Coordination effect among enterprise network behavior subjects could be evaluated by coordination maturity. Maturity model of enterprise network resource coordination includes four dimensions: the coordination cost, coordination process, coordination method as well as the ability to learn. According to the level of the four dimensions, they can be divided into four levels: the initial level, aggregate level, standard level and optimization level. The scientific evaluation of enterprise network resource coordination maturity, can let the enterprise network behavior subjects understand the condition of resources coordination in their network, thereby improve the degree of network resource coordination, improve and perfect coordination mechanism. Therefore, this text has established the enterprise network resource coordinate maturity index system, which includes six first level indexes and second level indexes. The first level indexes include coordination costs, exchange of information, intelligence resource sharing degree, corporate culture synergy degree, smooth communication and problem solving ability for coordination subjects to the feedback.

The coordination mechanism of enterprise network resource refers to the rules which the enterprise network members are able to comply with and unity action in order to achieve the expected goal. The rules mainly include: opportunity discovery mechanism, communication mechanism, strategy consultation mechanism and the learning mechanism of enterprise network, as well as the evaluation of coordination effect. The aim of constructing maturity model of enterprise network resource coordination is to make the agent of enterprise network understand the situation of network resources, and provide path description for improving coordination of network source, improving coordination mechanism. Maturity model of enterprise network resource coordination should be considered in four dimensionalities: coordination costs, coordination process, coordination method and learning ability. According to the dimensionality level or quality, enterprises network source coordinated maturity model may divided into four levels: the initial level, polymer level, standard level and optimization level.

Communication is the basic premise of coordination. According to the types of enterprise network, there are mainly three kinds of basic types in enterprise network communication, which is communication based on the core enterprise, communication without core enterprise and Communication of chain. Communication in the enterprise network resource coordination process refers to the transmission and exchange of activities knowledge and information among the behavior subjects in order to realize the goal of sharing resource. Influence factors of communication in enterprise network resource coordination include the number of communication subjects, the type of communication ways, communication language, culture and roles.

Enterprise network belongs to complex adaptive system. The coordination of enterprise network resource refers to the rules that enterprise network members are able to comply with and unity action in order to achieve the expected goal. The rules mainly include opportunity discovery mechanism, communication mechanism, strategy consultation mechanism and the network learning mechanism. Network learning in the process of enterprise network resource coordination is in order to achieve sustainable development the behavior subject in the network would access to network resource in a larger limit, actively adjust itself to accommodate the other behavior subjects, and commonly adjust the network resource coordination rules to adapt to external environment. Therefore, network learning mechanism in the process of enterprises network resource coordination is the study of the summary of experience and lesson to the coordinated activity afterwards of the network behavior subjects, through summing up, modify, perfect and discover the new rules. It can divide into two stages: credit assignment stage and new rules discovery stage.

Enterprise network refers to the summary of relationships based on common social and cultural background and the basis of mutual trust, connected with information technology, and forged by a group of interconnected enterprise behavior actors and institutions in the process of sharing resources, exchanging resources, and delivering resources in order to respond to market changes quickly. It represents a new organizational structure different from traditional hierarchical organization form. Enterprise network is the innovation of enterprise organizational form, which is beneficial for enterprises to obtain external resources, form rapidly, and maintain a lasting competitive advantage. But because each enterprise in enterprise network is an independent corporate entity, they occupy a certain resources and have a certain decision making authority, it is necessary to establish effective coordination mechanism to improve the performance of enterprise network. The influencing factors on the enterprise network coordination mainly include the structure of the enterprise network, information exchange among enterprise network behavior, trust degree, coordination cost, cultural compatibility and enterprise network environment.

In the context of e-commerce boom, network entrepreneurship education carried out by some universities in China plays an important and active role in promoting students’ overall quality cultivation, employment and enterprising, etc. However, researches on the network entrepreneurship education are few and at the initial stage. This paper tried to make an evaluation of universities’ network entrepreneurship education quality and established an evaluation index system from such four dimensions as entrepreneurial spirit, entrepreneurial knowledge and skills, entrepreneurial practice, and social effect. It also built an evaluation model by applying the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process. Empirical study shows that the established evaluation index system has high validity and the evaluation model is of accuracy and strong operability.

This study focuses on classifying human interactions in healthcare delivery in terms of the information and resource flows at multiple levels of analysis. Understanding the characteristic healthcare delivery requirements and communication patterns among healthcare professionals seems to be necessary to effectively support information sharing and coordination. We analyzed communication links between healthcare providers and dissected different types of information and resource flow. We identified four dimensions of information and resource flow: spatial proximity, flow requirement, modality, and flow path. Now that we have set a new methodology to characterize them, we can easily distinguish the various information and resource flow types. When applying these finding in simulating healthcare systems in order to analyze information and resource sharing and coordination, the above four dimensions would serve as attributes of the flowing entities. Finally, we demonstrate that the results of this study are the natural first step towards developing an efficient healthcare quality measurement tool.
