimed at creating convenient and at the same time aesthetic architectural objects. The methods under consideration are based on practical work, which is the basis of any educational activity in the training of higher school specialists. When forming the educational methodology, the nature and technological possibilities of using color in the design of architectural and design solutions were taken into account. The presented project proposals are based on a practical experiment and demonstrate the possibilities of planning coloristic tasks. The study determines the problem based on the analysis of modern buildings and its architectural solutions. The analysis of this topic highlights the insufficient training of future specialists in the field of using the possibilities of color in architecture and design of residential and public buildings. The research suggests and analyzes artistic and aesthetic technologies of space organization. The results of the study put forward new tasks in the planning of educational design solutions, using color, harmony of the color palette, subordinate to the color and coloristic unity of the environment.

Criteria and Indicators of the Level of Formation in Intellectually Gifted Adolescents of the Culture of Social Interaction

Currently, one of the urgent problems of the education system is the search for effective methods of pedagogical support for the social development of intellectually gifted children and adolescents. The article contains the results of theoretical analysis and empirical research aimed at identifying the characteristics and level of formation of the culture of social interaction in intellectually gifted adolescents, considered as the main result of their social education in the educational environment of the school. The author reveals the essence of the culture of social interaction as a pedagogical phenomenon, develops diagnostic tools for its study and determines the level of its formation in 196 adolescents with outstanding mental abilities studying in grades 7-9 of secondary schools.

The Variability of the Educational Needs of college Teachers as a Condition for Their Professional and Personal Development

The article presents the results of an empirical study focused on identifying the features of the attitude of college teachers to their additional professional education, continuous self-development and self-improvement. The article examines the ideas of 214 college teachers about the ideal teacher of the secondary vocational education system, the peculiarities of their perception of themselves as subjects of pedagogical activity, their attitude to the existing requirements of periodic training in advanced training courses, the degree of interest in them and the content of their educational needs. The analysis of the survey results showed the need to take into account the peculiarities of their educational needs and the variability of their professional and personal development when organizing advanced training courses for college teachers.

The Specifics of Promoting Additional Educational Services in the Era of Digitalization

The research is aimed at identifying approaches to the promotion of educational resources of additional education. The article analyzes the specifics of approaches to the positioning of courses of additional vocational education of various centers of vocational education and advanced training in Moscow. The aim of the study is to identify modern technologies for promoting services in the conditions of increasing demand for online technologies due to the limitations caused by coronavirus infection.

Features of Spiritual and Moral Education of Cadets of Cossack Classes: an Empirical Study

The article is devoted to the study of the specifics of the spiritual and moral education of mid-level Cossack cadets. Special attention in the study is paid to the justification of the need for classes and events on Orthodox themes within the framework of additional education for the Cossack class. The experience of diagnosing the features of spiritual and moral education and discussing the results obtained is presented. The importance of the implementation of the psychological and pedagogical program for the development and improvement of the moral and ethical component in Cossack cadet classes is emphasized.

Communicative Features of Discrediting the Internal Affairs Bodies of the Russian Federation (Employees) in the Internet Space

The article presents the results of a content analysis of negative publications about the internal affairs bodies of the Russian Federation, distributed on the Internet for 9 months of 2021. From them, information with signs of discrediting was selected and analyzed, as a result of which communicative features (subject composition, transmission channels, content, communicative intentions of the authors) discrediting the internal affairs bodies of the Russian Federation (employees) were revealed. From the obtained generalized picture, it follows that discrediting as a strategy in the fight against the legitimate activities of law enforcement agencies is actively used in the modern media space. In this regard, it is important to develop adequate measures to counter this negative social phenomenon by the information and public relations departments of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.

History Construction and Psychological and Pedagogical Technologies for the Formation of the Subject

The article examines history from the standpoint of radical constructivism as a conceptual construction of past events. History is a system of suggested social abstractions in relation to past events. Abstractions are embedded in the subject in the form of value attitudes through the transformation of connotations (symbolic) into concepts (imaginary). As a result of the use of psychological and pedagogical technologies, a socially mature and patriotically motivated personality appears.
