Purpose Medical tourism is growing rapidly in the recent years in various Asian countries. The success of the hospitals engaged in medical tourism largely depends on their abilities in maintaining the repeating customers and to attract new customers. Hence, the purpose of this study is to examine the impacts of word-of-mouth and social media on hospital brand image. It also attempts to examine the relationships between brand image, perceived service quality, patient satisfaction and behavioral intention. Design/methodology/approach A questionnaire survey was used to collect data from 386 medical tourists to test the proposed model. All the measurement scales adopted in this study were adapted from the existing literature. The data collected in this study were analyzed using both SPSS and structural equation modeling approach via AMOS. Findings The findings from the structural analysis indicated that both word-of-mouth and hospital-generated social media have a significant impact on brand image. Hospital brand image positively influences medical tourists’ perception of service quality, and their perceived service quality is significantly related to their satisfaction, which in turn, leads to their behavioral intention. Originality/value This study is one of the few studies that considers the importance of hospital’s brand image in influencing medical tourists’ perceptions on the quality of healthcare services that they experienced during their medical trips. This research study also raises the significance of word-of-mouth communication and social media that influence hospitals’ brand image, which has been neglected by many studies.

This study aims to explore the factors influencing attitudinal, affective, as well as cognitive loyalties. Theoretical framework was developed by integrating the e-service quality, e-satisfaction, e-loyalty (the three dimensions), e-commitment, and e-trust. Nine hundred thirty-seven valid replies were collected from internet shoppers through using email survey method. Exploratory factor analysis as well as Structural equation modeling was accomplished to examine the anticipated model by using SPSS-V23 and AMOS-V23. Results confirm that e-service quality has an influence on satisfaction, trust, and commitment. The authors have considered e-satisfaction, e-trust, and e-commitment as mediating variables between e-service quality and e-loyalty dimensions and tested for it as well. E-satisfaction has a substantial impact on e-trust and trust acts as a mediator between satisfaction and attitudinal, affective, and cognitive loyalty. Further, e-trust has an influence on commitment and commitment acts as a mediator between trust and attitudinal, affective, and cognitive loyalty. Moreover, commitment has a positive effect on attitudinal and cognitive loyalty but does not have any impact on affective loyalty.

This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality and brand image directly or indirectly to customer loyalty with mediated by satisfaction. Sample selection using purposive sampling. The sample used is 150 people BIGTV Semarang customers. The analysis tool used is structural equation modeling. Based on the results of research, service quality and brand image have a positive effect on satisfaction and loyalty, while satisfaction has a positive effect on loyalty. Based on the fit model test, 7 indicator test result stated that all models have a good fit. So from this, it can be concluded that the model has a good enough fit to predict customer loyalty

Abstract- Ketingan Tourism Village is located in Tirtoadi Village, Mlati, Sleman, Yogyakarta which has the potential as one of the village's tourist destination destinations in Yogyakarta. However, the development of the village tourism is still not optimal, especially in terms of product socialization and marketing strategies that have not been prospective, so there needs to be an effort to increase the attractiveness of village tourism. This research presents that, there are many other factors that can influence consumer decisions in traveling, but the source of individual information turns out to be the main influence that shapes one's perception in visiting a tourist area. The research subjects are tourists who are members of the Yogyakarta backpacker facebook group. The sample selection uses a non-probability sampling method consisting of 120 people. Hypotheses are tested using Structural Equation Model (SEM). This study found that service quality has a positive effect on e-word of mouth, e-word of mouth has a positive effect on destination image, service quality has a positive effect on destination image and e-word of mouth can fully mediate a positive relationship between service quality with image destination. Kata Kunci: Kualitas Layanan, Citra Destinasi, e-Word of Mouth

The aim of this study was to examine the influence of service quality perception on spectators’ satisfaction and behavioral intentions in the Pernambuco Professional Football Championship of 2017 - Brazil. Data were collected on match days, using an adapted questionnaire, consisting of four variables. The sample was composed of spectators at the competition, divided into two moments (1st. n = 386 / 2nd. n = 620). The data were analyzed through two-step structural equation modeling in AMOS 24. After the refinement of the model, the results of the structural model [χ² (314) = 762.849 (p <.001) χ² / df = 2.42; GFI = .92; CFI = .95; RMSEA = .05] indicated that the players' performance positively influenced both satisfaction (β = .76, p <.001) and behavioral intentions (β = .33, p <.001). In turn, the crowd experience had a positive influence only on the spectators’ behavioral intentions (β = .38, p <.001). It is concluded that provision of service quality, positively evaluated by the spectators, especially in relation to the aspects of the game/players, is a way for the club to satisfy them and generate positive behavioral intentions.
