Artificial intelligence has started to dominantly affect every sector in Industry 4.0. However, the adaptation of the concept to managerial processes are closely related to the concepts of data science and digital transformation. Because artificial intelligence applications being developed are within the scope of artificial narrow intelligence (ANI), that situation requires the company to have a digital transformation policy in order to use artificial intelligence in managerial processes. In addition, to avoid biased artificial intelligence applications, the learning set of artificial intelligence requires a highly rigorous design. This necessitates the establishment of a data science department within the company. In this chapter, digital transformation processes in managerial perspective and the surrounded effect of artificial narrow intelligence on management are discussed.

Once again in this study, we emphasizes strongly on applications of mathematical solutions for industrial uses. By using qualitative analysis, synthesis and inductive methods, together with statistic data, our paper target is to analyze aspects of SWOT analysis on blockchain technology and its opportunities for various industries and sectors in emerging markets such as Vietnam. This is based on the original foundation theory indicating that blockchain tech functioned as a mathematical solutions that can be applied for solving commerce secrets, with high data security and can be used for intellectual property. Among our research results is findings on the connection between IoTs - Internet of Things and blockchain tech, as well as relationship between AI - Artificial intelligence and blockchain tech. Last but not least authors propose cybersecurity risk solutions and there are policies implications attached.

Digital transformation signifies changes in all components and systems of the supply chain. It is also a strategic decision of the organization which, in the long run, can result in the creation of competitive advantage in the market. Digital transformation is affecting all organizations, regardless of their activity. Digital transformation of the supply chain involves the use of industry 4.0 based technologies as well as the replacement of traditional practices with new ones based on digital solutions. The implementation of digital solutions, such as artificial intelligence, IoT, cloud computing, etc., therefore, improve communication between stakeholders in the supply chain, as well as improve efficiency and effectiveness. When conducted, digital transformation must be measured by different levels of maturity. In this paper, authors research current models of measuring digital transformation maturity in supply chain and propose a new model based on identified theories and needs.

Digital transformation is the core value of the 4th industrial revolution or Industry 4.0. Although the efforts are focused on utilization and usage of technologies like artificial intelligence, internet of things, cloud computing, and many other technologies. We should focus in parallel on regulating the technologies to provide the proper road map and put the proper regulatory frameworks to remove uncertainties in development, investment, or implementation of technologies. Regulatory effectiveness is very important in saving time and rolling out technologies. In one initiative, regulatory technology (RegTech) will utilize the technology to enhance the regulatory process in financial sector; Regulation 4.0 is another; however, plenty of work is still ahead. Some regulators are keen to facilitate the emerging technologies and to see the consequences immediately, thus they use sandbox thinking in evaluating the impact at a small scale. In summary, this chapter will highlight the different practices and methodologies to regulate the digital transformation in the best way.

Intelligent big data analytics is an emerging paradigm in the age of big data, analytics, and artificial intelligence (AI). This chapter explores intelligent big data analytics from a managerial perspective. More specifically, it first looks at the age of trinity and argues that intelligent big data analytics is at the center of the age of trinity. This chapter then proposes a managerial framework of intelligent big data analytics, which consists of intelligent big data analytics as a science, technology, system, service, and management for improving business decision making. Then it examines intelligent big data analytics for management taking into account four managerial functions: planning, organizing, leading, and controlling. The proposed approach in this chapter might facilitate the research and development of intelligent big data analytics, big data analytics, business intelligence, artificial intelligence, and data science.

In the era of digitization terms such artificial intelligence (AI), internet of things (IoT) and related concepts are frequently used to describe a phenomenon that will eventually connect all things to digital networks that will lead to digital transformation of existing business and how they formulate strategies. One of the reasons behind such a paradigm shift is due to the demands of hyper-competition companies face in the global marketplace. Changing nature of the competitive landscape forces companies to re-think their strategy and align existing structures to achieve agility, flexibility, and a sustainable competitive advantage. Thus, companies need to re-think and conceptualize their overall strategies including the means to achieve sustainable competitive advantage. The trends that are shaping the Industry 4.0 will shape the way companies formulate strategies, create collaboration, and convergence of all the actors in the ecosystem to achieve agility, flexibility, and maximize efficiency.

The article is devoted to a detailed analysis of the industry’s digital transformation processes based on the use of Industry 4.0 technologies. The theoretical analysis made it possible to establish that technological trends are often in the spotlight, however, the need for transformation is not posed by technology as such, but by deep shifts in the enterprise’s external environment caused by digitalization. The study of industry transformation global mechanisms allowed the article’s authors to identify eight key levers necessary for creating value due to the Industry 4.0 technologies implementation at a high-tech production. In conclusion, the authors consider the technological transformation process in Russia, as well as the main directions that can effectively accelerate it.

Abstract While the world steps backward, Saudi Arabia took two steps forward. the Saudi Vision 2030 framework was launched in 2017 to create digital transformation in the various sector to improve the quality of life. The COVID-19 has made it possible to promote and test the strength of digital transformation and adoption. In Saudi Arabia, the use of artificial intelligence applications to integrate multiple data sources across potential outbreaks should be further discussed. Decreasing the number of smartphone apps and combining their features may also improve and encourage their use. In this paper, in this paper we present an exhaustive survey on COVID-19 outbreak tools/apps and the role of Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA).

The passing year 2020 has turned over a lot in society, economics and business, human behaviour and consciousness. Within a brief period, due to the pandemic situation, we found ourselves in a new reality. Still, we are trying to understand the changes that occurred and how to manage different processes effectively. But even more important is where all these processes will bring us. This very difficult period in human development took place in a completely different economy of impressions, information, knowledge and intelligence. In the framework of the large scale, overwhelming, and promising (however, somewhat controversial) Industry 4.0, we see the development and digital transformation that changed management and managerial thinking. The new fight for human consciousness has extended; methods and techniques of neuro-management, neuromarketing, and artificial intelligence are widely used. The consciousness became the object of influence and manipulation, the key topic in business and politics. This article focuses on several problems of a new quality of management thinking. It suggests and explains the essence and the necessity of hyper thinking as one of the most suitable and valuable approaches to understand and analyze the new contemporary reality and the ongoing processes and approach to education.
