It describes the impetus for the initiative; details of the way it was crafted, including topics in the workshop series; and the envisioned future of this ongoing project. In addition to the works referenced within the chapter, other resources used with the first cohort are included. The chapters that follow detail cohort members' experiences and results.

We are witnessing how new technologies are radically changing the design of organizations, the way in which they produce and manage both their objectives and their strategies, and -above all- how digital transformation impacts the people who are part of it. Even today in our country, many organizations think that digitalizing is having a presence on social networks, a web page or venturing into cases of success in corporate social intranet. Others begin to invest a large part of their budget in training their teams and adapting them to the digital age. But given this current scenario, do we know exactly what the digital transformation of organizations means? It is necessary? Implying? Is there a roadmap to follow that leads to the success of this process? How are organizations that have been born 100% digital from their business conception to the way of producing services through the use of platforms? What role does the organizational culture play in this scenario? The challenge of the digital transformation of businesses and organizations, which is part of the paradigm of the industrial revolution 4.0, is happening here and now in all types of organizations, whether are they private, public or third sector. The challenge to take into account in this process is to identify the digital competences that each worker must face in order to accompany these changes and not be left out of it. In this sense, the present work seeks to analyze the main characteristics of the current technological advances that make up the digital transformation of organizations and how they must be accompanied by a digital culture and skills that allow their successful development. In order to approach this project, we will carry out an exploratory research, collecting data from the sector of new actors in the world of work such as employment platforms in its various areas (gastronomy, delivery, transportation, recreation, domestic service, etc) and an analysis of the main technological changes that impact on the digital transformation of organizations in Argentina.

The study aimed to identify the important role that digital transformation plays in activating and developing e-learning, as digital transformation has radically changed in all fields, especially in the field of education, as it allowed the emergence of modern educational methods and methods. With the rapid development in the world of technology and the trend of governments and institutions towards digital in all their services by providing digital services in a smooth and easy way that saves effort, time and money for the beneficiaries, in our current era all institutions have been keen to adopt the concept of digital transformation by replacing traditional digital processes, and developing plans and strategies to ensure the achievement of Its objectives are of quality and efficiency, as the digital transformation is able to create a competitive and attractive technical environment that achieves the highest levels of quality at the lowest costs, and that the spread and use of everything digital has accelerated over the past ten years Several challenges have imposed on traditional education, especially in light of the Corona pandemic (Covid-19), which makes relying on traditional educational methods difficult, so the study came with the aim of identifying the role of digital transformation (digital learning) at King Khalid University on the development and effectiveness of e-learning in light of the pandemic The paper followed the inductive approach and the qualitative approach. Observation, reports, documentary information and King Khalid University websites were used to collect data. The concepts of digital transformation as well as e-learning were addressed, and then a set of results were reached. King Khalid University is distinguished by the existence of an effective electronic system, that the technical environment for information technology has enabled King Khalid University to face the rapid change in the work environment, and the study concluded some recommendations. One of them is that digital transformation is no longer an option, rather it has become a necessity, so it is necessary to keep pace with technological developments and to benefit from them in the transformation towards digital learning.

The digital transformation entails the inclusion and development of agile methodologies that allow adapting the way of working to the conditions of the project, achieving flexibility to the specific circumstances of the environment by working collaboratively. The article comprehends the concept of digital culture that appeared with the beginning of the information/digital era at the end of the last century. The paper considers digital culture from the point of view of the general resource of the knowledge society and as a new social ecology that determines the experience and capabilities of people at the present time, when the digital network environment has brought new practices, opportunities and threats. Speaking about culture in the context of information and communication technologies, the authors emphasize that its influence is even more significant, since the way it is used can affect the change in the essence of our communication and cultural models and become a support for the digital transformation of organizations. Digital culture is understood as the way that society uses to receive and process information. It is required to comprehend and create a new digital culture as a guarantor of the implementation and adoption of changes in the context of widespread digitalization and rethinking of business processes, distribution channels and relations with consumers, leading, in turn, to a change in the value proposition and the consumer segments themselves. Based on the analysis, the authors formulate and substantiate five main reasons why building a digital culture should become a key problem for the successful development of any organization: 1) digital transformation will not be complete without the development of a thriving digital culture; 2) insufficient organizational culture is detrimental to success in the digital age; 3) a strong digital culture is a competitive advantage for an organization; 4) a strong digital culture is the key to business longevity; 5) using a digital culture can increase employee engagement in the work process.

The current stage of social development is characterized by an active digital transformation of all sectors of the economy and, in particular, education, which is manifested in the activities of primarily entrepreneurial universities. Successful digital transformation requires a digital corporate culture that becomes a competitive advantage for an entrepreneurial university. The study of parameters and indicators of digital corporate culture becomes an urgent scientific task. The purpose of the article is to identify such parameters and indicators. The objectives of the article are to consider the specifics of an entrepreneurial university, to substantiate that its digital transformation is a competitive advantage, and to analyze digital corporate culture and the values of its indicators in entrepreneurial universities. The article suggests parameters and indicators of digital corporate culture that can be identified in open sources. It shows that the parameters include: the presence of a digital learning management system, an educational platform, educational and communication applications, the use of digital educational services, a developed strategy for the digital transformation of the university, digital competence of students, staff, teachers. Based on the analysis of websites, applications and educational platforms, the article identifies the values of indicators of digital corporate culture of leading entrepreneurial universities.
