Friction-type high-strength bolt connectors are widely used in steel structure. However there has only general description for connection plate surface treatment method in the current Chinese design standards. Some research tests have been designed for different connection plate surface treatment method, which include different painting thickness and different blasting method. The results show that different treatment method has different anti-sliding coefficient. The anti-sliding coefficient would decrease with the surface coating thickness increase. The anti-sliding coefficient would less than 0.50 which the Chinese design standard required when some surface treatment methods are used, such as using steel wire section or using mixture of steel wire section and steel shot to sand blasting. So procedure qualification test is necessary to guide processing in order to ensure the quality of the products. It has certain conference value for practical engineering.

The tension distribution of high-strength bolted extended endplate connections does not have unified regulations in china, the assuming tension distribution between the "Code for Design of Steel Structure"(GB50017-2003) and the "Specification of High Strength Bolt Connection of Steel Structures"(JGJ82-2011) are different, it may lead some problems in practical engineering. "Specification of High Strength Bolt Connection of Steel Structures"(JGJ82-2011) has given the assumed tension distribution ,but has not given formula .But its distribution assumption is the same as the British Standard ,so the calculation is given below reference to British Standard. Comparing their calculation methods and referencing to the British Standard ,the latter distribution is more reasonable.

Abstract20MnTiB steel is the most widely used high-strength bolt material for steel structure bridges in China, and its performance is of great significance to the safe operation of bridges. Based on the investigation of the atmospheric environment in Chongqing in recent years, the corrosion solution to simulate the humid climate of Chongqing was designed in this study, and the stress corrosion experiment of high-strength bolts in the simulated humid climate of Chongqing was carried out. The effects of temperature, pH and concentration of simulated corrosion solution on the stress corrosion behavior of 20MnTiB high-strength bolts were studied.

In recent years, the advantages of light weight steel structure with its widely used in long-span space truss structure industrial workshop. Unlike traditional bridge crane, space truss structure plant can use suspension crane, so the dynamic load of fatigue problem worthy of further study[. The fatigue of the space truss structure including: structure component fatigue, tired of hanging lifting point. At present, the fatigue test is the most reliable research method. This article uses the ANSYS software for welding the hollow ball nodes [2] hanging points of high strength bolts in finite element simulation analysis, observation under the effect of unilateral axial tensile force, the stress distribution of high strength bolt, and calculate the stress concentration factor in thread.
